Hello Stampers. . .  Happy Saturday.  While browsing around the other day I came across this cute layout from Diana Gibbs.  Isn't it just the cutest.  The stamp set is Button Buddies (W122735/C122737) and it has a whole host of adorable images to choose from. 

I start out with Very Vanilla cardstock topped off with a piece from the Designer Series Paper Stack cut at 1.25 x 4".  I made it into a flag using my square punch.  Any size will do.

My focal point is a Very Vanilla rectangle and I used my favorite punch the Scallop Trim Border Punch #118402.  I thought this gave it just the right touch.  I was trying to achieve a toddler/baby look.  Next I stamped my sentiment from Teeny Tiny Wishes #155370 on Basic Black and Early Expresso with White Craft Ink #101731 and sprinkled White Embossing Powder #109132 then heated it with my Heat Tool #100005.  I added some pizzazz with a strip of Pretty In Pink Scallop Dots Ribbon #124141.  On the Early Expresso one I chose to add a Pretty In Pink button from the Subtles Collection #119745 and on the Basic Black on I added a paper flower with a Basic Rhinestone #119246 in the center.

Hello Folks. . .  Happy Thursday.  Valentine's Day is getting closer by the minute.  Today I have a cute treat box to share with you.  While browsing the other day I came across this cute litte acetate treat box and it caught my eye.  You can find the directions on Bette Johns Blog Fresh and Fun.  She always has such great ideas. 

My colors of course are Real Red #102482 and Pretty In Pink #100459.  The top and bottom pieces measure out to be 3 x 3 scored at 1/2 inch all around.  I used a piece of acetate for the middle.  My designer paper is from the Subtles Patterns Designer Series Paper Stack #117152. 

My stamp set is from Teeny Tiny Wishes #115370.  I used the Big Shot and our Scalloped Heart of Hearts Embosslit Die #117332.  I also took a scrap of Whisper White and embossed it with our Perfect Polka Dot Embossing Folder #117335 and punched a heart with out Full Heart Punch #119883.  Added a dimensional and put it on the front of my box. My scallops were made with the Scallop Edge Border Punch #119882.   My ribbon is a piece of 5/8" Whisper White Satin Ribbon #114616. 

I filled this cute little treat box with Hershey's Kisses along with some white filler.  My plan is to give them to the girls on Valentine's Day.

Hello Folks. . .  Welcome to another Monday.  I just love making craft projects and 3D items.  Today I have an adorable bonnet to share with you.  When I think of bonnets I think of Easter but this little gift could be for any occasion. 

First thing I did was cover a 4 x 4 thin coaster with designer paper from our Everyday Enchanment Designer Pack. FREE when you place a $50 order.   I put a very thin coat of Tom Boy #110755 glue on my coaster.  Applied my paper and let it dry for just a tad, then I ran it thru the Big Shot using our Scallop Circle Die #113468.  The top of my bonnet is an empty Stack and Store Container #103649 that buttons come in.  If you don't have an empty one you can find them on pg 226 of your catty.  I put sticky tape around it and attached my 5/8" Very Vanilla Ribbon #117291.  Our 2.5 Circle Punch #120906 fits the top of the container perfectly.  

My flower is made from our 1 3/4" Scallop Circle Punch #119854.  I punched eight of them.  Spray them lightly with a mister and crunch them up in your hand.  Now uncrunch them but be gentle.  I then stacked them on top of each other and inserted a brad in the center and began to bring each layer up towards the center.  Viola' you have a scalloped vintage looking flower.  I once again used some Tom Boy glue to attach it to my base.  Added some of the pretty green organdy ribbon from the SAB mini.  Fill the inside with your favorite candy.  I used some Skittles that I had on hand. 

This reminds me so of an Easter Bonnet but would make a wonderful gift for a special friend on their birthday.  This idea comes from one of the display boards that was shown at Stampin' Ups Leadership Conference.  Oh, so cute.

Opps I have been a little naughty.  But sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do.  I have a half and half card to share with you today.  It is called a Tri-Fold Card and even though it looks difficult it really was simple to do.  I'm calling it my half and half because I used Stampin Up cardstock and designer paper, Cherry Cobbler #119685 and Twitterpated #125406 from the Occasions Mini, but my stamp for my focal point is not SU and it is colored with my Copics.  Copic colors are B00, BG05, YG11 and YG23.  You can find video instructions on this card over at Bette John's, Fresh and Fun.  I used my nesties to make my circles and scallop circles.  My sentiment is from Teeny Tiny Wishes #115370.  Punches are the Word Window #119857 and Modern Label Punch #119849.  Stampin' Ups Perfect Pennants Die #123126 will give you the same look, just be sure that the circle punch you use fits within the scallop circle.  For a little pizzazz I used some rhinestone fleurs (non SU).

Hello Folks. . .   Happy Friday.  Hope all is well and your getting ready for the week end.  Today I have a WOW kind of card.  It is clean, simple and oh so cute.  Well I think anyway.  I just love hearts and scallops.  My idea came from one of the cards that was done at Regionals over the week end.  This little flower has three layers, the first and second layers are punched with the Blossom Bouquet Triple Layer Punch (122464). 

