Add the garnish and you're done.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The Runaway&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;4cl (1 1/4 oz) Calvados&lt;br /&gt;1,5cl (1/2 oz) Benedictine&lt;br /&gt;3cl (1 oz) croft Pink&lt;br /&gt;1,5cl (1/2 oz) lemon juice&lt;br /&gt;2 dash bitters&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pour all ingredients into mixing glass, shake well with ice and fine strain it into a chilled martini glass.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;APPLE &amp;amp; PINK JULEP&lt;br /&gt;************************************************&lt;br /&gt;In a long glass, place 10 to 15 mint leaves with a shot of apple juice. Gently press to extract the full aroma of the mint and add a large measure of Croft Pink Port. Add some ice and swizzle until the cocktail is chilled.
