I never confirmed an order when I found I was going to be charged and was still billed as well. That is a form of ID theft and they need to stopped. Most free trials I do set the amount at 0. I told them the free trial offer was misleading in chat. I am currently resolving this issue.

Just like Anita I too am havin problems gettin thru to area code 416, I can hear the persons but they cannot hear me . This is very frustrating because I have sick family there and they cannot afford to keep in touch with me. Please look into this matter and I’m happy to know that I am not the only one complaining about this area code. I anxiously await your reply. Thank You

I have been using the magic for over a year and recently when I tried calling area 416 or 450 I can hear the callers but they cannot hear me therefore I have to use other means to make a call, which is an expense to me. I would therefore appreciate your assistance in getting this problem sorted out as soon as possible.

I wish to cancel my magic jack. Although I have had it for a year, we have never been able to use it here in Australia, therefore I don’t wish to keep paying for it. Pleae advice that my service has been terminated.
