Installing the wireless adapter

Before doing anything else, you need to equip all the machines that will be on the future ad hoc network with a wireless adapter and install drivers.

Configuring the ad hoc network

Go to Control Panel - Network Connections, you will see Wireless Network Connection there if the computer wifi already enabled.

Right Click Wireless Network Connection, select Properties.

Click on Wireless Network tab
If Wireless Network tab is disabled, that's mean Windows Wireless Zero Configuration service is stopped.
To enable it, right click My Computer - Manage - Expand Services and Applications - select Services
Search Wireless Zero Configuration - Start the service if the service is stopped.

Panda Security just released a beta version of security sofware , which is developing to prevent computer not to get virus attack from USB devices . Previously I was shared some USB antivirus for you. Those USB antivirus works by scanning, detected, then delete. But Panda USB Vaccine is totally different, it's work by disable the autorun feature from your computer, and also able to create a write protected autorun.inf dump file on your flash drive. So your computer won't get infect by USB devices, and your flash drive will be protected by the write-protected autorun.inf, and wont be able to overwrite by those viruses, you can't even delete it.

Panda Research USB Vaccine - 1.0.0.19 beta

Panda USB Vaccine is a free solution designed to protect against this threat. It offers a double layer of preventive protection, allowing users to disable the AutoRun feature on computers as well as on USB drives and other devices:Vaccine for computers: This is a ‘vaccine' for computers to prevent any AutoRun file from running, regardless of whether the device (memory stick, CD, etc.) is infected or not.Vaccine for USB devices: This is a ‘vaccine' for removable USB devices, preventing the AutoRun file from becoming a source of infection. The tool disables this file so it cannot be read, modified or replaced by malicious code. This is a very useful tool as there is no simple way of disabling the AutoRun feature in Windows. This provides users with a simple way of disabling this feature, offering a high degree of protection against infections from removable drives and devices.

This was just bring alot of trouble for those who have limited bandwidth broadband and some even do not have fast internet connection. It's really waste of time and bandwidth too.

There are some Windows Live Messenger standalone installer hosted in free file hosting, but those untrusted files will just make things goes even worse. For those who want to grab and retrieve a copy of Windows Live Messenger 2009 standalone setup installer, which can be used to install WLM anytime on any computer without internet connection, use the following trick to get iT!

Let's see what differences between them.

Features of Intel Core i7

8MB Intel Smart Cache

Integrated Memory Controller with support for 3 channels of DDR3-1066MHz memory

Intel QuickPath interconnect to Intel X58 Express Chipset

An infected computer can spread a virus to a clean USB thumb drive that is inserted. Then what the virus does next is to spreading the virus onto other computers if the operating system on those machines has an AutoRun-type feature enabled using autorun.inf method. It's truely annoying us as we really got those viruses infected our computers. If you are an expert, maybe you can just take one look to see whether the drive contains virus or not. But sometimes no matter how expert are you, you'll be less careful and get these virus infected your computers.

So now Im going to share some software that useful to prevent those virus with you all.
There are various tools that prevent usb antivirus, such like autorun.inf Check , you have to scan for the virus manually.. that's totally useless.. because you are already get infected when you plug-in a removable device contains viruses. So Im here to share those real-time protection enabled programs with you all.

Last day, i've received a desktop with a windows problem that windows disconnect his internet connection automatically by displaying this message,

"General Host Process for Win32 Services has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience. "

from a customer.

Usually, as what technicians do , we will just ask him to let us reformat his computer. But i realized that it wasn't just happened to him, but also to me sometime. I was experienced that "svchost.exe" error which made my all current connections disconnected and unable to control it unless I reboot my computer.

So.. I spended some times on the net to find out the solution. Finally I found that "Svchost" is stands for "Service Host". Many of components of the windows system are implemented as what are called "services", programs that run in the background, those services are stand-alone executables. Since DLL cannot run on its own, svchost is the one loads DLL.

Problem with svchost.exe nowadays is very common disguise used by malware to hide its presence from the user. As the task manager below does not show up much information in it. You wouldn't even know which one is being controlled or used by malware.

What is Defragging?

Defragging is process done to a hard disk in order to improve performance and recover some lost disk space. Defragging is an essential part of a PC's upkeep as it keeps all the data on your hard disk in an easily readable order. If a hard disk is left without defragging, then over time the disk will begin to lose performance and also slowly reduce the available capacity to data. As you will be aware if your hard disk is running slowly then this will affect the rest of the system performance, in all applications and especially in games, where frame rate is important.
