下午三点照常在外面散步，回来的时候突然想到，整个网站的运行体系是否和人体也是一样的呢？

中医里说，人体的经络有横向也有纵向，每条经络彼此都是通的，与网络类似，各个脏腑相当于网站中每个子功能模块，彼此相互影响，同时又是紧密联系，又是有一定的规律的。

IO就像气血（如果IO不流动，那么就不能完成功能，同样血液也是一样，没有流动，人也死了）

每个功能模块的每台机器类似脏腑中工作的器官一样…

人体出问题了，用中医的思路是不可能头痛医头，脚痛医脚，同样在网站中，某个地方出问题了，是不是就一定认为这个地方有问题？未必，可能是某个代码写了个bug导致的，也可能是其他模块拖死的，类似等等。

思路还不成熟，留个记号，以后再详细补充！

第一,概念和内容虽然老套,但都讲得很透彻,而且还很全面.

第二,理论结合实际,其中案例分析都不错.

第三,不花哨,采用的工具及命令都是最基本的,有助于实际操作.

但本人才疏学浅,译文大多数都是立足于自己对原文的理解,大家也可以自己去OSCAN上找原文,如果有什么较大出入,还望留言回复,甚是感激!

    1. 首先下载小工具：
      wget http://maatkit.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/util/iodump
      这个工具是perl写的。
    2. 调整内核参数，打开kernel IO消息：
      echo 1 > /proc/sys/vm/block_dump
    3. 直接执行如下脚本就可以看到结果了：
      while true; do sleep 1; dmesg -c; done | perl iodump
      注意稍等片刻按：ctrl+C退出，就可以看到结果了。

    不过，压力大的话还是少玩，可能占用的资源比较多。
