In our third episode we once again discuss this week’s hot items with a conservative bent. We talk about Obama’s visit to Notre Dame, more about Pelosi’s knowledge (or lack thereof) regarding waterboarding, Gov. Huntsman appointment as ambassador to China, Al Gore v. Dick Cheney, the fact that more Americans are pro-life then pro-choice and I give you my review of Star Trek, which I know you all can’t wait to hear (Trekkers unite).

We look forward to any thoughts or comments you might have about our discussion and we hope to start bringing this format as a live stream with user participation in the near future.

Welcome to the second episode of This Week in Politics, our new political podcast. In this episode myself, Ryan Petersen (of Rightjuris.com) and Justin (of Rightpundits.com) review the week’s happenings in politics. Amongst other things, we spend time reviewing the Bybee podcast from last week, discussing what’s wrong with the right, Dick Cheney v. Colin Powell, the sucktitude of Arlen Spectre and I review my conspiracy theorist reason why Air Force 1 really buzzed Manhattan (please wear your tin-foil hat).

We once again invite you to comment and interact. Let us know what you think about the issues presented, we especially love to hear from our liberal friends, I’m sure there is much to boil their blood in this podcast, so feel free to come bash us and tell us why we are a bunch of racist, homophobic wingnuts.

Introducing the new Right Pundits Podcast, hosted by yours truly (now all you libs can make fun of my voice in addition to my spelling mistakes and grammar errors). You can click here to get the podcast.

In this first podcast I have interviewed Prof. http://www.rightpundits.com/index.php/essay-about-deforestation/, who is a Constitutional law professor at UNLV law school. Prof. McAffee (also my father) is very close friend of Hon. Jay Bybee, who is the author of the so-called “torture memo”. This has been a big topic lately as many people are interested in what exactly did the Bush administration authorize and how did they come to the conclusions they did. Prof. McAffee has recently been on qualitative essay and interviewed by the summer holidays essay.

So, if you have an interest in politics at all, this might be interesting to you, he goes into what he thinks Bybee was trying to do and why he did it. McAffee is (as almost all law professors are) a big liberal, however his take on this is what I would consider pretty moderate, especially in comparison to what many of his colleagues would like to do to Jay Bybee.
