I get told this by guys WAY more often than I should.

I like to think I am an understanding and patient guy. Today, however, I reached my tether. If I counted correctly, today was the 11th time I have been contacted by a reader that feels compelled to let me know the only way they will go down on a woman is if she wears panties. The problems as I see them are this:
1. Most of the time it seems the sex is mostly for his enjoyment and not as much yours.
2. Your husband has his days where he's adventurous but he gets frustrated when things don't work out the way he hoped they would.
3. You're having a difficult time talking to him about how to enhance the excitement in the bedroom.
4. You feel he lacks confidence or is embarrassed about his lack of oral talents.

Whether your partner is sexually selfish on purpose or merely because he lacks the knowledge to please you, either way makes for an unhappy sexual relationship.

If he is selfish about sex because he feels that your pleasure comes second to his, that is an issue for a licensed therapist. Some reprogramming on how to have a relationship with a woman might be needed. But if this works for you and your relationship, who am I to say it shouldn't?

But if he can't please you in the first place, why try? This is definitely not an uncommon feeling for men that have trouble satisfying their partner.

The best advice I can offer on how to teach your partner to please you is to educate not only him, but you as well. You can do this on many levels.

First you need to talk with him about taking each others sexual pleasure to the next level. Don't single him out as the person that needs improvement because you never know, you might need help too! Even if he is the problem, a guy isn't going to be happy to hear he is a horrible lover and you want to fix him. That isn't going to help your cause.

Second you'll need to find out what turns him on. Figure out what gets him really turned on for you. I've always found that being with an experienced lover makes the sex SO much better. If you know what your body is capable of and you know what your partners body is capable of, you can explore every avenue available to you. You'll never get bored because you'll always have a new thing you'd like to try or at the very least, find what works best for you.

Here are a few of the table of contents (or as Paul calls it, "Bed of Contents") that may interest you:

"What's Inside a Girl?" This chapter talks about everything from the myths of the vagina, the different type of vagina (shape, position, smells, tastes, etc), the zones to pay attention to (which is important if you're going to want to use them), and various ways to stimulate the zones.

"The Zen of Finger Fucking" This is a great chapter on how to use your hands to stimulate a woman. So guys! If sex is too short, use these skills to make it last longer. Potentially you can take her to an orgasm through each form of sex (using fingers, oral, penis, etc.). Read read read and read this chapter again as well as all the other chapters involving techniques.

I've gotten a lot of great feedback but you may be surprised to know that most of the responses came from Myspace! I proposed the same question in a forum post on Myspace and at this very minute people are still responding. Have you?!

For the women that responded, it seems that the consensus is that while they would PREFER to have an orgasm through penetration, most reach it by clitoral stimulation.

So far though, the ladies have been 50/50 on either by stimulating themselves and their man going down on them.

That means there are still 50% of the women out there wishing that their man could get them off when he goes down.

Get to work guys! There are ladies to please. Are you up for the task?

I left this question a bit more open with proposed responses by offering no suggestions. We've had some typical responses and the usual mind blowing crazy spoof responses (most being quite entertaining).

So the responses have been about equal across the board ranging from inside the woman's vagina, in her mouth or on her face, in her hair, by themselves (I find that one a bit boring), being penetrated in the anus, and even by rubbing their penis on a cheese grater and sticking needles in their freshly shaved balls (that one was a spoof response... could you tell).

Stimulate her G Spot AND Clit at the same time

Here is a quick way to get your girl to orgasm by simultaneously stimulating the G Spot and Clit.

If you're right handed:

Stand behind her to get the best angle for this position (she can be standing bent over slightly or on her knees bent over).

Use your right hand thumb to insert into her vagina. Once inside, press your thumb against her G Spot (almost like you're trying to push her away from the inside).

Then reach around with your left hand and stimulate in circular motions on her clitoris.

While stimulating the Clit with your left hand, use your thumb to stimulate the G spot by gently thrusting in and out (not all the way out and at about a 45 degree angle) putting pressure forward to stimulate the spot.

Just think about how you've made the "come here" finger move to her G Spot while she was on her back and imagine recreating that feeling in his position with the thumb.

Things to think about when using this technique:

I used this technique when I was having sex in a work bathroom and didn't have a TON of room to get down and give her oral.

My next best solution if I couldn't get her off with my tongue? This position of course!

