I got into Flash about 4 years back when I went onto <a href="http://www.albinoblacksheep.com/">Albino Blacksheep</a>, and saw some great animations, and played some great games, anyway, I found out that the artists of the games and movies used an animating program called "Macromedia Flash" (Now Adobe Flash), I went onto the sites download page and got the trial version (<a href="http://www.albinoblacksheep.com/download/flashmx">Macromedia Flash MX Trial</a>), had a little play around, looked at some tutorials, and then about 3 years later I actually started making stuff.<br /><br />I made a few crappy movies, put them on <a href="http://www.newgrounds.com/">Newgrounds</a>, and of course they got blammed (deleted). Then I made a game called "<a href="http://www.newgrounds.com/portal/view/438051">Pop Them Bubbles</a>", it went okay, got about 8 reviews, some positive, some negative, and an overall score of about "3.21" out of 5. This game was my real ticket to the flash industry, and got me making more games. I made another one called "<a href="http://www.newgrounds.com/portal/view/443737">Phone Home</a>", ................. This was probably the worst game ever to walk the earth (I didn't know games walked), you couldn't get past the first level becuase it was so bugged.<br /><br />Music overlaped, animations didn't play, it was terrible, and the funny thing is that it actually didn't get blammed (deleted) off of <a href="http://www.newgrounds.com/">Newgrounds</a>, but it did get a really bad score. The reviews were terrible, and everyone hated it, it was a big let down and caused me to not go on Flash for about 5 months. Recently I've started making a sniper game called "Mercenary".<br /><br />It's not finished but as soon as it is I hope to show it to the masses as quickly as possible, and hopefully they'll like it. My goal on this blog is to make a few tutorials for you guys and help you get into Flash.
