A leading Investment Bank is currently looking to recruit a Payroll Manager to manage the delivery of a high-quality payroll service to the organisation. The Payroll Manager will manage the payroll team to deliver a payroll service which adheres to best practice, acting as first point of contact for the payroll team. You will also provide advice to third parties around pension, share save schemes, company car schemes etc. You will support the monthly reconciliation of payroll and National Insurance accounts and provide monthly statistical information to the Head of Payroll. Suitable candidates will have significant payroll experience and a recognised payroll qualification. You will have experience of SAP payroll and ideally with experience of SARBOX control implementation.
