<p>OVERALL PURPOSE OF ROLE:</p>
<p>We are seeking a QA Engineer to help deliver top quality, administration tools. The role will report into the Tools QA Lead, and will involve working closely with Development and other QA teams. You must have a passion for QA and be a very responsible, detail-oriented person with experience in testing interactive software that also needs to satisfy the needs of enterprise-class software requirements. You should be able to maintain grace under pressure in a fast-paced, high-calibre product development environment. We&#8217;re looking for a QA engineer who knows what it takes to get software out the door.</p>
<p>Responsibilities / Accountabilities:</p>
<p>* You must be able to complete tasks on time while working with development engineers to understand features and develop tests up to the last seconds of a deadline.<br />
* A keen ability to understand how the software was developed, in order to devise insightful test scenarios is important<br />
* You will produce bug reports that contain detailed instructions on the bug environment, and how to reproduce the problem<br />
* You will need to develop test plans and work with development engineers to ensure all features/aspects of our products are fully functional<br />
* Applicants must have a well-rounded background across QA practices and have the ability to understand large, complex systems<br />
* You will need a track record of shipping software products, and experience with the complete <strong>software development</strong> lifecycle</p>
<p>Skills / Experience Required:</p>
<p>* 4 years minimum industry experience<br />
* BSc or BA preferred, (or relevant work experience)<br />
* Experience writing and executing detailed Test Plans<br />
* Experience with <strong>test automation</strong> tools such as <strong>Selenium</strong> an advantage<br />

<p>OVERALL PURPOSE OF ROLE:</p>
<p>Working in Product Development, the Feature Analyst is a key role in bringing innovative poker gaming strategy and features to the production gaming platform. Primary responsibilities will be working with stakeholders to translate product vision and strategy into functional designs for delivery by IT.</p>
<p>Responsibilities / Accountabilities:</p>
<p>* Work with poker visionaries, pros and stakeholders to identify and analyse new poker features and game system requirements<br />
* Translate poker feature requirements into documented functional specifications in a clear, concise and detailed manner<br />
* Work closely with prototyping team to produce interactive models to validate feature concepts and playability; this will enrich the feature definition process and aid communication of feature requirements for IT<br />
* Work with marketing to translate in-game marketing and web marketing strategy into functional requirements for delivery by IT<br />
* Perform detailed system and process analysis for new features<br />
* Interact with Development teams to communicate requirements and as part of the team ensure the design specifications meet functional requirements<br />
* Liaise with QA team to ensure test plans adequately captures feature requirement specifications<br />
* Provide ongoing support to Project Managers and IT during the development process<br />
* Demonstrate leadership by coordinating the requirements gathering and functional specifications for small to large projects</p>
<p>Skills / Experience Required:</p>
<p>* 5+ years in a business analyst or consulting role<br />
* Experience of functional specification authoring with <strong>UI</strong> design/prototyping desirable<br />
* Knowledge of poker games and online poker industry is highly desirable<br />
* Experience in online gaming sector (preferably online poker) is very highly desirable<br />
* Ability to lead by coordinating the requirements, specifications, and prototyping efforts<br />
* Demonstrate strong analytical, problem solving, interviewing, and fact-finding skills.<br />
* Excellent communication skills including documentation skills and presentation experience<br />
* Ability to adapt to changing priorities and to thrive in a fast-paced work environment<br />
* Proactive with &#8220;can-do&#8221; attitude<br />
* Strong customer focus<br />
* Third level degree in relevant business or IT discipline<br />
* Excellent written and verbal skills<br />
* In depth understanding and experience of the <strong>software development</strong> process and overall project life cycle</p>

<p>* Some project management experience<br />

<p>OVERALL PURPOSE OF ROLE:</p>
<p>We are seeking a Payment Optimization Specialist to join the performance team within the payment department. The successful candidate will be part of a team of analysts involved in the optimization of 50 worldwide payment methods, the primary objectives are to improve approval rates, reduce cost and control fraud. The team is responsible for identifying, reporting and alerting anomalies in an exceptionally fast paced and volatile sector of the Poker industry.</p>
<p>Responsibilities/Accountabilities:</p>
<p>* Support, maintain and control large scale Payments Control Systems.<br />
* Provide expertise and insight into the workings of Payment Methods including Credit Cards, eWallets, ACH, Check21 etc..<br />
* Analyse customer behaviour and identify patterns to increase potential revenue and reduce fraud.<br />
* Assist in the development and provision of an effective reporting environment within the Payments Department<br />
* Produce complex business logic to improve customer experience and maximising revenue.</p>
<p>Skills/Experience Required:</p>
<p>* 5+ years in a similar role with proven results in the optimization of payment processing and fraud control.<br />
* 3+ years working directly with Payment Methods that must include ACH, Credit Card and eWallets<br />
* Strong aptitude in Data Analysis, Data Modelling and the online payments/gaming industry<br />
* Expert knowledge of <strong>SQL</strong> and Business Objects or MS Excel a definite requirement.<br />
* Knowledge of KPI generation an advantage.<br />
* Must be a fast learner, be able to hit the ground running and must have a passion for hard work<br />
* Ability to cope with a dynamic and rapidly changing business landscape<br />
* A background in online gaming a distinct advantage.</p>
<p>* The role of Payment Processing analyst is NOT a Systems Business Analyst, but rather a Statistical and/or <strong>Business Intelligence Analyst</strong>.</p>

<p>Overall Purpose of Role: Cashier / Payment Operations specialist reports to the Payments Department with the purpose and function of <strong>providing support</strong> relating to the companies cashier activities and payment services. <p>RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES:</p>
<p>* Responsible for investigating and resolving customer queries and disputes related to the various payment solutions provided.<br />
* Responsible for identifying trends in customer queries and reporting such trends to management as they arise.<br />
* Responsible for the management of automated alerts linked to Payment Processor outages, liaising with 3rd party processors and management as they need arise.<br />
* Responsible for timely execution of payments and cashouts along with an overall understanding of these methods for all countries<br />
* Undertake a number of time sensitive administration tasks adhering to an agreed protocol at all times.<br />
* Liaising and supporting other teams within the Payments department.<br />
* Support all new business initiatives impacting payments, providing expertise and feedback on an ongoing basis.<br />
* Actively contribute to identifying initiatives, system improvements, and process improvements.<br />
* Deliver excellent customer service</p>
<p>SKILLS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:</p>
<p>* At least 1 years experience in either an online payments or financial services environment.<br />
* At least 1 years experience in a Customer Service role.<br />
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.<br />
* Customer focused<br />
* Ability to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines.<br />
* Proficient in MS Office Tools particularly MS Excel and MS Word.<br />
* A self starter, with initiative and ability to take responsibility for personal workload.<br />
* Ability to adapt to changing priorities and to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.<br />
* Ability to work independently on assigned projects, but also to provide key input into dynamic team setting.<br />
