<p><strong>Calin Fusu</strong>: </p>
<p>Acum 2 ani, la inceputul lui februarie 2010, publicam prima oferta pe Zumzi 2.0 (varianta 1.0 a fost un fel de <a href="http://refresh.ro/2009/11/zumzi-ro-social-shopping-romanesc/">Twitter pentru shopping</a>). La 2 ani de Zumzi (si dupa un <a href="http://www.fusu.ro/index.php/2012/01/23/zumzi-solomo-hiring/" target="_blank">redesign recent</a>), <strong>am fuzionat produsele Neogen si Zumzi</strong>.</p>
<p>Dupa schimbarea focusului la Neogen de la &#8216;retea sociala&#8217; spre &#8216;servicii locale&#8217; (inclusiv <a href="http://www.fusu.ro/index.php/2011/12/22/nu-mai-vindem-publicitate/" target="_blank">renuntarea la vanzarea de publicitate</a>) si dupa adaugarea la Zumzi a elementelor &#8216;sociale&#8217; (profile/interactiuni), cele doua produse ca ofereau cam acelasi beneficii: reduceri, locuri si oameni din orasul tau. Fuziunea lor sub brandul mai proaspat si mai clar, <strong>Zumzi a fost un al treilea pas logic</strong>.</p>
<p><strong>Este ironic ca fuziunea se intampla in aceeasi zi cu lansarea IPO-ului Facebook :)</strong>. Facebook este categoric cheia insuccesului neogen.ro ca retea sociala. Acelasi lucru s-a intamplat in toate tarile lumii, cu exceptia Chinei, Japoniei, Koreei si Rusiei &#8211; singurele tari suficient de mari si diferite pentru a sustine jucatori locali pe categorii precum Search sau Social Networking.</p>
<p><strong>Doua sint invatamintele de tras din istoria de 7 ani a produsului neogen.ro</strong> (creat in 2003 prin fuziunea mai multor servicii precum matrimoniale si anunturi de mica publicitate): &#8216;claritatea/focusul brandului sunt esentiale pentru succes&#8217;, si &#8216;nu concura niciodata cu jucatorii internationali pe segmente unde softul este esential&#8217; &#8211; poti concura pe domenii unde vanzarile sint de baza (bestjobs/zumzi) sau unde contentul este de baza (trilulilu).</p>
<p><strong>Neogen ramane numele firmei detinatoare si dezvoltatoare a celor doua produse din portofoliu</strong>: BestJobs si Zumzi, precum si versiunilor internationale ale acestora: CeeVee.com, plus Popusti.rs / Dalavera.bg / Zumzi.md). Dupa o perioada de stat la Sofia, eu m-am mutat la Tg.Mures, de unde voi continua dezvoltarea celor doua business-uri.</p>
<p><strong>Pe piata de reduceri am devenit leaderi indiscutabili la trafic/baza de cumparatori</strong>, in luna februarie vor depasi FunDeal (actualul leader de piata) si dupa cifra de afaceri (Groupon este pe locul 4 si nu da semne de crestere deocamdata).</p>

Mergem sa vedem cum sunt conferintele la englezi si vrem sa invatam de la oameni cu experienta, care activeaza intr-o industie de cateva ori mai mare ca cea din Romania.</p>

<p>Cu o pauza de un an de zile, in 2010, anul acesta m-am inhamat din nou la realizarea studiului BR 2011, studiu ce-si propune sa redea profilul bloggerului roman, tipurile de bloguri, subiectele dezbatute si tipurile de content generat, traficul blogurilor, veniturile generate de acestea, investitiile facute in ultimul an si media sociale pe care bloggerii din Romania sunt prezenti.</p>

<p>Studiul pastreaza in linii mari directiile <a href="http://refresh.ro/tag/br-2009/" title="BR 2009">BR 2009</a>, la care am adaugat judetul, am lucrat putin la fine tunning pe partea de incasari din blogging de pana in 10,000 de euro pe an si am adaugat si intrebari despre Facebook. chestionarul plecand deja catre un grup de 43 de persoane.</p>
<p>Chestionarul a plecat deja catre un grup de 43 de persoane, urmand ca, in cursul acestei saptamani, acesta sa ajunga in inboxul a inca ~100 de persoane, dupa care va fi facut public pe o perioada de inca o saptamana, cel mult 2. Ca si in urma cu 2 ani de zile, rabdare va cer. Sunt <em>decat un blogger</em>.:-)</p>

