ADVENTURE TIME: THE COMPLETE SECOND SEASON on Blu-ray and DVD & SEASON ONE debuts on Blu-ray 6/4/13

Cartoon Network announced the first – and second – Blu-ray™ release for its hit comedy series, Adventure Time, as the company will bring the first two seasons of the Emmy® Award-nominated animated series to Blu-ray on June 4. Adventure Time: The Complete Second Season will debut on both DVD and Blu-ray, complete with absolutely algebraic bonus content created by series creator Pendleton Ward, including a featurette filmed by Ward that provides exclusive access to and interviews with members of his talented show team, as well as episode commentaries for all 26 season two episodes from Ward and the Adventure Time team. Also that same day, Cartoon Network will release Adventure Time: The Complete First Season on Blu-ray, bringing that fan-favorite home video release to the high-definition market with stunning HD-quality audio and video. Both season one and season two Blu-ray titles will also include a free Ultraviolet HD digital copy for each episode. Both Adventure Time: The Complete First Season and Adventure Time: The Complete Second Season Blu-ray releases will be available for the suggested retail price of $32.07, while the two-disc season two DVD will be priced at $26.95.

“Adventure Time fans are the best! They are totally passionate – and vocal – about what they want, and we know from their tireless online commenting, both full season sets and Blu-ray releases have been at the top of their lists of demands,” said Erik Resnick, vice president of Cartoon Network Enterprises, the home entertainment division of the network. “Their patience has paid off as we deliver both with today’s announcement of the season two release and our first two Blu-ray and Ultraviolet releases. GIMM+ICKY Premiere Official Video for Dance Club Smash Shake That

Up and coming pop duo GIMM+ICKY have unleashed the official music video for their infectious single, “Shake That,” with a premiere on Artist Direct. The song is a Top 10 smash on the Dance Club Billboard charts, and starting to cross over to Rhythm and Top 40 radio.

Comprised of Tripp Weir and Jeff Garrison (who previously performed as solo artists), GIMM+ICKY has scored TV placements on networks like ABC, E!, Nickelodeon, and the NFL Network in just over a year. “We met up on a Monday with the concept, were immediately on the same page, nailed down the direction of our sound, wrote several choruses, and a day later were asked to sit in at a writers night,” recalls Weir of how the duo got together. “There was immediate response, which of course added fuel to the fire.”

Jim Henson’s Teeny Tiny Dogs is a puppet preschool series that follows the hilarious shenanigans of four teeny tiny dogs, Dinky, Butch, Butterfly, and Polly, during their day at doggie daycare. Despite their teeny tiny size these four furry friends have BIG FUN and invite the viewers to join their playful pack. Legendary fairy tale characters come to life in Warner Bros. Home Entertainment’s (WBHE) brand-new, full-length animated adventure, Tom and Jerry’s Giant Adventure, set for release August 6, 2013. A fresh, new adaptation of the classic tale Jack and the Beanstalk, Tom and Jerry’s Giant Adventure tells the story of how the popular cat and mouse duo team up with a young boy named Jack, as they journey to Fairyland and confront a greedy giant named Ginormous. Tom and Jerry’s Giant Adventure will be sold in both a Blu-ray™ combo pack (includes both the Blu-ray™, standard DVD and UltraViolet™ editions of the film), which retails for $24.98 SRP and on standard DVD for $19.98 SRP.

It’s super-sized fun for the whole family with Tom and Jerry’s Giant Adventure, as the tussling twosome star alongside famous characters from classic children’s literature and legendary nursery rhymes in an exciting, animated re-telling of the beloved classic, Jack and the Beanstalk. Viewers will meet Peter Pumpkin Eater, Humpty Dumpty, the Three Little Pigs, Little Red Riding Hood, Little Bo Peep and many other famous storybook characters as they mix and mingle with classic cartoon personalities including Droopy Dog, Barney Bear, Tuffy the Mouse, Screwy Squirrel, Spike and Tyke and others in a magical story that will delight both kids and adults.

In Tom and Jerry’s Giant Adventure, nine-year-old Jack and his mom Violet have fallen on hard times when their fairytale-themed amusement park, Storybook Town, falls into disrepair and thus fails to attract the patrons it once drew. Unless they come up with a mortgage payment, the park will be torn down and replaced by a strip mall.

Forever optimistic, Violet and Jack refuse to give in and live by the adage “dreams come true if you believe.” To come up with part of the mortgage, Jack sells their beloved cow, Hermione. Tom and Jerry, who are all that’s left of Storybook Town’s petting zoo, accompany young Jack, who trades Hermione to a mysterious stranger named Farmer O’Dell in exchange for magic beans.

Jack’s mom is upset Hermione was traded for beans. Tom and Jerry, however, know there is something uniquely distinctive about these beans and bury them in the soil. As night falls on Storybook Town, Tom, Jerry and Jack fall asleep but are soon awakened by the magic beans, which have formed a giant beanstalk that shoots up like a rocket above the clouds and carries the trio to Fairyland – a magical place, high in the sky.

In Fairyland, Tom, Jerry and Jack meet several characters from legendary children’s stories and nursery rhymes. They also meet Ginormous, a greedy, tyrannical giant with a keen sense of smell, who terrorizes everyone in Fairyland. Jack realizes he’s living the role of “Jack” in Jack and the Beanstalk and learns it’s his destiny to fight Ginormous and free the citizens of Fairyland. Tom and Jerry join in, in what turns out to be an unforgettable epic adventure that promises to leave viewers sitting at the edge of their seats!
