Dear Miss Pearl,

I use to date this guy that I can't seem to get over. I have tried everything I possibly can to get over this man. I was with him for four long confusing years, I feel so cheated for not being able to move on.

My question is, what can I do? Is there something that I can do to never think about him or want him again? I'm worried about this because I want to move on to bigger and better, but this guy just will not get out my head. I hope people don't make fun of me because it's really not funny, sometimes I cry because there are guys out there that I can be taking serious that are good for me but I can't seem to move on.

It has gotten so bad that I went back to him for a few months thinking it can't be no worse then not being with him, but I found out it is. He just doesn't take me serious, he will tell me what ever I want to hear to get whatever he wants. I can't believe I even care about him what is there to care about?

He says that he can't get over me either, that’s why he keeps coming back. I know that’s not true, I been through so many lies and depressing moments with this guy, that I will do anything to get over him. So much time is being wasted.

Dear Help,

The first step in getting over someone is actually realizing that you need to get over them. This man has no desire to be with you, he’s using you, and from what I got out of the few words on this page, he’s taking advantage of the fact that you suffer from a serious bout of low self esteem.

I’m interested in exactly what issues caused the two of you to break up in the first place. Was it that you woke up one day and realized that he wasn’t good for you, or was he the one who ended the relationship? See, the problem with low self esteem in terms of relationships is that it causes your mate to do one of three things a) Run as fast as he can to get away from your needy ass b) Take advantage of the fact that he perceives neediness as desperation and then does whatever he wants, whenever he wants because he knows that you’re going to tolerate it, or c) Stay with you because they feel sorry for you. – In either case, that’s not a functional relationship.

You simply have to open your eyes and see life for what it is. Some women believe that having A man, is better than having NO man… and that’s a gat damn lie! You can do bad by yourself! I suggest you look at the big picture – you were with this man and you decided (or he decided) that it’s not a workable relationship, so take that as a sign that the two of you don’t need to be together. You tried being with this man for a second time and it still didn’t work – so don’t waste another minute longing to be with someone that you KNOW it wouldn’t work with anyway.

Don’t you buy for a minute that he keeps coming back to you because he “can’t get over you” he keeps coming back because he knows that he can get “over on you”… he knows that you’ll take him back (and give him some), so he can have his cake and eat it too. And just like a sweater, he can fold your ass up and put you on the shelf until the weather changes and he needs you again – don’t believe the hype.

The best way to get over somebody is to stay busy.. work on yourself and that self esteem, learn to love you and you won’t feel such a strong desire to NEED to be with him. He’s not worth it. Sometimes you HAVE to hate somebody to get over them, you may need to concentrate on all the things he’s done to you in the past to get over his ass and work on your self esteem at the same time.

Normally, I would say, date someone else, but honestly, I believe that you would take the same problems with, so you need to work on you first because you're not ready.

Mo & Kita Pissed that T.O. & Wendy Intimated That They Stole from Him!!

Monique Jackson and Kita Williams are now speaking out about Terrell Owens false accusations. Mo and Kit starred with T.O. on ‘The T.O. Show’ for three seasons on Vh1, and at one time were considered 2 of his closest friends, or so we thought. The insider reports that the 2 felt betrayed by him as they watched Terrell‘s tell all interview on The Wendy Williams show last week.

On the show T.O. claimed he had been cheated, lied to, and betrayed by them. The 2 tried to stay quiet about the situation but can no longer let the lie keep going. The public relations reps and (former) business partners of Terrell Owens are setting the record straight about their ups and downs with their famous client in the interview below check it out!!!!

How did all this start? Terrell says you double-crossed him.
Kita: He’s mad at everybody. We were friends first. People forget that. We were friends for 12 years. Terrell is the only client we had where we had a friendship first. The GQ article didn’t bother us (T.O. recently did an interview with GQ where he stated he was broke and had no friends). Terrell is typically known for running his mouth, he says things off the cuff, he’s mad at the world. It didn’t bother us, that article we knew about.

