I didn't watch American Idol this season, so I didn't know who was in the finale, who was the best, or who shoulda, woulda, coulda gotten voted off because I just wasn't interested.

Hell, I didn't even know there was a sister in the final two until last night. Anyway, apparently, Jennifer Hudson sang Natalie Cole's "Inseparable" with the girl who was one of the final 2 (I still don't know who won). And when I tell you these two broads KILLED this song - they did that!

In fact, they killed it so hard that Natalie Cole wasn't pleased with the way American Idol handled it.

That’s Michael Maxwell‘s mugshot after he allegedly tried to break into a Palm Bay, Fla., home Wednesday morning.

Florida Today reports that the cops were called to the home around 1 a.m. to investigate a disturbance. Maxwell and several other men allegedly stormed the home but were met with force. By time Palm Bay police arrived on the scene, they found that Maxwell had been kicked, beaten and tased by the residents.

He was taken to Holmes Regional Medical Center in Melbourne for treatment of his injuries. The suspect was charged with one count of home invasion robbery with a firearm or deadly weapon and four counts of battery.

He was held on a $51,000 bond at the Brevard County Jail Complex in Sharpes. A 17-year-old companion of Maxwell was arrested on the same charges.
It is not clear whether the victims knew Maxwell or the other men suspected in home invasion. The case is still under investigation.

He thought she was pregnant - so he killed her, cops say.

The 20-year-old man accused of smothering 14-year-old Shaniesha Forbes to death, shoving her body in a suitcase and setting it aflame on a Brooklyn beach, told detectives he murdered the teen because she said she was pregnant with his child and refused to get an abortion, police sources said Thursday.

But the teen wasn't pregnant, the city's medical examiner confirmed, leaving her shattered family members railing against the "senseless" crime. "You had the courage and the balls to kill her but you couldn't go to the pharmacy to buy a pregnancy test to find out if it was true?" asked Forbes' stunned cousin Kerri Ann Thomas, 25 Thursday. "That makes no sense."

Christian Ferdinand was arrested in Maine Wednesday and charged with killing Shaniesha and dumping her remains near an extinguished bonfire at Gerritsen Beach, roughly three miles from the girl's Flatlands home. He then tried to set Forbes' body on fire, but the blaze went out, sources said.
He told police he met Shaniesha on Facebook and began a sexual relationship with her, sources said.
When she told him she was pregnant but wouldn't get an abortion, Ferdinand smothered her with a pillow in his cousin's Nostrand Avenue apartment near Avenue M, law enforcement sources said.

Shaniesha's mother, Sandra Price, 40, said she knew her daughter was dating, but didn't know she was involved with a 20-year-old man. "They even showed me his picture... I had never seen him," Price said, before breaking down in sobs Thursday.

Thomas said if family members had known Shaniesha was involved with a 20-year-old, they would have put the kibosh on the relationship.

"We would have ended it right there," Thomas said. "There's no reason he should be in a relationship with a 14-year-old. You have nothing in common. There's nothing you should even be talking about."
Police sources say Ferdinand kept Shaniesha's body in a suitcase on his cousin’s rooftop for two days before dumping it at Gerritsen Beach.

"The victim in this case was found naked and burned on the beach," Brooklyn Assistant District Attorney Wilfredo Cotto told a judge before the diminutive Ferdinand, dressed in a dark blue hoodie, was remanded to custody on murder charges Thursday.

Shaniesha vanished in January after leaving her Flatlands home, saying she was going to school.
The Academy for Young Writers freshman was found dead on the beach on Jan. 6.

Her death was ruled a homicide by asphyxiation in April after the city medical examiner's office found that the girl's lungs did not contain soot, proving that she was killed before being burned on her legs, arms and hands.

Shaniesha had run away from home at least once before her disappearance, sources said.

“They are both genius when it comes to PR. They know a seemingly ugly divorce will get both of them a lot of attention, which they both love, plus, it will make them both a lot more money in the long run,” one friend of the couple’s explains.

How about they go to a no judge panel, get rid of Ryan Seacrest, turn off the lights - and go home.

Now, what I find interesting about these supposed messages between Kerry Rhodes and his queen, is that the interviews he did, he made it appear that he keeps it real and couldn't care less about Kerry and his money - but I said it then, if he kept it as "real" as he was trying to let on, then he wouldn't have kept Kerry's secret the entire time they were "dating" and then came out with it after they broke up.

If you don't hide, why did you hide while your coin purse was staying full and then decide you're not a hider after used your last coupon booklet?

Anyway, I do believe that these text are between Kerry and Hollywood - but who cares? It actually makes Hollywood look stupid because he did all of that lying about where he was with the breakup, and the way these text read, sounds like Kerry was the one who moved on and yuck mouth was the one trying to get back in...

I've never been one to have much appreciation for people who feel that it is their duty to out other gay people - if someone is gay and they don't want to come out, that's their right. Who the EFF are you to decide that it's your job to drag someone out of the closet? What do you get out of this?

