The earlier version of paintball guns (like of many of today's paintball guns) are powered by carbon dioxide cartridges. However, earlier versions of paintball guns are poor in range and have second-rate accuracy. The "cattle and tree marking" paintball guns were modified to reduce the velocity to prevent injury in the paintball game. The first paintball gun manufactured to be used specifically for the paintball sport was the "Splatmaster". Made entirely of plastic, the "Splatmaster" had to be manually cocked in each shot.

Most of the modern paintball guns are semi automatic. They can fire up to twenty-five paintballs per second (don't forget to duck if your opponent uses this type of paintball gun.). However, there is also a "stock-class" paintball guns for players who want to play a game with a low rate of fire and low ammo capacity. Pump action paintball guns are powered by a 12 gram carbon dioxide catridge or sometimes regular gas tanks. Pump action paint markers only have ten paintballs per ammo tube and is not spring loaded which results to what is commonly known as "rock and cock" action wherein the player must rock or shake the marker so that the paintball will drop into the chamber before cocking the paintball marker.

Another type of paintball marker is a sidearm. Sidearm markers are usually a pistol with a carbon dioxide cartridge for its power. Sidearm markers are either pump action or semi automatic and have a magazine with eight to twelve rounds attached to the gun. The use of paintball sidearm is very much discussed among paintball players. Some argue that sidearm paintball markers are essential on the battlefield when your main gun jams or runs out of carbon dioxide or ammo while some players think otherwise.

Paintball markers that are designed to look like real guns are called "mil-sim" or short for military simulation. Most of these military simulation markers are used in woodsball games. Military simulation markers are clunkier than other high-end speedball markers and they are painted in black or camouflaged to blend with the shadow or foliage. There are some paintball players who like to use hoppers on their markers while there are others who use magazines that are very much alike with real automatic weapons. Lots of paintball markers come with shoulder stock so that it will have a more realistic look.

Although many say that it is the player that makes a team win in a paintball game, there are also others who claim that having the best and more realistic paintball marker is definitely cooler than winning the game.

This style of kayaking has become popular because of the chance that kayakers have to experience ocean life and spend time on the open waters. The standards for kayaking are often inclusive to rivers and streams, as many people associate kayaking with white water rafting and other similar ideas. In the case of ocean kayaking, however, the opportunity for kayaking expands to fulfill the large environment that this sport takes place within.

Kayaking on the open ocean is a wonderful way to experience nature and to experience your own ability to deal with the things that come up with nature. If you have a heart for adventure, you will want to experience all of the joy and pleasure that can come out of the open ocean air before you on your lonely kayak. Of course, you will never be all that lonely when you have the comfort of the waves of the water as your guide and you will always be satisfied by the adventurous calm of the ocean waves lapping against your small crafted ship.

The Basics Of Ocean Kayaking

If you are new to ocean kayaking, you will need to learn some of the basics before you set out on this journey. Fortunately, the basics are exactly what they are: very basic. It is easy to learn and feel comfortable with you kayak after you learn a little bit about it and become comfortable with it and what it can do for you in your time of need. First, the front of the boat is the bow and the back of the boat is the stern. This goes the same for any other type of boat, so if you can't work any of the particulars, you can at least identify the parts of the boat with the proper language and maybe look the part with a nice hat.

In the middle of the kayak, there is a cockpit area with foot wells. This is where you will sit when you go ocean kayaking. Inside the cockpit there are holes which go all the way to the front of the kayak and to the back as well, all the way through the boat. These holes are called scuppers. There may also be an area in your kayak for you to secure gear, which you will need on the ocean surface for eating and drinking. You should always make sure that you have a good amount of gear for your journey.

The art of Shootfighting is very old, originating from Japan as a way of self defense. Even though it is great to use for self defense purposes, this martial art is more popular as a ring sport in competitions such as the Vale Tudo and the professional Shootfighting leagues found throughout Japan.

In Japan Shootfighting is a sport that is very popular. The bouts take place in a ring that is similar to wrestling, ropes and all intact. There are normally rounds, as well as a referee who is there to call the bout and stop it if need be. Fighters will wear gloves and go at it full contact. Submission and grappling is legal as well, which makes the fights more interesting. Fighters can test their skills in Shootfighting against some of the best Japan has to offer with these bouts.

