The Palm Pre is probably the most beautiful smartphone ever, it was design to feel natural on the users hand and of course look as good as possible, and Palm did it! The Palm Pre is a beautiful device that makes every other phone look obsolete. Palm Pre Release Date Could Be June 7th!

We all have been waiting for the Palm Pre to be available for months now, no one thought that the Pre would take so much time to arrive, some people were even talking about dates as soon as February this year, but obviously the Pre got delayed to an still unknown date. But there are some good news! The guys over from PreThinking, think that the Palm Pre release date with Sprint could be June 7th! Only one month and some days away.

This reminds me that Palm has to do a good job supplying the demand for Palm Pre. Right now seems that everyone wants a Pre, and would be a shame that Palm does not have enough Pres to satisfy the demand, just like when Blackberry released the Storm and there was a shortage just one hour after released, there were even riots on some stores. Let’s hope the Pre comes soon and in great quantities so no one is left without one!

The Palm Pre blog is part of a bigger network of blogs, and Meraj Chhaya from PhoneReport v2.0 got his hands on the new Palm Pre. He took plenty of pictures of the device in high resolution.

The Palm Pre is a new kind of device, Palm wanted the device to be as intuitive as possible. The Pre has a rounded form factor that makes it feel very comfortable aand natural in the hand. The full QWERTY keyboard is also very comfortable and keys are big enough to be pressed easily.

The Pre is also a cameraphone with an amazing 3.2 Megapixel camera sensor, a LED as a flash and a mirror to take self-portraits.

The Palm Pre is also a very well specce’d device, with GPS on board, 3G, Bluetooth, advanced desktop-like web browser and all the functionality the Palm devices always packed; such as a very complete calendar and manager.

The Pre has no on-screen keyboard nor text recognizing technology at the moment. All the text inputting is done with the hardware QWERTY keyboard that slides vertically from the body of the device.

The Palm Pre is getting very famous! It appeared in all its glory on the NBC Jimmy Fallon show, it got 8 minutes of attention in one of the mmost popular shows. We are all expecting the Pre, that little device is just an amazing must-have gadget. In the meanwhile all we can do is watch videos and see how this lucky people handle the Pre, and show it to us. Here is the CEO of Palm in an interview with USA Today. It is interesting how he thinks about the device because it days much about it. So far the Pre is a very anticipated device, people and press are liking it and seems it will be a total success. Now what Palm can’t do is what happened with the Blackberry Storm, the offer was so little that people were angry they could not take the Storm home, it caused riots and everything. The Palm Pre was just awarded with the first position in the T3’s 100 Hotest Gadgets. And the guys over at T3 really know about gadgets so the decition to get the Pre in the first position was not random and proves the Pre is the best smartphone ever produced, designed, built etc.. Anyway, did everybody saw how the Palm Pre’s Product Manager introduced it? Did you saw the moment in which the world knew the Palm Pre? Palm Partners with Adobe – Palm Pre will Have Flash!

More great news! Palm just joined the Adobe Open Screen Project and that only means one thing, the Palm Pre will support Flash!! If you dont understand how good this is let me explain, Flash is the script in which videos and other content are coded in. For example youtube videos are all in Flash, that is why when you go to youtube.com on the iPhone for example, it wont show any video if you are on the desktop youtube site because the iPhone does not support Flash. But the Palm Pre will! So nith the Pre we will be able to watch youtube videos directly on youtube.com and other useful internet content. Not to mention that Flash also opens possibilities to software developers to create cool applications for the Pre! Stay tuned to see what else happens.