This punch is amazing, it will actually punch three different designs by just a flick of your wrist.  The polka dot designer paper is from our In Colors Designer Paper Pack.  Opps I'm sorry I can't give you that number.  When I had my catty bound it punched out the last number, so check pg 176 of your catty and you will find it there.  I thought my polka dots where a little dull so I doctored them up just a tad.  I took my stylus and dipped it in some white acrylic paint and added some dots.  It really made a difference.  I think it brightened it up quite a bit don't you? Be sure to clean your stylus in between dots so you get a perfect dot every time.   I used our Small Heart Punch #117193 to punch my hearts.  My Whisper White piece is cut at 4.25 x 3 3/4.  I used one of our new Edgelit Dies, Adorning Accents #125595 with the matching Embossing Folder #125601.  Doesn't it just look grand.  (TIP:  to keep the edgelit from moving on you tape it down with a post it note.) 

My sentiment is from Petite Pairs (W122495/C122497).  To top it off, I used the matching sentiment and embossed some butterflies from the Beautiful Butterfles Bigz Die (114507).  Oh, Oh I also used our Perfect Polka Dot Embossing Folder (117335) on a matching layer on my cardbase.  The stem is from Awash With Flowers (117062/120549).

Well Folks. . .  what did you think?  Sale a Bration  is in full swing now and I think the Everyday Enchanment Designer Paper (126154) is just beautiful.  Who would have thought Peach and Blue.  I guess that's why they get paid the big bucks.  LOL 

Today I have a card to share using those beautiful colors Peach Parfait and Pool Party.  My card is cut at 5.5 x 8.5 and is scored at 4.25.  My card base is Very Vanilla (101650) matted with a piece of Peach Parfait (119794) and matted again with a piece of Everyday Enchantment.  Next is a strip of Pool Party (122924) topped with Peach Parfait paper.  My pretty scallop is made the old fashioned way using the Slot Punch (ret).  Stampin' Up has a die cut called Tasteful Trim (120893) that will cut it lickity split for you I just don't have it yet.  Another thing that is on my list is the Scallop Circle from the Perfect Pennants Die (123126) I used my nesties. 

I added some new Baker's Twine, Calpyso Coral (125573) from the Occasions Mini  and added a random button.  

My sentiment is from the stamp set called Friendly Phrases (W126149/C126151).

Hello Folks,  welcome to the week end.  I'm always looking for cute ways to make Thank You cards to send out to customers that order on line.  Today I have a Thank You card that would put a smile on anyone's face.

My cardbase is cut at 5.5 by 8.5 and scored at 4.25.  My colors are Island Indigo (122923), Lucky Limeade (122926) and new designer paper from the Occassions Mini called Twitterpated (125406).  I just fell in love with the pretty floral background in Riding Hood Reds, Baja Breeze, Ilsand Indigo and Blushing Bride. 

Next is an Island Indigo panel cut at 3 x 4.  Of course I used my favorite border punch the Scallop Trim Border Punch (118402) for that extra feminine touch.  My stamp set is also from the Occasions Mini called Rue Des Fleurs (W125485/C125487 ), just a little French don't you think.  I used some markers to color my image (Baja Breeze, Rose Red, Blushing Bride and Island Indigo).  I find markers can be just a touch harsh, so I try to use a very light touch and I like to have a very firm nib.  When your nib starts to look like a sponge it will spread your color in places that you don't want, when this happens its time to purchase a new one.  Just food for thought here.  For some sparkle and dimension I also applied some Dazzling Diamonds Glitter Glue (124117).

My sentiment was stamped on a strip of Whisper White and I made a flag tag out of it.  You can do this easily by using one of you square punches, insert it in one corner, line your corner in the middle of your strip and punch.  It takes a little practice, but time well spent. 

Oh, I almost forgot my background piece.  I used our Elegant Bouquet (115964) Embossing Folder with my Big Shot.  To make it more noticeable and bring it to the forefront I used the end of a paintbrush and some white acrylic paint and made dots for the center of the flowers.  I think it works beautifully, don't you.

Hello Folks. . .  We've made it to Friday once again.  WOW, I'm so excited.  I was just notified by Tiffany Bauer that my   . .  card will be featured on her blog on 1/22 www.mycraftyworld.blogspot.com   Thank you so much Tiffany.

Today I have a very quick and simple Valentine's Day card.  This card would be perfect for your children to make for teachers and friends at school.  Easy Peasy!!   My cardstock is Whisper White and cut at 4.25 x 8.5 and scored at 4.25.  I used a couple of our new Framelits from the Hearts Collection (125599).  I took my larger heart and offset it just a little and cut it out using my Big Shot (113439), then I took the smaller heart and ran it thru the Big Shot again.  My stamp set is I (Heart) Hearts.  You can purchase it in the Wood Mount (117010) or the Clear Mount (118571).   Next I stamped the outline heart and lined it up with my opening.  Next I stamped the polka dot heart on a separate piece of Whisper White (100730) then trimed it with my Paper Snips (103579) and mounted it with a demensional.  I also stamped my little heart on separate paper and used our Small Heart Punch (117193) and used a demensional there too.  My sentiment at the bottom is from Teen Tiny Wishes (115370).  Viola' you have a cute little Valentine's Day card you can be proud to give to anyone. 

This card will fit in the Standard Envelope but I wanted to jazz it up just a little bit more, so I used a White Envelope and sealed it up, then trimmed it off to make it 4 3/8 square.  Punched a half circle in the middle for easy access.  Finished it off with the three heart image from the same set.