I don't think there are many people who every believed Tyler was straight, but why is that your business? Why is that our business? Who gives a damn?

If you know anything about the new and "improved" Wendy Williams - you don't believe much of what she says because you long for the days of Wendy who had all the tea and had no shame in giving it up.

On this, I have to agree for Wendy says she doesn't have much faith in Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's longevity.

Wendy spoke about the relationship between the pregnant 32-year-old E! reality star and her hip hop baby daddy on Watch What Happens Live, telling host Andy Cohen that she believes they’ll split up soon after the baby is born later this year.

“She and Kanye will not make and what kind of mom will she be? A single mom,” Williams stated, predicting they will split “30 seconds after the baby is born.”

Williams even joked that she thinks the Kardashians are already planning the break-up and that Kim’s momager, Kris Jenner, is helping to orchestrate the affair! Williams said: “I believe right now there is probably a plan in motion and Kris is probably helping Kim and Kim is probably asking for the help.”

The outspoken FOX star said she believes that Kanye, who has spent most of Kim’s pregnancy recording his latest album in Paris, is already fed up with the publicity-obsessed family.

NBA Baller Nick Young Accused of Drugging & Raping Woman...

A woman is suing Philadelphia 76ers star Nick Young for sexual assault -- claiming he roofied her back in 2011 ... then raped her vaginally and anally.

The woman filed the lawsuit anonymously under the name Jane Doe, claiming she ran into Young at Crown Bar in West Hollywood ... and he bought her and her friend champagne.

According to the suit, the woman's recollection of the evening ceased shortly after she downed the drink ... and she believes it's because Young had slipped the date rape drug gamma-Hydroxybutyric acid (GHB) into it.

The woman claims she woke up the next morning in Young's bed, bleeding from her vagina and rectum.

She says Young admitted to having sex with her the night before, but claimed he stopped because she passed out.

According to the suit, the woman demanded to be taken home by Young -- he obliged -- and she beelined for the UCLA Santa Monica Rape Treatment Center, where she took a rape kit and was tested for STDs. She claims a test at the center confirmed she had been drugged, and determined the injuries to her vagina and rectum were consistent with rape.

Following the hospital treatment, the woman says she's continued to undergo psychiatric evaluations.

She's suing Young for sexual battery, sexual assault, false imprisonment, and more -- demanding unspecified damages. She's also suing Crown Bar for negligence.

Ex-NFL Player Gives Single Mom New Home As Late Mother’s Day!

An Atlanta mother got a late Mother’s Day gift that was surely worth the wait. Former Atlanta Falcons running back Warrick Dunn gave Kimberly Kindel (pictured) and her three children their first home as part of his charity’s “Home for the Holidays” program on Tuesday, Fox 5 News Atlanta via All News 106.7 reports.

In addition to the home being fully furnished, Dunn gave Kindel $5,000 to help with the down payment. The ex-NFL player gave Kindel the home through his charity, Warrick Dunn Charities. He has been helping single parents get into their first home since 1997.
Atlanta Habitat for Humanity and Aaron’s, Inc. partnered with Dunn to get Kindel and her children into the house. While it brings Dunn joy to give Kindel this wonderful Mother’s Day, the holiday evokes bad memories for the former NFL star. His mother, Betty Smothers, was a Baton Rouge, La., police officer when she was killed in the line of duty.

Dunn was just 18-years-old at the time. Giving mothers a new home is therapy for him, he says. “Losing my mom at that early age, I knew what her dream was, and to be able to share this moment with another single parent who’s providing, and putting her family in a position to be successful long-term for me is — I can’t truly describe the emotions,” Dunn said.

Michigan State Recruit Jay Harris Turns Down Scholarship to Pursue Rap Career

When a recruit is offered a scholarship to play college sports, coaches usually have to worry about competing schools, playing time, location, family and girlfriends being potential pitfalls to signing a kid that could help the program.

Add a potential career as a rapper to that list.

2013 Michigan State recruit Jay Harris, ranked by 247Sports as a 3-star wide receiver, has decided to forgo a college-football career and follow his dream in the hip-hop industry instead.

Harris' decision is truly one of the oddest decisions ever made public with respect to the collegiate jump. But, if you listen to the young man explain his decision to Matt Breen of The Philadelphia Inquirer, it's something that has been weighing on his mind for quite some time:

I’ve been thinking about doing this for a couple of years now...I try to take advantage of every opportunity I get and for him to like my music and reach it to me, I really appreciated that. I’ve always had this in the back of my head, but never had the courage to tell my parents that this is what I want to do.

According to the article, Harris' mixtape is set to drop in June. Instead of heading to East Lansing in preparation for Mark D'Antonio's upcoming football season this sumer, he will be working with a professional recording artist.

He's already released a YouTube video—under the name Jay DatBull—that has over 50,000 views, and is entitled, "DatBull 4 Life".

