Three days back I have written a post – Windows7 HouseParty Real or Scam. I was really frustrated, Still I have not received my party pack and I have invited all my guests for October 22,2009.

But I should not post that, I apologize for that.  I have received so many mails that I should be calm for it.

My best wishes! to all those who have received their Windows7 House Party, Ejoyyy!. This is really a next generation operating system, I have Windows7 RC on my system and I am loving it.

I am Windows7 RC user and I was really impressed by Windows7. When I came to know about Windows7 Launch Party, I have applied for it without wasting time and selected as confirmed host. I am happy with the improvements in Windows7 and really it is a next generation operating system.

I named my party as Windows7Blast and I was really  excited about launch party . I have invited all my friends and colleagues for it. I planned my party on October 22,2008 2009, but all my feeling vanished for Windows7. As I haven’t received my party package and it  is a week away but still there is no information about my party package. I have not received any tracking code and If they will ship it now then I don’t think I will get it by October 22,2008 2009.   So all my guest please come with eggs and rotten tomatoes.

I have sent so many emails to House Party customer care but till now no response. It not only happened with me, there are lots of other people are complaining the same on House Party Conversations. Some are telling that they have received their party pack but I think there is something suspicious or it may be a big scam.

I really loved Windows7 but Microsoft don’t love and respect their users and customers.

I am not removing this post as per our guidelines but I apologize for it

Google now steps from “View as HTML” to “Quick View” link to PDF’s to make browsing experience more quick and easy. The “Quick View” option is similar to “”View as HTML”, in that, it allows to view the online PDF’s and other online documents in HTML format  without having to download.

But in “View as HTML”, we have to compromise for formatting and graphics.  ” Quick view” link displays the PDFs without any change in graphics, formatting and tables. It easies the navigation through pages, similar to viewing PDF’’s in acrobat reader. It opens it  in Online Google Doc Viewer.Currently this feature is only for PDFs, Google will be adding this link to other types of online doucments.

So now there is no need to download PDF’s, read it online.  Kudos! Google

However, you may not be able to view currently for all PDFs as it not rolled out completely.

The media and blogs are flooded with the upcoming launch of Windows 7 on October 22, 2009. Binging ,Googling and Tweeting everywhere the most common word is Windows7. After the Worsta ( Vista ) the people are waiting for Next Gen XP and the current trends shows that Windows7 is the right choice.

I started with computing when there was Windows 3.1 and I worked on most of the Windows version’s 95,98,2000, Me, XP, Vista and now Windows7 RC. I really liked 95 > 98 > XP and the worst was Vista > Me > 2000 .

Windows 7 is incredible , The best thing is Microsoft is working as a angel for Windows 7. Even they released a free antivirus named “Microsoft Security Essentials” to remove some mental and financial burden and I was lucky enough that I got that also for free and believe me it is not annoying like other players which shows lots of pop up’s and hog your system. I don’t know is they are going to ship it with Win7, but if they do then it would be a complete OS.

They want everyone to be a part of this , earlier they have given the Windows 7 Ultimate RC free for a year, now RTM for 90 days and even they are also giving Windows 7 Ultimate Signature Edition for free with lots of Goodies or  a Pizza .

Now you will have two more extra words while posting url’s on twitter. Bit.ly most widely used url shortener just launched one ore url shortener service j.mp, which is having two less words then bit.ly.

As j.mp has been lauched recently then it will be having more space to short a url. the interface and web pages is same like bit.ly, and it is also supporting the same features as bit.ly like real time stats and history.

There are so many other  most popular url services like tinyurl.com and tr.im, so what is your choice? but with j.mp you will get some more space on twitter.

Today I migrated all my feeds from Firefox to Google Reader. I had tons of feed subscription and it became hard to manage all with Firefox. I am using most of the Google products and Google Reader is really a good online feed reader.

I think it can be improved more like some of the basic features I would like ; It should have a link to create folder on main page and it should support folder hierarchy. For example If i want to create a global folder Webtech and then I would like to have sub folders like PHP,AJAX and others then it would be easier to manager. If someone from Google Reader team is reading, please introduce this feature.

Google Reader has a very good feature is creating feed bundles, by this you can create a feed bundle of  your favorite blogs feed or feed folder as a group feed. You can read more on Official Google Reader blog about this feature.

I love to read Google blogs – Google Official blog, Gmail Blog and other Google products blog. Google is running tons of company blog, the full details about Google blogs are available at Google Blog Directory.