<p>In statiile de metrou Piata Victoriei, Universitate, Gara de Nord, Timpuri Noi, Politehnica, Grozavesti si Petrache Poenaru, aceleasi statii despre care am amintit <a href="http://refresh.ro/2012/01/orange-romania-acces-la-metroul-bucurestean-printr-un-sms/" target="_blank">si aici</a>, accesul la metrou este disponibil la un sms distanta si pentru utilizatorii Vodafone.</p>
<p>Preturile sunt aceleasi ca si in cazul clientulor Orange, 50 euro centi o calatorie, doua calatorii 90 euro centi, iar pentru 10 calatorii pretul este de 2.2 euro. Numarul de telefon la care se trimite sms-ul este 7477, numarul de telefon la care se suna pentru a putea valida intrarea este 1700.</p>

<p>Incepand de luni, 30 ian 2012, clientii Orange pot intra la metrou trimitand un SMS la 1700, confirmarea platii primind-o instant, tot prin SMS. Pretul unei calatorii este de 50 euro centi, doua calatorii 90 euro centi (mesajul este 2C), iar pentru 10 calatorii pretul este de 2.2 euro (mesajul este 10C).</p>
<p>Accesul in statie se face prin apelarea gratuita a aceluiasi numar de telefon si apropierea receptorului telefonului de validatoarele special instalate. In prima etapa, serviciul este disponibil in statiile Gara de Nord, Victoriei, Universitate, Petrache Poenaru, Timpuri Noi, Grozaveşti si Politehnica. </p>
<p><em>PS. In plus, incepand de marti, 1 februarie 2012, clientii Orange pot plăti prin SMS parcarea în zona amenajata la Ateneul Roman din Bucuresti. Numarul de telefon este 7577, tariful de 40 euro centi, sms-ul continand numarul masinii. :-)</em></p>

<p>In cazul in care v-ati pus probabil intrebarea cine sunt romanii care cumpara de pe internet, raspunsul il putem gasi (macar partial) in cifrele oferite de okazii.ro, cifre ce au fost date publicitatii zilele trecute.</p>
<p>Astfel, pe o baza de 3.3 milioane de romani care au vizitat okazii.ro in luna decembrie 2011, avem urmatoarele statistici:</p>
<p>- Bucurestiul detine o pondere importanta a shopping-ului online la nivel de regiune (peste 51% din volumul tranzactiilor in Muntenia si 15% din totalul achizitiilor online in Romania)</p>
<p>- Top 5 judete (eliminand capitala tarii) din punct de vedere al tranzactiilor pe Internet arata astfel: Cluj (5,02% din totalul tranzactiilor in Romania), Constanta (4,72%), Timis (4,63%), Iasi (3.83%) si Brasov (3,77%)</p>
<p>- Top 5 judete din punct de vedere al cresterii medie a tranzactiilor lunare arata astfel: Calarasi (278%), Braila (233%), Teleorman (182%), Giurgiu (163%) si Buzau (155%).</p>

<p>Grant’s Whisky, produs distribuit in Romania de Alexandrion Grup, a debutat in .ro cu o prima campanie in social media ce si-a propus sa aduca in prim plan <em>povestile fiecaruia dintre noi</em> si care s-a derulat intre 15 septembrie si 15 decembrie 2011.</p>

<p>Prin intermediul unei aplicatii dedicate, utilizatorii de Facebook au putut posta o poveste din viata lor (text, video, foto), campania fiind sustinuta de comunicarea pe wall-ul paginii de Facebook si implicarea a trei ambasadori, Cristina Bazavan, Marius Tudosiei si Adrian Ciubotaru (detalii si video <a href="http://www.alexandrion.ro/grants/" target="_blank">aici</a>).</p>
<p>Celor interesati de rezultatele campaniei, le semnalez <a href="http://www.alexandrion.ro/grants/Studiu_de_caz_Descopera_Grants_Spune-ti_povestea.pdf" target="_blank">studiul de caz</a> publicat de catre companie, studiu in care puteti vedea atat mecanismul, prezentarea ambasadorilor, cat si rezultatele acesteia.</p>
