I find that with being a web designer – creating and designing my own website is quite possibly the hardest task to undergo. I’m not quite sure if anything will ever be good enough? :) this shall do for now though.

Anyway, to celebrate a better site being up I thought I’d reminisce a little on the past, reflect on the present, and begin the endeavor to the future.

Exhibit A) the old site (there’s one more version older than this that I desperately wish I could find. I’d love to show a greater timeline but until then I’ll keep looking for my original files)

Exhibit B) As you’ve already seen – the new site! While at the moment I still have a few things to tweak I’m pretty excited to finally have it up!

Voilà! and there you have it. Now one can only wonder… what will be next?

Only $15 a piece or $80 for the “master collection” (okay so I may have made that term up but it fits right?) ;)

ThatsNotCool.com is a website aimed at teens and created to address problems like constant and controlling texting, pressuring for nude pictures, and breaking into someone’s e-mail or social networking page. It’s sponsored and co-created by the Family Violence Prevention Fund, the Office on Violence Against Women and the Ad Council.

Props to them… but all seriousness aside… I think the cards are pretty funny.

I’d like to create one about people video taping themselves and posting it on Facebook. Watching them is like watching a car crash. You cringe the entire time but can’t take your eyes off it.

note to facebook users: just because you have an iSight camera on your computer does not give you the right to crown yourself a professional video blogger. thank you.

so you may have already seen this floating around the net but I found it quite interesting.

Everyone knows of websites out there like Yelp that allow users to leave reviews of restaurants, hotels, businesses, apartments, etc. Most of these websites turn into a hot spot for angry customers.

Pizzeria Delfina in San Francisco took an interesting marketing approach and decided to embrace its one-star reviews — by printing them on the shirts the staff wears.

Customers dining at Pizzeria Delfina will now be greeted and served by waiters wearing t-shirts that say things like “This place sucks”.

I absolutely love this idea and applaud Pizzeria Delfina for thinking outside the box.