So what took you guys over the top emotionally?
Kita: His Wendy Williams interview. We didn’t steal anything from him. And he sat on that couch, and said a friend stole some money. People assumed he was talking about us, and he never really stated he WASN’T talking about us. So that’s how Wendy Williams made the assumption and went on her after show saying ‘Those two girls ripped him off! I can’t believe Mo and Kita would do such a thing.’ Having an opinion is one thing — anyone can have an opinion — but when you state it as fact now you are messing with my reputation as a professional woman.

Monique and I have been in this business for over 15 years. Before T.O. And we’ve worked with artists from Ludacris, to Jay-Z, Mariah Carey, Method Man and more. We worked for Def Jam! So for him to say something like that and not be clear — that’s where we got hurt. We’re hurt more than anything.

TheInsider.com: So just to set the record straight, neither of you have ever stolen from T.O.?
Monique and Kita: NEVER! Monique: We have never! We’ve never stolen ANYTHING from Terrell Owens. There’s been always hills and valleys within our relationship. This isn’t the first time Terrell and Kita and I have parted ways with our friendship. Over a 12-year span it’s not a big deal. Where the hurt and disbelief came from is he put some things out there, and we know how media puts a spin on things, especially messy media. He was never cleared.

Why does he think you were going behind his back?
Monique: My biggest issue is that Terrell knows we’ve gone to bat for him over the years. We’ve protected him like a brother, like a son. We’ve stood in the front line and took on war for him. He knows the truth, on The T.O. Show this last season, we sat on his couch in Miami and disclosed there was a friend who stole money! My question to Wendy would be: Why don’t you check the facts because you can Google it and it will show you there were court orders and documents, because Terrell had to sue to get his money back. It also was shown on The T.O. Show. Why would he sit on the couch and cry to us about a friend stealing money if it was us that stole from him?!
Kita: When we pitched The T.O. Show six years ago, when there wasn’t a ton of reality shows on Vh1, we pitched to several networks, and VH1 took a chance on us. That’s how Monique and I became creators. It was our idea. We became co-executive producers because we were behind the scenes doing everything!

So were you conducting deals without his knowledge?
Mo: We never brought Terrell in the beginning stages in any deal until it was time to sign on the dotted line and get the real deal going. Because at the time his focus was supposed to be football! There were other shows that we shopped for other people! He wasn’t brought in because: A) It wasn’t about him, and B) he’s playing football. Why bother him until it’s something we know is for certain? The paperwork that VH1 legal has shows he is involved in the deal basically for nothing other than his association as our business partner. If he wanted to know the day to day that’s a two way street. What he won’t say is when we were filming season two, we had a conversation in a parking lot where we talked about coming up with a production company of our own.

Kita: We haven’t taken a percentage from The T.O. Show from him directly, or the new movie he’s promoting which we got for him. There are some things as friends we let ride. We secured many deals that we didn’t talk to him about initially because it wasn’t set yet! Everything we do business-wise has always been in the preliminary stages beforehand. We’ve never excluded him, but we’ve always been excluded to be honest. We will negotiate for him without having to take money out of his pocket. So let’s be fair here. We haven’t been on his payroll since 2004! Monique and I are CEOs of our own company. We don’t work for T.O., we don’t work for Terrell Owens enterprise. We work for our own company. We have other clients! We have Johnny Gill as a client. We have other athletes as clients. Why wouldn’t we be making deals for him, other clients and ourselves?

Where does your relationship stand?
Mo: We’re estranged.
Kita: We haven’t technically sat down with him, and we need to, and I hope the family circle can get back together. We hope we get back on the same playing field. We love him and we definitely want the best for him.

It seems like T.O. has a lot of drama in his life.
Monique: It’s hard for him to take responsibility for us, because it’s hard for him to take responsibility for anything else in his life, including his kids. With that being said, I’m hurt, but I’m not necessarily surprised.

TheInsider.com: Will there be another season of The T.O. show? Or a reality show in some capacity?
Mo: We’re very optimistic and we’ll know for sure very soon.

Chicago Area Man Busted for Faking Kidnapping to Get Money from His Family!

The fact that all he wanted was $1,000 dollars should have been clue that this was a mess, but a Willowbrook man wanted to get money from his family, so he staged his own kidnapping and demanded a $1,000 ransom, NBC 5 Chicago reports.