Shootfighting is popular in the United States as well, although it is more popular throughout Japan. There are American fighters such as Ken Shamrock and Bart Vale who are experts in Shootfighting and travel to Japan on a frequent basis to compete in tournaments and bouts. The atmosphere in Japan is very high, as they show a lot of passion and desire for the matches over there.

In technique and form, Shootfighting is a mix of striking and grappling. It teaches students to be prepared for anything, standing or on the ground. There are a lot of bone breaking moves taught with this art, from arm locks to ankle locks. Most of the techniques that are taught to the student use a mixture of strength and technique – bringing very drastic results.

Even though a lot of people classify Shootfighting as being a form of pit fighting, it is actually quite a bit more. Shootfighting does incorporate a lot of stand up fighting, in the form of punches, elbows, and kicks. On their feet or on the ground, stylists can execute moves that will end a fight quickly. The submission locks are the deadliest forms of defense and attack with this martial art, as they target a specific limb and focus on breaking it in two.

As a martial art, Shootfighting is very hard to beat. It teaches students to be aggressive in battle and end the fight as quickly as possible. It also teaches students self control and self esteem as well. There are no belt classes with Shootfighting, as it is more or less a self defense system that was originally designed for the streets. It has proven to be very effective over the years, both on the streets and in competition.

The good thing about paintball is that everyone or anyone can play. There are no special requirements needed. Players can partake of the thrill paintball brings, regardless of race, age, gender and social status. The only requirement is a competitive spirit and the desire for adventure.

Paintball combines the elements of two childhood games, tag and hide-and-seek. Given the nature of those two games, paintball is for people who want to experience the unique rush that participation sports gives, minus physical contact. The objective of paintball is to capture the flag of the opponent while protecting his or her own. At the same time, players aim to eliminate their opponent from the game by shooting them and marking them with paintballs coming from paint guns. There are almost no limitations when it comes to the number of players, the limitation will only stem from the size of the playing
field.

The game can be enjoyed by people from all walks of life, whatever lifestyle or profession. There are no discriminations when it comes to paintball. It is a competition where the quickest and smartest survive. The chances of winning for each person are very fair, since old timers can find themselves being eliminated by neophytes. Men and women are equal in the game, and it is where the young do not necessarily have advantage over the old. To be an expert in paintball, a player must be able to think quickly, with precision. Victory is not at all dependent on strength and agility.

What can paintball bring to its players? Primarily, it builds character. Through paintball, one can garner skills on teamwork, leadership and self-confidence. The sport provides fun and relief from everyday stress, without the danger of injuries and death. This is a big plus for companies, and paintball is fast becoming a recommended activity for employees. Paintball gives the following benefits for the staff and management: morale boost, improved camaraderie, removal of the barrier between employer and employee, and enhanced group dynamics.

Paintball is available to everyone, and serves as an alternative activity for several events. Groups from college sororities, fraternities, athletic teams and company staff and management all grab at the chance of playing paintball. It is featured as a central theme during birthday bashes, bachelor parties, or just simple gatherings. It is an activity that everyone can truly enjoy.

Here are some of the basic paintball equipments that you should know.
Paintmask
Don't ever go out into the battlefield without a paintmask. Paintmask are also known as "goggles". They are safety headgear device that every paintball player is required to wear. Paintmask protects the eyes, mouth, nose and ears of the wearer. Some masks also have throat guards. The lenses of paintmask are engineered to stop paintballs; however one must remember that these lenses are not intended to resist impacts of paintballs traveling at enormously great speeds. Remember that permanent blindness or impairment in the vision can be a result if you are hit in the eye if you don't wear your protective paintmask.

Remember that permanent blindness or impairment in the vision can be a result if you are hit in the eye if you don't wear your protective paintmask.

Paintball Marker or Gun
Paintball marker is also known as paintball gun. This is the primary device used in this game. Paintball gun marks an opposing player when the opponent is hit by its paint ball. Carbon dioxide forces the paintball through the barrel at a high velocity, sufficient enough for the paintball to break upon impact, but not enough for some serious injury rather than mild bruising.

Barrel Blocking Device
A barrel blocking device is a safety device that is inserted into the barrel to prevent any accidental discharge of your paintball marker thus preventing injury to you or to others. All paintball fields won't let you play paintball if you don't have a barrel blocking device.

