According to POEA, the job-seekers are advised not to be misled by “recruitment brokers”. The Spanish Government has not authorized any placement agency outside the Philippines to recruit Filipino Workers.

Under the “Proyecto Piloto” only Philippine based recruitment agencies are allowed to deploy OFW to Spain. In a Memorandum of Understanding with Spain the point of hiring and issuance of entry visas and work permits are exclusively in the Philippines.

To get a list of Licensed Philippine Recruitment Agency you may visit: http://www.poea.gov.ph/cgi-bin/agSearch.asp

IN MY OPINION:
I think this warning should also be issued to all countries and not only to Spain since it is included in the POEA law that OFW's are not allowed to transfer place of employment unless their documention is again process by the POEA. Processing of OFW docs can only be done here in the Philippines.

Jobs Available in Jordan

Below is the link to know what jobs are available in Jordan. Within the 3 years OJT given to nurses and 4 years to caregivers, they should pass the stringent Japan qualification exams to allow them to work in Japan for a longer term otherwise they will have to go home.

Baldoz explained that under the proposed MOU, the recruitment and deployment of nurses and caregivers will be implemented by the POEA through its government-to-government hiring system and without the intervention by any private person or entity, including licensed agencies.

"We tried to negotiate for the participation of the private sector, but Japan stood firm on its position considering that this is the first kind and they want to make sure that there will be no problem in its implementation", Baldoz added.

Baldoz said the terms of the proposed MOU will be very cost-friendly to the accepted workers – without placement fee, free airfare, and free six months language training in Japan.

Baldoz said the POEA will soon announce the start of the recruitment process. She also warned jobseekers to avoid being victimized by illegal recruiters by not dealing with any person or office other than the POEA in their application for jobs in Japan.

source: POEA

Latest Job Openings in Jordan and Malaysia

LATEST JOB OPENINGS

Saudi Jordanian Investment Company (Jordan)
Mechanical Engineers
Electrical Engineers
Pastry Chefs
Production Staffs
http://www.philippinerecruitmentagency.com/jobs-pastry-chef.php

Starweb Group (Malaysia)
JAVA DEVELOPER /SENIOR SOFTWARE ENGINEER
APPLICATION DEVELOPER
NOTE PROGRAMMER
MQ SERVER ADMINISTRATOR
TIVOLI SPECIALIST
SAP SPECIALIST
http://www.philippinerecruitmentagency.com/jobs-javaprogrammer.php

You may visit the full list at http://www.philippinerecruitmentagency.com/jobopening.php
For employers you may send your latest job openings for free at jeplus@gmail.com or visit http://www.philippinerecruitmentagency.com/jobposting.php

Free Job Posting at http://www.philippinerecruitmentagency.com/

POEA Advisory

Beware of fake jobs in Ghana

Jobseekers are warned against accepting offers by some groups and individuals for 'employment' in Ghana. Most of the deployed workers were assigned to do construction, maintenance, housekeeping, and catering jobs inside American camps.
The deployment of Filipinos to Afghanistan was also allowed but was limited to professionals working in projects controlled by the United Nations (UN). Foreign employers are conducting dealings via the recruiters email address posted in their website. There are even times that conducting pre-assessment and final interview are done through the web cam and physical appearance in the Philippines is no longer necessary. These reduce the cost both for the Principal and Recruitment agency.

A typical hiring flow in Philippine recruitment is shown below:
Principal searches the internet to look for a prospective recruitment counterpart.
Visits the recruiter’s website and sends an email inquiring about their job orders (service fees, availability of the applicants, requirements, etc.).
Philippine recruitment agency answers the email and sends out manpower availability including their bio-data and other information.
Principal conducts pre/final assessment.
Principal downloads the template documents for POLO authentication.
Principal sends the authenticated documents and wire transfers the service fee to the Philippine recruitment agency.
The Philippine recruitment agency processes the documents with the POEA and sends the tentative deployment dates of the applicants.
Applicants are then deployed and arrival confirmations are sent via the email.

If the recruitment agency fails to have a web presence then the company is missing out recruitment leads which are very essential in the recruitment business.
