				<description><![CDATA[<p>Mounties have arrested one person after a stabbing at a home in Surrey.  It happened a little after 5 a.m. on 61st and 145A Street.</p>
<p>The victim is in hospital with serious injuries.  Police say the two are known to each other but have not released any other information.</p>
<p>Meanwhile Police are looking into another stabbing -- this time at the Baselines Pub off Fraser Highway and 168th Street.  It happened around 11:30 p.m. Saturday.</p>

				<description><![CDATA[<p>The juice is there for electric cars.  B.C. has the power capacity to charge 2.5 million electric cars, which is about the same number of vehicles that are on the road now.<br />
The finding was made by the Pacific Institute for Climate Solutions at the University of Victoria.  Study co-author, UVic engineering professor Curran Crawford, says there will be challenges, like getting drivers to charge up only overnight when demand for power is at its lowest.</p>

<p>Goguen isn't sure how many people have been hurt and how badly.</p>
