The HiClave series pressure reactors bring versatility to your research. Available in numerous sizes, lid connections and configurations, they make the perfect base for initial proces scaling from 25 to 1000 ml.

The HiClave systems are complete and ready for immediate use in your laboratory, but can be upgraded with additional equipment such as magnetic or overhead stirrers, a lift, automatic sampling, pressure sensor,… according to your needs.

HiClave S – Laboratory-scale experiments

Equipped with a screw lid, the HiClave S compact reactors are particularly suitable for small sample volumes from 25 up to 125ml. They can be operated with magnetic stirrer plates and allow a temperature of up to 350°C and a pressure of up to 150 bar. Also available with a PTFE inner layer

HiClave Q – Quick and Flexible

Equipped with a quick-release fastener, the HiClave Q reactors offer flexibility in their application thanks to a capacity of 250 to 1000 ml. With temperatures up to 350°C and 150 bar, they are the ideal solution for precise, scalable syntheses. PTFE inner layer optional.

HiClave F – Upping the ante

The high-pressure HiClave F features a robust flange closure on vessels from 250 to 1000 ml, offering higher operating parameters up to 400 bar and temperatures of 500°C (250°C with PTFE).  
Various equipment options such as funnels, sensors, overhead stirrer,… allow the system to be adapted to your specific laboratory requirements.

A compact and modular shielded reactor housing engineered for the BoroClave (borosilicate glass) and HiClave Q (stainless steel/Hasteloy) reactors. 

Developed for demanding laboratory environments, the system offers maximum safety and versatility in a small footprint.

• Pressure-resistant design up to 10 bar with BoroClave
• Optional PTFE liner for enhanced chemical protection
• Convenient overhead stirrer integration
• Manual lifting device for the reactor vessel
• Built-in manometer and pressure relief valve
• Reactor volume of 1000 ml, with a working temperature up to 220 °C
• Compatible with HiClave Q with up to 100 bar, 350°C and 1000 ml.