If you've got all the room in the world, make sure not to use this as your first swing at bat. This isn't a technique you should usually use to start with. The reason I ask you all this is because obviously I'm a big fan of oral sex right? Well the other day while talking to an ex girlfriend of mine, we got on the topic of how I had never given her an oral sex orgasm. As you can imagine, that was a very frustrating thing to me at the time.

Getting your girlfriend to squirt

The key to getting your girlfriend to squirt is the right build up, girl, position, and stroke.

Having your girlfriend (or any other girl for that matter) squirt for the first time can be difficult. The girl has to be properly aroused, she's got to be up for a potentially "messy situation", be in a position to make the squirt easier, and you've got to sometimes give just the right amount of pressure and the right motion.

All these aspects of the scenario together go a long way towards a first time experience for you and her. Don't be frustrated if you can't get her to do it the first time. And especially don't try to get her do it each and every time. This can sometimes just kill the mood and lessen the romance. Aim to accomplish the squirt mostly at times she is at her peak arousal.

The Breakdown...

The right build up, as you've read in most of my other posts, is important to set the mood for any oral fun intended to take her to her sexual peak. If you need a refresher on how to build up the sexual excitement and prepare her body for The Oral Oh! (or in this case squirting), read the refresher course on "Preheating The Oven Before You Stick The Turkey In".

The right girl helps a lot. If a girl is uptight, not up for experimenting, or just not a fun lay, I don't recommend trying this with her. For what it takes to get her there, she might respond negatively. It will sound something like this: "WOA! What are you doing?! Enough, Enough!" Now is that really what you want her to say? Probably not. Find a girl that is up for new things. After you two have been to bed a few times (or the kitchen counter), it helps to find out if she's up for giving it a try. If yes, great! My suggestion is while having sex, suggest giving it a try. Don't mention before hand you're going to do it. Get her in the mood first.

The right position is key. If she is laying on her back, raising her knees towards her shoulders can help make it easier. Either have her hold them or just use one hand to hold them there. You can make her squirt in multiple positions but from my experience, the added pressure of having the legs pressed against her body helps build the pressure to help make the first squirt happen.

Of course if she is capable of squirting already and you've already accomplished this goal, you know added pressure isn't necessary from lifting the legs. It can be done in any position. From the girls I've giving their first squirt to, the added pressure helps them reach that point easier.

The right stroke can make or break your squirting experience.

The technique:

While she is on her back position yourself on the side of her body.
Use your index and middle fingers side by side and enter them inside her vagina
Use what you know of stimulating the G Spot (stroking with a SLIGHT curved, come here, motion) and take up the speed a little more than usual. Think of it as trying to sexually pull the squirt out of her.
It also helps to place a vibrator on her clit either by her holding it or you (if you are holding it, have her hold her own legs back)
Tell her to relax and try to let go of the pee feeling she may have. It isn't pee I promise. It could be though, if she hasn't gone in a while so make sure she's gone wee wee prior to sex.
If the girl isn't too sensitive to pressure and touch and your fingers aren't taking her there, try to just stop for the evening and try the next night with a G Spot vibrator.

NOTE: A girl doesn't necessarily need penetration to squirt. It can be done through shear clitoral stimulation. For some women squirting comes naturally as part of an orgasm. In fact, I've found that some of the most sexually timid women squirt more often than most. This could be due to them feeling self conscious to such a potential "wet mess". But once you get a girl like this comfortable with you and she knows you won't react negatively, this can lead to some MIND BLOWING sex my friend.

ALSO: And this is important! You can't be too careful when trying to get her to squirt. This is a few steps up from teasing and foreplay. Women tend to need a pretty vivacious intensity level in friction and pressure in order to take her beyond a simple orgasm. So don't be afraid to get physical!

Quickest way to screw up giving her an orgasm? - Getting too cocky!

You may have gotten a lot of girls off in the past. You may get raves and rants from every girl you do it to. But there will always be one or two girls that humble you to the point that you're second guessing everything you know about getting a girl to her peak.

"You don't know it all. No matter how much we may look or sound or feel alike, women are different. Each woman has her own likes/dislikes. There is no one formula. The best "formula" is to be responsive in the moment. Just because it worked on some chick last week, doesn't mean this week's chick will dig it. You may know a lot. You may have a lot of experience, but you should never presume that you know more about a woman's body than she does.