Dorian Ford, 19, is now charged with a Class 4 felony of filing a false crime report. DuPage County sheriff’s officials said they received a report of the alleged kidnapping at about 7 p.m. Tuesday. Family members reported they’d received a call telling them them that Ford, of the 10s600 block of Ivy Lane, had been kidnapped.

The caller demanded $1,000, police said. Responding officers later found Ford. They said he told them he’d been kidnapped and hit over the head. After investigating, it was revealed that Ford had not been kidnapped or harmed and that he allegedly made the phone call, report and ransom demand himself.

Boy, bye! $1,000 means you're either stupid broke, or just stupid.

This is a long "a" clip, I ain't lyin' - and I still don't have a clue what happened except Jennifer and Evelyn argued. Evelyn argued with another broad. Evelyn argued and threatened again. Tammi was drunk, as usual. Royce was trying to audition for a play and if that little blurb I heard was any indication, she didn't get the role.

There are two more broads added to the cast, one seems crazy as hell. Jennifer seems to love talking $hit, but I get the feeling she can't back it up. Oh, did I mention Evelyn fought with EVERYBODY? Shaunie just sat back and watched these fools be fools and collected her coins. This is getting so ridiculous... I can't take this mess much longer.... Who am I lying? I'm in!!

Baby, that's why I don't play in Walmart. When my baby was little and we went into Walmart, I would stand outside the bathroom and call his name 500 times while he was in the rest room. I did not play when it came to being in stores...

I can't believe this man tried to take this girl and carry her right out of the store and didn't think anyone would see him. Who doesn't know about all of those cameras in Walmart? SMH! I believe with everything in my heart that if he had gotten away with that baby, she would have been raped and killed.

I'm so happy she got away from this nut job!

Ann Pettway, accused of kidnapping Carlina White 24 years ago, to plead guilty in court

For those loyal readers who have been with me for a while, you'll remember the original story on this from about a year ago (click here for a refresher)

A North Carolina woman is poised to plead guilty for swiping a newborn girl from Harlem Hospital in 1987 and then raising the kidnapped child as her own.

Ann Pettway is due in Manhattan Federal Court on Friday to enter her plea after months of high-tension negotiations in the formerly ice-cold case.

“This is a really a big shock to me,” said Carl Tyson, the girl’s biological dad. “It’s been a long haul.” Pettway, of Raleigh, N.C., was charged with kidnapping last year after victim Carlina White, 24, cracked the case herself.

White, who was reunited with her stunned biological parents, began her probe after spotting an internet photograph of a stolen baby with a strong resemblance to her own childhood pictures.

The FBI says Pettway bolted with the 19-day-old baby after suffering several miscarriages, leading her to believe she would never become a mother.

News of the plea was contained in a Feb. 8 letter sent by prosecutor Andrea Surratt to Judge Kevin Castel. In the letter, Surratt asked for a time Friday to take Pettway’s plea.

Castel set a hearing for 12:15 p.m. Pettway’s public defender, Robert Baum, confirmed Pettway would plead guilty Friday but declined to go into details about the deal. He said Carlina White would not be at the plea but may be present for the sentencing.

“Carlina has been supportive throughout and I have every reason to believe that she will continue to be supportive through the sentencing,” Baum said. Elizabeth White, the girl’s biological grandmother, said a plea in the case was a long time coming. “I hope they do the right thing,” she said. “Do what they have to do.”

Carlina White was raised as Nedra Nance in Connecticut and Georgia, believing that Pettway was her biological mom. The brazen kidnapping occurred Aug. 4, 1987, when Joy White delivered her tiny daughter to Harlem Hospital with a fever. The infant was placed on an IV.

But someone, possibly disguised as a nurse, disconnected the tube and fled the hospital with the infant. he case went unsolved for the next 24 years. But Joy White said she never gave up hope of the unlikely reunion with her flesh and blood.

Shake-Up at Real Housewives of Atlanta?

A few of the "boring" housewives are probably shaking in their boots right now since Bravo is trying to "class up" the Atlanta cast. In an effort to bring some class to "The Real Housewives of Atlanta", Bravo has hired Laura Turner Seydel, the daughter of billionaire media mogul Ted Turner, according to the National Enquirer.

