I have Windows Vista, and two big HDs, 1 external HD, plus 1.5 GB RAM. I do agree putting it on another computer may solve a lot of problems that interfere with the sound quality over the phone. When you are online and on the phone, these activites interfere with the sound: scrolling, playing songs, opening other files, surfing while talking, reading emails, etc. there is simply no excuse for the company not being be forthcoming about all of that, and they should provide a solution.
