<p>Como comentei, já haviam me pedido este sabor. Aproveitei que ia provar um pudim comercial para transformar em sorvete também.</p>



<p>Sei que existe o sabor em algumas sorveterias, mas queria uma versão para a <strong>Ninja Creami </strong>por ser mais fácil e que não seja tão precisa assim. Afinal, não é uma fórmula de sorvete-sorvete.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Dicas para Sorvete de Pudim</h2>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li><strong>Leite integral</strong>: recomendo que use para ter algum teor de gordura, uma vez que não é usado creme de leite. Usei o leite <strong>Leitíssimo Integral Zero Lactose</strong> que tem <strong>4% gordura</strong>.</li>



<li><strong>Pudim</strong>: use o melhor pudim que puder, se for caseiro creio que ficará ainda melhor.</li>

<p>Ah, sim. Fica com sabor de pudim sim. É delicado, mas não é totalmente sutil. Claro, finalizado com pudim ajuda a dar mais sabor.</p>

<p>Outra grande diferença que desta vez usei o <a href="https://youtu.be/hIylRJVfYk4" type="link" id="https://youtu.be/hIylRJVfYk4">creme de Kit Kat</a> lançado para o uso doméstico em meados de 2025 para dar o sabor principal para o sorvete. Mas é claro que usamos o chocolate também para ter aquela textura.</p>



<p>Só fiquei na dúvida se essa versão de mercado do creme de Kit Kat é parecida com a outra versão do pote de 1 kg para cozinhas profissionais.</p>

<p>E recomendo bastante que coloque as barras de Kit Kat também, as texturas diferentes agregam bastante na experiência. Além de dar mais cara de Kit Kat para o sorvete.</p>

<p>Pelo nome é possível perceber um certa influência do famoso <strong>Bolo Tres Leches</strong> entre os nossos vizinhos da América Latina. Ou seja, aquele bolo umedecido com 3 tipos de leites e/ou derivados.</p>



<p>O sorvete é feito apenas com <strong>três ingredientes</strong>: leite condensado, creme e leite. Basicamente, um sorvete de leite, se você gosta do sabor lácteo, esta sobremesa é para você.</p>



<p>E com a Ninja Creami, a textura fica de milhões. Super cremoso e sedoso como a gente espera.</p>

<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>Use um <strong>leite</strong> que você goste <strong>do sabor, de tomar</strong>. Por ser um sorvete simples, o sabor dele virá do leite. Para a receita usei o l<strong>eite integral zero lactose da letíssimo</strong>, ele tem 4% de gordura.</li>



<li>Pode ser usado as versões zero lactose dos produtos, foi o que usei.</li>



<li>De modo geral, após bater na <strong>Ninja Creami pela primeira vez</strong>, não será necessário bater novamente se sobrar sorvete. Ele ficará cremoso mesmo depois que voltar para o congelador. Dito isso, ele derrete mais rápido também.</li>



<li>Servido com um <a href="https://pratofundo.com/7102/melhor-cookie-vegano-chocolate/">cookie de chocolate</a> fica uma combinação perfeita.</li>

<p>Outra grande diferença que desta vez usei o já clássico <strong>creme de Ovomaltine</strong> para dar o sabor principal para o sorvete. Mas também usei o <strong>Ovomaltine</strong> em si e o docimento <strong>Ovomaltine Rocks</strong> para dar mais textura.</p>



<p>A fórmula é a minha <a href="https://pratofundo.com/11277/receita-base-sorvete-goma-xantana/" type="link" id="https://pratofundo.com/11277/receita-base-sorvete-goma-xantana/">base de sorvete sem ovos</a> para que o sabor do Ovomaltine apareça sem tanta interferência, uma vez que a pasta é diluída dentro da base.</p>

<p>E recomendo bastante que coloque o <strong>Ovomaltine</strong> e o <strong>Rocks</strong> também, as texturas diferentes agregam bastante na experiência.</p>