Now, this is going to be interesting since Laura is friends with Marlo, and Marlo was reportedly boinking her deddy and that's all come out recently.

According to the tab, network execs were so taken with Laura when she co-hosted the Captain Planet Foundation Jewelry Fundraiser -- which "very rich" Linnethia Leakes attended and famously remarked that she didn't "need a $25,000 pair of earrings" -- that they offered her the gig. The network, which is planning to give the series a major "face-lift", is also trying to woo Laura's well-heeled friends, too.

"Bravo loves Laura," the report says. "Producers have even asked her to reach out to her high-profile friends to consider joining the cast. They're hoping Laura can bring some classy events and big names into the mix. Of course, an appearance by Laura's father Ted and his ex Jane [Fonda] would be the icing on the cake."

With Laura's allegedly entrance, there will be likely departures, too. Kandi Burruss, according to the tab, is the only one on board for season five. Linnethia has not yet renewed her contract. Shereé Whitfield and Phaedra Parks are still negotiating the terms of their contracts, Kim Cigarette has a boring spin-off that nobody's interested in and hopefully, Cynthia and Peter will say goodbye.

I don't know why they would mess with this format since it's one of the highest (or is it the highest) rated Housewives series shows.

Suge Knight Arrested Another'gin!

I've always wondered, "when you're a celebrity... what constitutes enough arrests to get enough time to deter your ghetto a$$ from ever committing crime again?"

Suge Knight:

Arrested again... I'm guessing because he knows that he'll go to court with his attorney, and leave with a smile on his face on his way to go get his frumpy a$$ a few #2 combos while he laughs at the shamefulness that has become our justice system. What the hell...? The shameful rapper (These are just jokes if you're listenin, Suge) was arrested in Las Vegas after a traffic stop where cops say he was carrying weed on him.

Law enforcement sources saythe former Death Row rap mogul was pulled over at 5:34 PM Wednesday for making an unsafe lane change in his sick black Bentley. But when cops ran Suge's name in the system ... they noticed multiple warrants out for his arrest, stemming from minor traffic violations.

After a quick search, cops say they found a small amount of marijuana in Suge's possession. Knight was eventually hauled to a nearby jail for processing. He was released a short time later. And things could get WORSE for Knight since he is currently on 3 years unsupervised probation for driving on a suspended license.

Dear Ms. Pearl,

I really need your advice on my relationship. My boyfriend and I have been together for about a year now and I have to tell you Ms. Pearl, since I've been with this man my life has seemed to be so much better than in my previous relationships.

Just within this year of us being together, I was finally able open my own business. We both have gotten new cars, and we just moved into our new home at the beginning of the year. I have two children from a previous relationship that adore him and he does any and everything for them. My entire family loves him they see how he breaks his neck for me and my kids

But this is the problem Ms. Pearl, I love this man I'm just not in love with him. We argue all the time behind petty things and I know a lot of the arguing is because of me. I find myself getting irritated by everything he does, from the way he drives to the way he watches television.

I don’t know what makes me do this and now he thinks that since I have some many issues with him that I'm cheating so he has been going through my things from my purse to my emails I wouldn't be surprised if cheaters were following me around.

I've gone so far as to see a therapist thinking it could just be personal issues and the therapist cant figure this out! I'm really worried because my best friend let it slip that he took her and my mom to pick out an engagement ring for me but with all this going on there is no way I can marry him.

Ms. Pearl I know I got a good man but I just cant stop picking at his flaws and fall in love with him and I know I have many flaws myself (this is one). Please give me your wisdom on what I should do.

Dear Irritated,

Unfortunately, in being in a relationship with a good man that you're not in love with, you’re situation is not unlike many other women out there, but on the flip side of that, being in a relationship with a good man, who they don’t love is a problem many sisters out there would love to have. I guess this is one of those, “damned if you do, damned if you don’t” kind of situations.

You definitely have a problem in that your relationship is no longer working for you, particularly since you have in him, what so many other women would love to have - a man who loves her AND her children (who aren’t his) who will still go out of his way for each of you. That’s not easy to find, but if it’s not where you are, then it’s not where you are. Most people believe that they can “learn” to love somebody, and that’s just not the case in many instances – you may learn to tolerate them, you learn to get USED to them, but you never learn to love them.