Brooklyn Teacher Fined $10K For Making Third Grader Hit Bully Back

Tamu Francis (pictured), a third grade Brooklyn teacher at P.S. 191 (pictured below), allegedly egged on another child to pummel a “bully” as he stood before his fellow classmates. Now Francis is reportedly facing a $10,000 fine for instigating the school hallway circus, reports the Daily Mail.

“Well that’s what you get,” is what Francis allegedly told the menacing child who was crying after the alleged victim had beaten him up.

Initially, the Board of Education sought to can Francis last year when the incident originally occurred, but after examining her spotless 13-year record as a teacher, they made the decision to fine her instead.

According to reports, Francis made the victim attack his assailant, after she saw the bully on top of the other child during a brawl on the school’s corridor floor. Once Francis reportedly pulled the children apart, she allegedly made her “serves you right” speech before instructing the victim to fight back.

Francis was also supposedly overheard uttering to one of her students, “When you act like a dog, you get treated like a dog,” said Lisa Brogan, the arbitrator who presided over Francis’ termination hearing.

Francis denied all of the allegations against her, saying that she was merely guilty of teaching the bully a lesson. The teaching veteran defended her actions by alleging that when she said, “How would you like it if [he] was to hit you back?” the victim took her words literally and began throwing punches out of the blue. Francis claims that she did not have a chance to protect the bully.

Brogan, however, did not believe Francis because of her failure to report the violence to her superiors.

The behavior is extremely disturbing…. At best, it was a horribly misguided attempt to teach a lesson about bullying,’ Brogan wrote. “She [Francis] exhibited extremely poor judgment and made an enormous blunder by trying to mete out a certain brand of justice for the class bully.”

Whatever the case with this situation - whether this broad is after coins - or if he really assaulted her, at the end of the day this should serve as notice to these "new money" fools that if you're going to chase scattered a$$, there are plenty of broads out there willing to get caught, and if they aren't willing to let you know they're willing to get caught, they're going to do everything in their power to get you caught up.

Yes. Groupies aren't in it for the sheen. They're in it for the coins.

What I suggest is that someone start up an organization for all brand new NBA, NFL players, rappers, actors, singers, etc. and for a full month before they get their first big check, take them to an island and drop them off with nothing but nekkid (clean) tramps and let them have a free for all, for as long as they can stand it.

NFL baller Sean McCoy is adamant that he never, ever ever assaulted a woman on a party bus back in December. He say his accuser is just trying to shake him down for some cash.

TMZ spoke with McCoy's lawyer, Andrew M. Smith, who tells us, "The allegations against LeSean McCoy are completely, unequivocally false."

Smith continues, "There are no criminal charges pending [against McCoy] and no probable cause was ever found."

As previously reported, a woman using the alias "Mary Roe" filed a lawsuit against the Philadelphia Eagles star ... claiming she was assaulted and badly injured on McCoy's party bus back in December after she objected to being sprayed with water.

Cops say ... when they interviewed the woman shortly after the incident, she had no visible injuries. Good for his argument, but the damage done to your reputation (and endorsement dollars) is done.

McCoy's lawyer says, "This is sadly an attempt to extract money and LeSean will vigorously defend any attempt to collect money through a personal injury claim."

Dear Miss Pearl,

I work for a small company but we work in a building where we used to be on a floor with three other companies, well two of those companys shut down and now our floor is pretty much like a ghost town and kind of creepy because there used to be about 115 people on my floor and now there are like 27 people here.

OK, I work with a girl who I can't stand because she's bad news. She keeps so much stuff going on in the office and had a lot of stuff going on between people who worked with those other companies that used to be on the floor with us.

The other day, I got into it with my boyfriend before work and he kept calling my cell phone, so I snuck off to call him in one of the empty offices on the other side thinking that I was the only person who knew that the doors were unlocked and when I tipped in, I heard someone having sex. I have to admit that I got curious and when I peeked in, I saw the girl i can't stand doing o ral $ex with one of our supervisors. I tipped out and went and told one of my co-workers who told me I should tell because she doesn't like either one of them and want to get them fired, but I don't want to get in the middle.

The problem is she is saying if I don't tell, she will. I told her she can't tell without putting me in it and she said she doesn't care because it's wrong.

How can I get out of this without getting myself in trouble?

Dear Korin,

That's what your a$$ gets. You should have been minding your own damn business to begin with. You snuck off of your job to do something you weren't supposed to be doing and you walked up on some people who had snuck off the job doing some $hit they weren't supposed to be doing either. The problem is that you should have minded your damn business and tipped up out of that room and kept your mouth shut.

YOU chose to go spread gossip and talk to another broad and she turned around and set your a$$ up. Too damn bad. If you come out of this one unscathed, I bet you will have learned a valued lesson, "Mind your damn business!", unless they were doing something to hurt someone else, or you felt like you were directly impacted by their break time boink. If you wanted to tell, then you should have shut your trap and left an anonymous note.
