      <title>Vad har du för BMI? Vad betyder det?</title>
      <description>Med n&amp;#229;gra ord och sedan ditt BMI eller Body Mass Index s&amp;#228;tt och m&amp;#228;ta ditt kroppsfett procent i f&amp;#246;rh&amp;#229;llande till din l&amp;#228;ngd. Anledningen till detta &amp;#228;r att vikten enbart kan rimligen inte vara ett m&amp;#229;l f&amp;#246;r fetma eller sunhed.I &amp;#229;r, m&amp;#228;n och kvinnor har tittat p&amp;#229; den h&amp;#246;jd / vikt tabeller och veta att om de var av en viss h&amp;#246;jd och ett v&amp;#228;gt n&amp;#229;gon vikt, s&amp;#229; de var &amp;quot;&amp;#246;verviktig&amp;quot; och indirekt i ett slags potentiell h&amp;#228;lsokris. Men BMI ger en siffra p&amp;#229; dig sj&amp;#228;lv eller en h&amp;#228;lsoutbildning en m&amp;#246;jlighet att g&amp;#246;ra en snabb bed&amp;#246;mning av eventuella h&amp;#228;lsorisker.
