Littleneck clams simmered in coconut milk with fresh lemongrass and lime. Accompanied by shaved radish and toasted baguette</p>
<p>Grouper Medallions<br />
Twin cuts of grouper pan seared and resting on slow cooked collard greens and a crispy Anna potato wedge</p>
<p>Pork Tenderloin<br />
Braised in beef stock and red wine. Served with sweet cipolini onion, baby carrots and a natural braising reduction.</p>