Propellants
Most pump action and pistol paintball markers use 12 gram cartridges. Most paintball markers use carbon dioxide because it is a lot cheaper even though nitrogen or high pressure air is a lot better than carbon dioxide.

Hoppers or Loader
Hoppers and loaders work the same way as a clip or magazine will do on a rifle or handgun. These two are the main form of providing ammunition for the paintball marker. Hoppers are the traditional way of holding the ammunition of the paintball marker. The most common and basic hopper is a black shell that has a hinged cover on the back for reloading. It is inserted neck down into the paintball marker's "feedneck" so that the paint ball can go into the marker one at a time. Loaders are very similar to hoppers, but it uses some sort of mechanical or sometimes electrical means of forcing the paintballs into the paintball marker's feedneck and down into the chamber for a much faster and steadier supply of ammo to the paintball marker.

There are also lots of extra safety equipments. However they are not necessary but they allow added protection for your body. You go for the paintball equipment that you think is necessary for your needs.

The art of Aikido is best associated with actor Steven Seagal, who made it even more popular with his movies. Aikido is rich and history in tradition, an art that originally started in Japan back in the 1940s.

Aikido's founder, Morihei Ueshiba, was born on December 14, 1883. As he was growing up in modern Japan, Ueshiba witnessed the local thugs vandalize his father. The young boy decided that he would make himself strong in order to seek revenge against the thugs. Ueshiba was strong willed, and devoted every waking moment to physical training and martial arts.

He received a lot of certificates in jujitsu, spear fighting, and fencing. Even though he was very impressive with his abilities, he found himself not happy with his skills. He knew that there was more to it, and began to look into religion, hoping that he would find a greater significance with life – pursuing martial arts all the while.

Ueshiba founded the martial art of Aikido by combining both his religious beliefs and his training in martial arts. At that time, the style was known as aikibudo, it wasn't until 1942 that he decided to go with the name Aikido. The style was quite different indeed, incorporating several different styles of jujitsu, aiki-jujitsu, and spear and sword fighting techniques as well.

Even though a lot of us think of Aikido as the ultimate martial art, it is an art that is based on religion and harmony. Aikido uses joint locks, weight manipulation, and throws to achieve it's purpose. The martial art is very effective, which were the intentions of Ueshiba from the start. Aikido consists of many techniques, and it is the result of Ueshiba's creative innovation.

Aside from what many think, there really is no unified belief or philosophy in the martial art of Aikido. While Aikido is indeed rich in heritage and religion, it believes in harmony and peace of the spirit. By achieving a higher spiritual power, Ueshiba has always believed that the human body is capable of anything. Even though he wanted revenge, he still stated that Aikido wasn't about fighting, but rather a way to reconcile with the world and make every human being on giant family.

Over the years, Aikido was introduced in America with amazing results. Steven Seagal is by far the most popular, showing the world the power and harmony of Aikido through his many movies. There are a lot of martial arts dojo's around North America that offer Aikido to study, possibly even some in your area. Not only will Aikido teach you self defense, but it will also teach you harmony of the spirit and how to find inner peace as well.

It helps absorb the stress and strain of throwing and grappling which are integral to this art. This uniform was created at Kodokan. Later, it was adopted by most Judo schools across the world.

The Judogi is basically nothing but a pair of white cotton drawstrings pants and a white quilted jacket held together by a belt that is indicative of the person's Dan rank. The jacket is quilted and thicker because it needs to absorb the impact of throws and pins.

Before a competition one of the two artists is given a blue Judogi to wear. This is so that the people who are watching can, at a distance, distinguish between the two Judokas. In Japan they attach a red sash to the belt instead, to aid in spotting. In Europe and North America a colored sash, for visual distinction is used at the local level competitions.

At all big meets where along with the audience the camera is watching too, a blue Judogi is what differentiates the judokas. Some Japanese purists tend to look down at the use of blue Judogis, but practicality most often scores over tradition.

The color of the belt worn by Judokas is extremely important because it signifies the skill level. There is no uniformity in the choice of colors. In some countries the nine colors range from grey to white, light blue, blue, yellow, orange, green, purple, and brown, with grey being the beginner's color. However, in Europe the belt colors are different. They range from white, yellow, orange, green, blue, brown to black, with each color signifying a higher rank. In some European countries a red belt is used to indicate a beginner.

