This position reports to the Academic Vice President.&lt;br&gt; &lt;br&gt;Qualifications: Master’s degree from an American Library Association-accredited school; Doctorate preferred.  Must have five years administrative experience in an academic library; demonstrated effective leadership skills including supervision of faculty and staff; excellent communication, interpersonal and technical skills.   Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as manage organizational change and growth and transformation in library services; capacity for developing and sustaining effective relationships with other administrators, personnel, faculty, students, and public.     &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