You’re going to catch hell for this one, but honestly, I think the best thing you can do is walk away. It’s going to hurt a whole bunch of people in the beginning, but in the long run, it’s better to walk away now, than to marry a man you don’t love because eventually, if the way he holds the remote control bothers you, it's going to start showing on your face, and sooner or later, it’s going to show in your disposition, and if you haven't already, you’re going to start verbalizing it, and then he'll strike back (hopefully, just verbally).

Don’t believe for a minute that it’s going to be a healthy situation for your children to be raised in a love-less marriage. People think that they can hide things from their children, but children aren’t fools and no matter how much you think you can shield them from, they understand more than you think they do. Many parents who remained in loveless marriages, didn't realize until after they finally left that the children were aware the entire time.

If you’ve already tried therapy, then before you throw in the towel, I suggest you tell HIM how you feel about your rapidly deteriorating feelings, and then I suggest that you go to some type of counseling as a couple. If that doesn’t work, then you have to move on for your sake, for his sake, and for the sake of those children.

Nene Leakes Ain't Trying to Learn Any Hard Lessons About Her Ignorance!

Bless her heart. Nene will never learn that you have to learn to play the game if you want to get ahead. First and foremost, the reality show scene has tired of her ignorance, so it's only a matter of time before an equally loud and ignorant broad takes her spot (Tamar is gunning for you). I wonder if she knows that being a terrible "actress" and getting a role in a show that is already established and doesn't reallly need her, doesn't make her a actress?

Does she know that blasting actors won't help to get her ghetto a$$ a role? Does she know that her mouth helped to get her where she is, but her mouth will also stop her from being great if she doesn't learn to control it? Think about this, Mrs. Leakes - if you piss off actors, even if a director is OK with giving you a small part in a flick, or on a TV show, if a REAL actor who, let's face it, is the real draw, says, "I will not participate if you hire that mouthy reality broad!" - they will not hire you, or fire your a$$ in a New York minute.

A number of professionally trained actresses have voiced their not-so-positive opinions about reality stars crossing over into scripted TV, but NeNe Leakes doesn’t appreciate the shade.

“Funny how actors get mad when u get an gig as if the castin director was lookin 4 them! If they were lookin 4 u, they would hav called u,” NeNe wrote via Twitter.

The “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star currently has a recurring role on “Glee,” and she’s also guest-starred on BET’s “The Game.”

Reality stars Tami Roman of “Basketball Wives” and Kim Kardashian have also landed scripted roles. Kim is set to star in Tyler Perry’s upcoming movie, The Marriage Counselor. Oscar nominee Taraji P. Henson told Sister 2 Sister that wannabe actresses should go to school instead of taking the reality route.
“If you want reality TV, fabulous, go do it, but if you’re trying to follow in my footsteps, you gotta train. That’s what I did,” she said. Gabrielle Union mimicked that sentiment when she told S2S, “If you want to be in television and film, go to school.”

However, NeNe, who does have a background in acting, seems to have little sympathy for those professionally trained actresses who are losing roles to reality stars. “Actors feel some type of way when Reality Stars work n their field! I started out actin first! I didn’t make the rules I just play by them,” she tweeted.

Deion Sanders' Aunt: "I shole DID Fight Pilar!"

Baby, Pilar Sanders' aunt Laura Jones (who is married to Deion's uncle) says, "Yes, indeed. Me and Pilar had a hood twirl!"

Laura called in to Dallas' K104 to tell her side of the story and baby, if you listen to this thing here, this woman is telling all trufes. Yes, indeed. I believe every single word this woman said.

It's interesting that she says she works for Deion and was at the house for that reason and Pilar told her to "get out of her house", isn't it? Doesn't this give credibility to Deion's daughter's statement that Pilar didn't allow his own children in the house unless it was suitable for her? I'm just sayin'.

Anyway, Miss Laura is 49-years old, but I love her attitude, according to Laura, Pilar objected to her being in the house, and demanded she "get the f**k out." The argument escalated quickly, and Laura says Pilar brushed against her in a threatening way ... so Laura responded by grabbing Pilar's hair and hitting her.