Japan has its own color scheme. All students wear either white or brown belts while the Dan grades may wear the black belt. The sixth to eighth grade Dans wear a red-and-white belt, while those ranked ninth Dan and above wear a solid red belt. The credit for originating the Dan grading system goes to Jigoro Kano, the man who is called the fater of modern Judo.

All Judokas are expected to wear smartly washed and ironed judogis when they come for practice. Those who don't do so run the risk of being sent home by the Judo masters. This is because of the great stress that martial arts lays on hygiene and cleanliness in any hand-to-hand combat.

Some paintball games can be played outdoors while there are also some indoor types of paintball games. Although a few specific rules differ on every paintball games, all of those paintball games have one similarity, which is "to shoot the opponent or opposing team". Contrary to that paintball is also one of the safest sports.

There are many basic paintball games. Here is a list of the most widely played paintball games:

* Capture the Flag – this type of paintball game is like the classic schoolyard game. The game starts with teams on opposing sides attempting to capture or acquire their opponent's flag at the same time protecting their own flag. The first team to capture their opponent's flag and place it on a designated location (which usually is in their own base camp) achieves victory. Another way of achieving victory is by eliminating all the players of the opposing team.

* Elimination – the first team to eliminate all the players in the opposing team wins.

* Neutral Flag or Center Flag – very similar to "capture the flag". The only difference with these types of paintball games is that the game commenced with a single flag at the center of the field. The team that brings the flag to their opponent's end of the field wins.

* Resurrection – very much alike with "elimination", except the players may resurrect or re-enter the game in their starting station once they are hit.

* Just Plain Crazy – this type of paintball games has lots of names. This is sometimes called as "superman", or "counterstrike", or "total elimination". This type of paintball game can either be played with teams or individually. The game starts with each player on the opposing side of the field. They will then converge or meet on the center of the field. The game's objective is whoever will be the last player or last team standing wins the game. Most players of this game will eventually finish their paintball marker propellants, or run out of ammunitions or sometimes leave because of pain. Players in these kinds of paintball games do not get eliminated by a single paintball hit. They usually quit because of the inability to endure the attack if paintballs from every directions at a close range. This type of paintball game is usually played as the last game of the day when players want to dissipate their air supply and paintballs. This type of game is however uncommon due to its very violent nature as most of its players will eventually end up covered with bruises and welts and most of all in paint.

So if you and your friends want to have good time hunting, try playing some of these paintball games. It may hurt but it certainly will be fun.

It seems that many people are pursuing this sport with a full passion for life, embarking on a variety of adventures with kayaks that create wonderful memories for years to come. Along with these memories, the kayak can create a sport that gives you a whole lot of exercise without a lot of extra bulk or equipment besides the kayak. It is sporting simplicity at its purest, enabling you to connect with nature and get set for lots of adventure with yourself as the pilot in the journey of a lifetime. Don't just take my word for it; try kayaking for yourself.

There is a reason that kayaking is becoming one of the world's most popular single person sports. The simplicity of rowing a boat that only you fit in is coupled with the guts and intensity it can take to pursue some of the more complicated courses. With this going for it, it's no wonder that so many people are trying kayaking as the gateway to adventure and good fitness. The kayak is propelled by a double bladed paddle that you use in a sequential way of rowing to enable your boat to go farther at faster speeds. The more rhythm you have in your rowing, the better your boat will perform.

The Gateway To Adventure

The kayak was originally developed by the Inuit hunters in the arctic regions of North American and in Greenland. It was used to track animals down across the icy waters. Now, the kayak is used for sport and it is made in a variety of designs and specifications that make it possible for people of all ages and sizes to try one out for their own purposes. The normal kayak accommodates one person, but there are other kayaks that can hold up to three people comfortable. Depending on the time of kayaking that you choose to do, you can find a kayak that will suit your needs and create an adventure for you.

Kayaking differs from canoeing in a number of ways. For starters, the kayak is a different vessel altogether. Canoes are flat bottomed boats with a single bladed paddle that propels it. Although kayaks are often called canoes in other countries, the differences are distinct. The kayak is rounded all the way around, making the roll-over a possibility for the kayaker.

In reality, it is a fun and exciting sport, an art, a discipline, an activity, a way to protect yourself, and quite simply a way of life. Although you may hear many different meanings, the word Judo actually means all of the above and several more.

