Following the success of the first ever Looe Music Festival in 2011, Looe in Cornwall is hosting its fantastic music festival again this year between the 21st and 23rd September. The mission is to bring the best live bands to this sunny Cornish fishing town.

This Looe Music Festival 2012 is going to be even better than the last one with 60 scheduled bands playing over 3 days – amounting to one big party on the beach! Parkdean recently partnered with Hoseasons, to support Thomas Cook’s regional charity event, offering local children from Seafield School in Ardrossan a day of fun, packed full of activities, at Sundrum Castle. On Friday 20 April, a group of 20 children took a break from the classroom to visit our park near Ayr in celebration of Quarriers 140th birthday.

Sundrum Castle organised a free day out full of activities including swimming, football, crazy golf and adventure play plus lunch with Sid & Lizzie in the Tam O’Shanter Restaurant. Linda Nisbit, Care Services Manager at Quarriers run Seafield School commented that all the children had a fantastic time and said, “Everyone from Seafield School who went to Sundrum Castle will remember the day for a long time to come.”

Quarriers-run Seafield School is registered as an independent school and provides care and learning for children and young people aged seven to 17 who have complex needs.

The Gower Cider Weekend is back this year so make sure to keep Saturday 12th May and Sunday 13th May free so you won’t miss out!
