Are you an entrepreneur, or do you know someone who is?

To celebrate America’s entrepreneurs and defend the American Dream, FreedomWorks is giving away over $6,000 dollars in cash and prizes in the “I am an Entrepreneur” competition. The I am an Entrepreneur online contest salutes the entrepreneur’s place in American society, and hopes to educate and inspire grassroots Americans on the merits and values of entrepreneurship.  

With the “I am an Entrepreneur” competition, you are invited to submit short essays (written or online video) that explain how you or someone you know is an entrepreneur and how you apply the core values of entrepreneurship—freedom, self-reliance, initiative—to your specific field.

Winners:

For each category Video and Essay:

Grand Prize – $2,000 and a trip to Chicago to attend the FreedomWorks Strategies for Freedom dinner;

First Prize – $500 and two books: 1. A copy of Atlas Shrugged by Ayn Rand and 2. A copy of Armey’s Axioms by FreedomWorks Chairman Dick Armey;

The top 10 runners up will each win two books: 1. A copy of Atlas Shrugged by Ayn Rand and 2. A copy of Armey’s Axioms by FreedomWorks Chairman Dick Armey.