Original founded back in 1882, Judo comes from the feudal Japan fighting system. Upon founding, Judo was a refinement of the martial art jujutsu. Jujutsu is one of the oldest martial arts styles, dating back hundreds of years.

Judo made the biggest impact in 1964 when it was first introduced into the Olympic Games. Now, it is practiced by millions of people all across the world. Judo can help students stay in shape, excel in all areas of competition, stay protected with self defense, and several other things. For a majority of students, Judo is practiced just for fun. Although it starts out as fun for many, it quickly turns into a way of life, a burning passion if you will.

Similar to other martial arts styles, Judo has rules that ensure the safety of those competing in the competitions. Students of Judo who are looking to test their skills will enjoy the competition levels, which range from club meets to national tournaments, and on up to the well known and best level of competition – the Olympic Games.

Judo is known best for it's amazing throw techniques. What many aren't aware of, is the fact that Judo is more than just throws. It also involves grappling on the ground, controlling holds, arm locks, leg locks, and even choking techniques. Judo teaches all aspects of self defense, from a grappler's standpoint.

Another great thing about Judo is the fact that anyone can study, male or female, and even those that are disabled. Judo is also inexpensive to participate in, taught throughout the year, and it appeals to everyone. This martial art is also unique in the sense that even the elderly enjoy practicing it on a daily basis.

Judo also helps students learn and develop respect and self discipline. It offers the chance to learn self confidence, leadership skills, power, flexibility, and physical prowess. Judo has evolved quite a bit over the years, going from a fighting art to competition status. These days, there are separate Judo ranks for kids, adults, and seniors.

The martial art Judo, which means "gentle way" teaches you the applications that you need for self defense as well as competition. Judo is unlike other martial arts, in the sense that it combines the best of grappling with awesome throws that require little to no strength – but more of the way you position your body. This is an excellent martial art – that anyone can enjoy.

This shows that more and more people are enticed to play this game.

However, it does not necessarily mean that the game is easy. Most of the players contend that they have experienced many trials, hardships, failures, and defeat before they were able to master the game.

Experts insist that playing paintball, just like the other kinds of sport, needs some skills in order to win the game. These skills are the primary tools that every paintball player must try to learn. Once they have mastered these skills, winning the game is relatively simple.

Here is the list:

1. Basic stance

The problem with most players is that they tend to face the bunker whenever they are standing next to it. This is such a difficult stance because it will give the player inadequate balance and a time-consuming response.

The best way is to stand behind the bunker with the foot that is opposite with the paintball marker or gun in lead. For instance, if a player holds the marker with the right hand, the left foot should be in lead.

2. Trick shot

It is important for every paintball player to know the psychological aspect of the game. This means that the player must know how to think and act appropriately according to the possible actions of the other players.

Therefore, fire some "trick shots" in an area where the other player is probably hiding. It does not necessarily mean that firing too many shots creates advantage. The object of this skill is to create a ploy that will instigate the player to respond in return if ever he is really in that area.

3. Run and Shoot and Run

Like any person in a battle, it is best to master this type of skill in order to achieve the best action and win.

The problem with most players is that they continue to hide thinking that they can win because they remain invisible to their opponents. The point is that a player can never win if he does not try to eliminate his opponents.

Mastering this skill will definitely give every player an edge over the others.

In every activity, there is an equal skill to master. Mastery of these skills will ensure that the player can win the game.

There are also certain things that you need to keep in mind while shopping for a touring kayak, and these are important to remember.

What you Should Know

For instance, you should know that the terms sea kayak and touring kayak are often used interchangeably, and the most important difference however is that a touring kayak is longer and more narrow than that of recreational kayaks, and that they also usually hold cargo in closed bulkheads.

If you are a beginner, then you will typically want to start out with a wider and more stable boat, just for your safety for the most part. You also want to keep in mind the fact that you do not necessarily want to spend a lot of money on your first kayak, because you are going to outgrow it, and in many different ways at that; you are going to outgrow it in regards to your skill as you progress, and also you are going to need to get a new one anyway after a season or two in the water.

As your skill increases, you then can feel more comfortable with spending more money, because you will know that it will be worth it. Basically, the best way to look at this is to figure what is the point in spending a lot of money on a particular type of kayak if you are not even going to be able to use it properly? Therefore, the best way to go about it is to spend less, wait until you are more skilled and more comfortable, and then go out and spend as much as you like.