This is where it gets NUTS -- Laura says Pilar then ripped Laura's dress clean off during the melee, leaving her practically naked, and tumbled backwards down the staircase. Laura says Pilar then grabbed a bunch of knives from the kitchen, and brandished them while she called 911.

Right then, Laura says Deion came downstairs to see what the ruckus was about -- and Pilar yelled at the dispatcher, "My husband is attacking me!!!"
According to Laura, the cops showed up minutes later -- and Pilar refused to put away the knives ... so they cuffed her and threw in the back of a cruiser. Laura says the children were present the entire time.

But Laura claims charges were never filed against Pilar because Deion intervened -- and got Pilar off the hook.

Laura also submitted an alleged audio recording of the fight claiming she acquired it during her brawl with Pilar who's allegedly been recording everything in the house to use as leverage in her divorce. That broad wasn't thinking about her kids, or her family, or the stupidity of it all - she was concerned about her mugshot being on the blogs. That I will surely be on the lookout for.

Judge sentences husband to buy wife flowers, take her out to dinner

Forget prison, parole or probation: A Florida man was sentenced to buy his wife flowers, take her to Red Lobster and then out for a night of bowling.

Joseph Bray, 47, received the unusual sentence after his arrest for domestic violence in an argument that started when he forgot his wife’s birthday, the Orlando Sentinel reported.

Judge John Hurley also ordered Bray and his wife to undergo marriage counseling. The light sentence came after Bray’s wife confirmed to the judge that she was not injured in the dispute and that she didn’t fear a repeat.

Bray had no prior arrests, and never hit his wife during the scuffle that started after he made no acknowledgment of his spouse’s birthday Monday. “He’s going to stop by somewhere and he’s going to get some flowers,” Hurley said in court. “And then he’s going to go home, pick up his wife, get dressed, take her to Red Lobster.

“And then after they have Red Lobster, they’re going to go bowling.”

The dinner and entertainment portions of the sentence came after Hurley asked Bray’s wife about her favorite pastimes and places to dine.

Hurley said the light sentence was appropriate under the circumstances of the case. He did order the marriage counseling to begin within a week.

Ashanti just won't let herself be. At the premiere of "Safe House" Shanti hit the red carpet, and she was pretty, but she just doesn't do celebrity well.

If you google Ashanti pictures, I promise you, there is no difference in 2008 Ashanti and 2012 Ashanti. She never changes her hairstyle, her make-up, or her style of dress.

On EVERY single picture I see of this broad, she is standing there with her hand on her hip, smiling real hard with that "Cheeeeeeeese" look on her face. That's not being a diva. Ashanti has been in the business entirely too long to still not know how to do this effectively.

She is destined to be Olivia. Who are her "people" for real? She doesn't evolve in any way to me. In an industry where surviving is about how well you stand out amongst the rest, Ashanti simply does "cute" - and that's it. There is nothing interesting about her to make people want to take notice.

She really needs to step her game up. You can't be a "star" walking around being a "regular" broad.

Dear Miss Pearl,

I let my boyfriend drop me off work and keep my car everyday so that he can go out and "find a job", everytime I get off of work, I have to wait for him to come and pick me up and he's always at least 45 minutes to an hour late.

When he picks me up, I have to go straight to the gas station because he has run all of my gas out. Well, today I waited for him and he didn't show up at all and wouldn't answer his phone, I ended up calling my sister to take me home and when we got to my house, my boyfriend was there, but not my car!

After threatening to call the police about my car if he didn't tell me where my car was, he finally told me that he had let this chick who I have always had issues with him cheating with, use my car. After my sister attacked him, his cell phone rang and the girl told him that she had had an accident in my car and totalled it.

I asked him why he would let another female use my car and he admitted that they had had sex one time and she thought she might be pregnant, so he let her use my car to go to the doctor! Miss Pearl, I had this car before I ever met him and he doesn't even work, why couldn't he take her to the doctor? Why let this tramp use my car?

Now, I am without a car and I have to depend on my family to get back and forth to and from work. He promises that he will pay for my car and I have let him stay with me because I don't think that he will pay me if I put him out.

