Leanne and Jeff had a beautiful wedding coordinated by two of the sweetest wedding planners in town, Kathy and Susan from Bella Weddings and Events!
We love working with these gals. (Oh, wait, I referred them the job, so I guess I better like them!) It was seriously a perfect day.
The decor was pumpkin and fall fun with tipped over potted plants. So stunning. Greystone Mansion is such a gorgeous location and the light was perfect that day.

Betty and Matt | La Venta Inn Wedding Photographer

Adi and I have shot a ton of weddings together this season and we had so much fun. We have the best clients. Betty and Matt are certainly no exception. They are one of the sweetest peeps ever! Betty is even going so far as to try to help me find a place to live while we knock down Casa de Next Exit. And, she reviewed us up the kazoo all over the web and said such nice things. (I owe you $5 bucks)
The wedding was just perfect and Tim Kennedy, the Event Coordinator at La Venta was a dream to work for. (Tim, have you booked your wedding photographer yet? )
Betty said that her parents had never danced together before, so I worked a little of my magic and poof. I think I made her a very happy bride that night.

Barbara and Jonathan | Descanso Gardens Wedding Photography

Remember the fires in La Cañada? Yeah, the ones just a few weeks ago?
Well, this wedding almost got canceled because Descanso Gardens (where ultimately, the perfect wedding was held) was truly in the eye of the storm.
No, the groom didn’t have to wear the gas mask, in fact, the air wasn’t too bad at all. A few ashes in the air and warm glowy light (see group photos below).

I totally adore this couple and they made me feel like an old friend. Too bad they live in Atlanta, Georgia, come visit me soon!

Nikki and Rob are getting married this weekend at one of the more stunning locations in Southern California, Pelican Hill. These two are hysterical and adorable and we can’t wait to capture them in all their wedding glory.

Many of you know one of our more famous Next Exit Kids, Madison (just look at the back of our business card!)
Well, Nikki is her gorgeous Aunt. I can’t wait to celebrate with their entire family, who I adore more than cupcakes and pepperoni pizza!

Kim and Dan are getting married THIS WEEKEND at the Surf and Sand Resort in Laguna.
It has been a total blast corresponding with one of my favorite grooms-to-be all the way in New York City and brides-to-be in El Paso, New Mexico over the past year.

Can’t wait for the wedding, lovebirds. You finally get to live on the same coast!

Adi and I loved working with Brenda and Alfred’s at their perfect Downtown wedding.
Their gorgeous ceremony and equally stunning reception were at two of Los Angeles’s most famous sites. The classic Biltmore Hotel and the new Cathedral. What a perfect blend!
The bridal party was a blast to work with and were game for anything in the streets of the city.
The groom and groomsmen performed one of the most memorable show stopping singing/dancing numbers you will ever see at a wedding. If you only knew how shy Alfred seems, but not on his wedding night!

Adi and I loved working on this fabulous beach side wedding. The weather was perfect (okay, maybe it was a little warm) but we seriously had a blast with this crew in Redondo Beach.
The wedding salon was so beautifully decorated with old family photos, gorgeous florals and lights, the grooms cake was beyond and the authentic New Orleans Jazz Band seriously rocked the house.