Where to go

There is a multitude of different stores that are available, but remember that although you certainly do not need to go to each one, you will want to check out at least a couple, so that you can compare between those that you have chosen, and thus end up with the best quality and worth that you can possibly get. You will absolutely realize how worth it the time and effort was in the end when you are fully satisfied with your purchase.

There, film directors created a new class of movies built on martial arts moves and counter moves. In the process, they produced a new generation of martial arts films and film stars.

Today, there are plenty of martial arts artists in the West who recreate their martial abilities on screen and have their own distinct fan following. These include legends like Chuck Norris, Wesley Snipe, Jean Claude Van Damme and GJ Torres.

But this is only the tip of the iceberg. There are also several artists in the east who have their own distinct following. Here's a list of the who's who of the Martial Arts world:

Kwan Tak-Hing was the original screen Wong Fei-Hung; the legendary Hung Gar master who starred in 100 films from the late 1940s to the 1960s. Kwan himself was a master of Tibetan White Crane rather than Hung Gar and specialized in the use of the whip.

Bruce Lee is what every boy wanted to grow up to be in the seventies. And Bruce Lee is the person who made Hollywood sit up. Trained originally in Wing Chun, Bruce Lee made cult films like 'Enter the Dragon 'and 'Return of the Dragon'.

Jackie Chan was the Bruce Lee of the eighties and the nineties, without the former's intensity. Jackie Chan evolved a unique genre that combined slapstick comedy with martial arts. He has directed and acted in more tan 50 films and has a very distinct following across the world. Despite intensive training from a Chinese Opera school, Jackie claims to be an actor and not a martial arts artist.

Jet Li, another Hollywood favorite, won the Chinese national Wushu (Martial Arts) championships five times in a row before becoming a movie star, starting with the movie 'Shaolin Temple'.

Hollywood also has Caucasians who have trained in martial arts and then become movie stars. Chuck Norris learned Tang Soo Do, a martial arts similar to Taekwondo, while in Korea. He was also Bruce Lee's training partner. Steven Seagal is an aikido instructor; Jean Claude van Damme practiced karate in Europe; Cynthia Rothrock is probably the best known woman in the genre and considered to be the Queen of martial arts films. She was taught by GJ Torres.

There are other martial arts artists too who are more screen artists than martial ones. They include Chow Yun Fat, who is the star of many a martial arts flick in Hong Kong, China and America; Michelle Yeoh, who is a dancer turned actress; Jason Scott Lee, who is actually an actor who trained in martial arts to play Bruce Lee in the film 'Dragon: The Bruce Lee'.

Having the proper paintball gear does not limit to paintball markers, hopper, tank and paintball mask alone. You should also consider having those little paintball gear stuffs that you think is not important. Extra safety paintball gear and equipments can mean a lot of difference between enjoying the day and not getting to play because of injury or defective equipments.

You should always bring your gun manual and gun schematics along whenever you go out to play. You will never know when you're going to dismantle or disassemble your paintball markers. But remember that manuals and schematics are useless without those allen wrenches right? You must have one set handy available at all times.

Don't forget to bring spare batteries with you. Don't let small things like a dead battery ruin your fun in the battlefield. Neck guards are good protection from painful shots in the neck. Opt for a lightweight wrap around strap for comfort. Wearing thigh cups is also a good idea. You will never know where you're going to be shot at with all the action in the field. Shin guards, gloves and elbow pads are also handy when it comes to running, dodging and crawling in the field. A little advice, don't ever take chances when it comes to the eyes. Replace those cracked or scratched paintmask, even if they are only scratched because they were hit at close range. Always have an extra paintmask available.

So many paintball marker problems can easily be fixed like replacing the cupseal and o-rings. These are small but very important parts that easily break and can cause your paintball marker to malfunction. To have an efficient paintball marker you must always lubricate it every now and then. Bring a paintball marker oil always with you whenever playing. Also have an extra squeegee when you are out in the field. You will never know that you might need it to get rid of some substance that is stuck in your barrel.

Once you get to know your paintball gear, you will have some decent idea on what kind of paintball gear and equipment to bring along with you. Don't forget the tweezers, pliers and screwdrivers. These tools are very essential in your paintball gear. Also don't forget to bring along some bolts, screws, springs, Teflon and, yes, duct tape.

