A viral marketing video promoting Guitar Hero World Tour made by NYC/Australia based marketing agency Droga5. Likely a lot of CG work was put into this, but I think you could pull off the real deal with a good deal of math and a speedometer to help keep pace. Also, in my opinion, Rock Band is by far the better guitar rhythm game.