My family thinks that I am a fool, but I didn't have full coverage, and I want my money back - should I put him out and pray that he will pay me back?

You dumb as hell! First of all, why would she need to go to a doctor to find out if she's pregnant, when everybody knows that all hoes keep a night stand full of pregnancy tests! This trick had been driving your car for a minute and that triflin' assed man you have has been letting her - that's why he was always late coming to pick you up!

Are you so desperate for a man that you're willing to stay with a man who doesn't have a job, possibly got another &itch pregnant, disrespects you by allowing the other woman to drive your car and has no visible means of being able to pay you back???

Hoe, get a life! You're keeping that man around because you want to, not because you want that money back! The sister in you should have pulled a Bernadine from Waiting to Exhale and set the few pieces he had at your house on fire, and then went to find the &itch bold enough to ride about town in your car and stomp a mudhole in her a$$!

Your choice: let him stay so that he can pay you back! HOW, WHEN, WITH WHAT? So, you're going to let him stay long enough to find a job and then wait for him to make enough money to pay you back - Girl please!

How long was he driving your car and "looking" for a job the first time? He was riding around looking for a$$, Boo!

If you really wanted your money back you'd take your a$$ to small claims court and file a suit against him, for loaning out your car without permission, and her for driving it without permission! Then, after getting your money, you'd find your self esteem, a good man, and then move the hell on with your life - in that order!

A transvestite rape suspect named Jeron Winston is accused of tricking a 14-year-old into believing he was a woman.

The two initially met online and the teenager claimed to be fooled by Winson’s feminine appearance. Because sex between Winston and the teen was consensual, he has been charged with a 60-day sentence on rape charges which he will be allowed to serve on the weekends while maintaining a job and attending college.

Defense attorney Leslie Ballin believes that Winston may have been the one tricked into believing that the 14-year-old was 19.

Damn! Jay Z Only Gave 6K to His Own Charity Last Year?

I don't know why people are so hot and bothered about how much money Jay-Z spends, doesn't spend, donates, or doesn't donate, that's his money.

But wait, if he's almost $420 million in and only gave $6K to his own charity and I gave that much in tithes and offerings... that is a little cheap.

Jay is worth $420 million dollars according to Forbes. No doubt he's worked hard for it. The question is, when you're that wealthy do you have an obligation to give back to those less fortunate? Or at the very least break off a chunk of cash for your own charity?

Those are questions Jay-Z is probably thinking about today after The Daily published a report claiming the superstar rapper made $63 million dollars in 2010, but only gave $6,431 to his own charity. The Daily came up with those numbers by examining tax records for the Shawn Carter Scholarship Fund.

Hov's wife, Beyonce, reportedly made $87 million dollars that same year, but did not donate any money at all to the Foundation.

According to the report, the average American gives about 3.5 percent of their income to charity. Jay-Z gave about 0.01 percent of his estimated income to his own charity in 2010.

The Foundation was established in 2003 by Jay and his mother, Gloria Carter. According to it's mission statement "Shawn Carter Scholars are studying at nearly 100 institutions of higher learning throughout the nation." Scholarships awarded help students with "the costs of books and lab fees, food, travel and other self-care expenses." But where exactly is the money to fund these endeavors coming from if Jay-Z is contributing so little?

Hov's representative, Jana Fleishman, told The Daily that the rapper contributes in other ways.

“Jay, along with his family, provided office support, overhead support, [mother] Mrs. Gloria Carter’s 100% effort and time, computers, FedEx expenses, accounting, and treasury function support. This was at no cost to the charity,” Fleishman said.

The Daily noted that tax records show the charity only had to pay $1,209 for office expenses, $1,401 for telephone, and $4,696 in other expenses in 2010. Fleishman also said that in 2011 Jay-Z helped raise $1.25 million for the charity at its Carnival at Pier 54 event. The Daily couldn't verify those numbers because tax records for 2011 are not yet available.

To be fair to Hov he is playing two Carnegie Hall concerts for free (the first was last night, the second is tonight). Proceeds are being spit between the United Way of New York City and The Shawn Carter Scholarship Foundation, but it's not known exactly how much money that will translate into for the foundation.