It would hurt if you also bring along some first aid kits. A lot of things happen on the paintball field. You might not able to use it, but hey, it pays to be ready.

The main idea is to be prepared and ready at all times because if ever something comes up or all problems break loose, you would be ready for it.

These three types are rigid, folding and inflatable. Selecting the best type of kayak for you will depend on where you plan on taking your kayak trips; how many people are taking the trip with you, and how much experience you have. Of course price can be a deal breaker as well.

When purchasing your first kayak, you will find that there are more choices than you realized. Kayaks come in three different structural types. These three types are rigid, folding and inflatable. Selecting the best type of kayak for you will depend on where you plan on taking your kayak trips; how many people are taking the trip with you, and how much experience you have. Of course price can be a deal breaker as well.

Most people know of a rigid kayak model. These are the hard plastic boats and though they are the least expensive of kayaks, most people don't realize they are also the heaviest. These tough boats can take a beating but once damaged, there is little to do to repair them. If a rigid kayak is the style you wish for, then consider a fiberglass boat. These are lightweight but a bit pricey and though these can be damaged easily, they are also easy to repair. Rigid wood kayaks are also available. Many hobbyists purchase these to assemble themselves. These take routine maintenance and pricing can vary widely.

Folding kayaks have their advantages. Portable and easy to store, many a kayaker will choose a folding kayak. These folding kayaks are made of fabric fitted over a wood or aluminum frame. Though expensive, these kayaks last a long time and also retain their resale value. The last option is the inflatable kayak. Also offering easy portability these kayaks are easily stored when deflated. Take into consideration where you will be using your whitewater kayak before selecting between these three styles of kayaks.

Stability in a kayak will often be the best way to choose the correct kayak for you. Beginners and families wanting to kayak through whitewater will be better off choosing a kayak with good stable ability. Beginners will also look for kayaks with larger cockpits. Whether a beginner or an experienced paddler, it is best to speak with a professional kayak seller before buying your kayak.

The martial art known as Ninjutsu is very secret, with a very clouded history. The history isn't documented all that well, as most of what is known about the martial art is that which has been passed down from generation to generation. There are a lot of historical records that state families from the Koga region as being the creators to this very secret style.

Over 70 different Ninjutsu Ryu have been identified and discovered over the years, however most of them have died out. A majority of them were created around a set of specific techniques and skills, although when those skills of a specific Ryu were no longer needed or wanted, the Ryu seems to die out and fade away from existence.

The art of Ninjutsu is best associated with the ninja's from ancient Japan. The ninja's are well known all around the world, for their stealth and very secreted life. The ninja is known to have went through very tough and demanding training, which hardly anyone really knows about. Those that were actual ninja's are either dead, or not allowed to let anyone know their true identity.

During the 1980's, when the ninja trend really hit the United States, the instructors of Ninjutsu popped out all over the place, making black a very happening color. Years later, the trend seemed to die out, and there aren't that many people trying to learn the art.

In regards to the art, the term of Ninjutsu doesn't actually refer to any certain style, but rather a group of the martial arts, with each one having it's own view that's expressed with each of the different Ryu. The Ryu vary, meaning that one may focus on one certain physical dynamic, while the next may be focused on redirection.

What many people aren't aware of, is the fact that Ninjutsu involves both unarmed and armed fighting skills, along with philosophy, strategy, and history. There are a few dojo's that offer the art, many of them being quite comprehensive with the way they teach.

During combat, Ninjutsu focuses on distance, posture, and flow. Stylists are taught to react to every movement, and respond in ways that will place them in the advantage position. From being in a position of advantage, the stylist can effectively change the outcome of the encounter – quickly going from negative to positive.

Those that practice the martial art of Ninjutsu are instructed and trained to use their entire body for everything they do, which provides the most leverage and power. Ninjutsu is well known in Japan, and for good reason. It is a very secretive martial art, yet very powerful. The techniques can be used or self defense, along with stealth. It can be a great martial art to learn – if you can find a dojo that teaches it.

Paintball markers or also called as "paintball guns" are used to mark an opposing player with paint or what most paintball players would call a "hit". Paintball markers are powered by a rapidly expanding gas, usually carbon dioxide or compressed air. The carbon dioxide or compressed air forces a paintball (the ammunition) through the barrel at a very high velocity sufficient enough for the paintball to break upon impact but not enough velocity to cause serious tissue damages.

