I’ve been relatively lucky. I found two of my most wanted spring items @ 60% off. Thanks to Jay. I owe ya buddy. I expected the jacket to be a lot lighter, but I guess thats not a bad thing. It’ll be perfect for the fall and early winter. PHYSICAL GEOGRAPHY says it won’t be as cold this year—->insert rant–GG 2010 olympics. you’re all fucked. Thanks for putting our city in major debt. Second item is a pair of highly coveted Drkshdw Aircut jeans. I’m up in the air with this piece. It’s a little too loud as I didn’t think it would be this “dirty”. If I do decide to keep it, I will have to take it in from the thigh down. If you’re interested in the jeans, I am willing to let them go for 350USD Shipped within North America. I’ve kind of been looking for this on and off and it just happened to pop up. Someone had it at first, but i guess they had problems with their payment. It was meant to be, its mine son. I’m glad I picked this up in Small. XS would have been very tight and short. Only problem I have with this is the cheap ass zipper. When zipping up the jacket, it tends to catch onto the inner nylon under the zipper. RICK, PUT IN SOME RIRI OR SOMETHING. THE FUCK.

Tried cutting up some old w+h jeans, didnt turn out the way i wanted to. Shit ain’t baggy enough

First, I’d like to thank Bart and the good people at Damir for getting this package to me after a 2nd try. You guys are truly the best!

Actually got this package last week, but I’ve been enjoying the rare sunny weather in Vancouver and I’ve been wearing it all non-stop (literally). I have my eye on some other pieces and will probably place an order on monday. The quality problems from FW08 were addressed, definately down with Doma 100 percent!

So this is what came in the package:

Paem Cotton Dual Layer Shorts

I’ve always had a problem with Rick tees from SS08 Creatch - Present, because they fit so fucking long. I’m not over 6″ and I’m built like a stick, so what options do I have? Julius, Doma, maybe KK attachment? Of all those 3, I’d take DD any day. I wasn’t too sure about the Paem shorts, mainly because all the styled pictures had the sides puff out so much, but dudes were probably wearing 46’s when they should have been wearing 44’s. Still, I prefer last springs, so lmk whats up if you find a 44. I was most surprised with the Pacitti Drop Crotch’s. Its a really light wool, but fucking sturdy and there are so many ways to wear it, 3/4 or 1/2 rolled up.

It took two years to find this in the right size/color/season (thanks John!). Since it rains 70 percent of the time in Vancouver and lately, the massive snow within the last two years. This is the perfect jacket. The lining inside isn’t quite as full as I’d like it to be, but the outer coated moleskin makes up for it.

True obsession: When summer hasn’t even started and you’re buying up winter jackets 4-5 months ahead.

I set up my studio lights and was just playing around, decided to take some quick shots of my own for anyone who wants to use these as a reference.

Both shorts are from SS09. I prefer the Doma joints in LINEN, but I can’t seem to locate a 44 anywhere besides Japan. I don’t want to pay 600. yay? I don’t mind the Boris shorts, but they seem too flimsy. If you know where I can find the Doma Dual Layer (44) , let me know please!

So we banged out more “stuff”. Robin Thicke’s got a new single just in time for the summer. You’ll dig it. Robin stay’s non-mushy at all times. Best mainstream RNB artist in the last 3 years. Fuck Ne-Yo, Musiq fell off. Ryan Leslie is still cool.

Expect some surprising changes. New album out in the fall.
