It was a sunny and almost warm day, Taiga enjoyed basking in the sun ^o^

Omake :P During the earlier shots, it got a bit breezy….. so that = face plant! ( ^^;;; oops) okay not really more like head plant ^^; Luckily she wasn’t injured due to that her wig padded her head/face but I don’t think she was very pleased with me ^^;

I cannot decide if Mirin is embarrassed or looking at me confidently :P

They’re wearing a very similar top. It’s very hard to get them exactly the same, drives me nuts ^^;

So Mirai is in the Dynamite Body ^^; (DDdy) and Mirin is in L-bust with DDII body :)

Blythe dolls are what got me started on this doll collecting hobby, and Haruko is one of the few customs I made :)

Custom work done:

• Hair is trimmed and layered.
• Face matted by sanding and buffing.
• Eyelids is airbrushed in pink and shaded with a dark brown like that of dark chocolate, same shade as her eye shadow.
• Blushy cheeks also applied with airbrush.
• Her light pink lips are a combination of airbrush and hand painted details, her lips and corners of her mouth has also been carved to give her a gentle sweet smile.
• Gaze is slightly corrected, and boggled and curly flirty eyelashes replaced her stock ones.
• Her pull string has been replaced and pull ring is customised with beads and satin ribbon roses.

Her eye chips are:

• Front: Turquoise green, Blue like clear skies
• Sides: Darkbrown with sparkles, and Orange with floral base.

Sometimes after taking pictures of the doll wearing the final piece I realise there’s more stuff I want to “fix”… *facepalm*

For this version, I made the end of the sleeves a bit longer so that when the arm is bent the sleeves will still cover a reasonable amount of the ball joint of the wrist part.

The drawback is the sleeves will be quite long when the arms are at ease, almost covering the thumb of the hands ^^;

With the apron and headdress from the last test attempt, Himitsu looks like a maid in light blue? :P I was actually thinking inspired by Alice in Wonderland when I picked the fabrics :)

Dollfies has such wonderful body ^o^ I love their long legs :3

We almost missed the sunset as I took quite a while to redress Mirai ^^; at least 15-20 minutes so my husband claimed :P

I brought Himitsu and Taiga along, Himitsu wears a test outfit which still have to be adjusted at the waist and sleeves…

I’ve been sick with varying severity for about a week now, which was why the lack of activities on my blogs, but since I didn’t feel too bad yesterday I was glad I could make it to the meet without too much problem. Transit was really packed for most part due to the Olympics, I was glad I could squeeze in without getting squished asia style ^^;

Met kmyk’s sweet Nyia for the first time :D

Also meet her Himeno Azone Pure Nemo doll, she felt slightly heavier than Mamachapp :) Her hair is very soft and smooth, and she’s very sweet :D

I wonder if this top will fit the L bust? Will have to try it sometime, right now this outfit has to be worn by removing the head (which can be a PITA), so I’m a bit lazy to take it off to try it on an L bust for now ^^;

Hey you! Enough!

Muuuhuhuhu… what can I make Chun get me…..

One winter day, there was a rare break of blue sky and some sunlight, I took Himitsu out for a photoshoot… Yes I realise that she’s not wearing a winter seifuku (oops) gotta make her one for the hard work she did for me ^^;

Interestingly enough though, this winter is significantly warmer than the past winters we’ve experienced so far ^^;

Most of the winters it rains a lot, and sometimes crazy snow storms like this… and this… ^^;

Himitsu chan is a professional dollfie model ^^; It’s colder than it looks ^^;

I think I was more conscious about people looking than she was :P

Only snowed where we were for about 1-2 days and melted off within hours ^^;

The plants are confused, sunshine makes it feels like spring ^^;

After the hard work, Himitsu is rewarded with some treats… (erm does that sound wrong? LOL)

Himitsu cannot wait to take a bite ;P

Also must mention that I took on a commission work early last year (eek) and was interrupted by something unexpected and lost the momentum… Remember the DC seifuku a previous post? ^^; I’m glad I finally completed it and it had reached the super patient dejoker who sent me photos very quickly after it reached him :D Thanks so so much again!

The lovely Haruka outfit which dejoker’s lovely Saber Alter musume is made by him! Look at the bow on the Haruka school uniform, so perfectly tied up (^O^)b! The cute choker on Rin is by dejoker san as well :3