Paintball markers have evolved rapidly. From a single shot, hand held, manually cocked pistol that was primarily used for marking cattle and trees to an electronically controlled, pneumatically cocked, full ranged firing modes markers. Early paintball guns were manufacture for the Forestry Service for marking trees. Most of the early paintball markers have identical functions and features.

Paintball markers have four chief components. These are the body, hopper, tank and the barrel. More known as loaders, hoppers holds the paintball (ammunition) for the paintball marker. Hoppers have lots of different variants. The hoppers principal methods of feeding the paintballs into the paintball markers are gravity, force feed and agitate feeding. Paintball marker hoppers that use force feed and agitate feeding have higher rate of fire than paintball markers that use gravity as a feed method, however they have a higher tendency of malfunction. Paintball marker tanks hold the compressed gas that is used to accelerate the barrel. The tank is usually filled with carbon dioxide. But some paintball markers use nitrogen or more known as "high pressure air". "High pressure air" tanks (HPA tanks") are more expensive than carbon dioxide tanks. Most paintball players prefer paintball markers that use high pressure air than makers that use carbon dioxide. Markers that use HPA tanks are more consistent and reliable. Barrels of most paintball markers come in twelve, fourteen, sixteen, eighteen and twenty inch in length. Some paintball players have markers with barrels up to forty-eight inches, because longer barrels are quieter and more accurate. Barrels below eleven inches have no accuracy and inefficient. On the other hand, paintball guns with longer barrels need more propellant for the paintball than short barreled paintball guns.

To increase the rate of fire of paintball guns in the early years means polishing the internal parts and changing spring rates. As the game evolves the rate of fire of paintball guns also evolved. Add on products are then attached to the marker for an increase in rate of fire. Paintball marker manufacturers then introduced various upgrade parts for paintball guns. Paintball guns manufacturers then began to improve the designs of paintball markers; moving further and further away from the original designs of the early paintball markers. Some manufacturers even produced markers that are more realistic, more military like paintball guns.

If so, there is a chance that you have heard of Ricky Carmichael and Jeremy McGrath. What about James Stewart? If you were paying attention to the 0 supercross motorcycle racing season, there is a good chance that you have. In 0, James Stewart was crowned the 0 World Supercross GP Champion. This alone is enough to be proud of, but when you look more closely at all that Stewart has accomplished, you will find that he did not make it to where he is today just by luck; it took a large amount of hard work and determination.

James Stewart was born in Florida in ; this is one of the reasons why his success is so unique. Although many supercross motorcycle riders get their start at a young age, James Stewart is still relatively young for what he has accomplished. Perhaps, part of that credit can be given to this father. James Stewart Sr. was also a motocross racer. It has been said that he regularly took his son along with him to the racers. It has also been said that this is where James Stewart developed a love for the sport and that love never died down.

Like many other professional supercross racers, James Stewart got his start in motocross racing. He traveled the country, racing at numerous outdoor venues, otherwise known as motocross racing tracks. This practice and experience is what has helped Stewart become the success that he is today. With getting started in supercross racing at such a young age, it is important to take note of his family and all that they helped him achieve. It has been noted that James Stewart's family made numerous sacrifices to allow him achieve his dream of becoming a professional supercross rider, a dream that would later come true.

As previously mentioned, Stewart's age is enough to make his journey remarkable, but so is something else; his ethnicity. Although it shouldn't be focused on, James Stewart is African American. Why his race is important to note is because he was the first ever African American to win a Supercross World Series Event. In fact, James Stewart is often referred to as the "Tiger Woods of Supercross." This nickname recently replaced his old childhood nickname of "Bubba."

In addition to winning the THQ World Super Series, in 0, James Stewart is also well known for his recent supercross championship win in 0, as mentioned above. This win is important, as well as many of the others. During his career, which will still continue, James Stewart has competed with some of the greatest and well known supercross racers. These racers include, but are not limited to Chad Reed, Jeremy McGrath, and Ricky Carmichael. His performance, when competing against these well known and established riders, goes to show that he has more than earned the right to be known as a supercross champ.

If you are looking for more information on James Stewart, you can easily find it by visiting his official online website. That online website is located at www.jamesstewartonline.com. In addition to information on his personal life, as well as his racing career, you can also subscribe to the James Stewart newsletter.
