These companies offer things like money (typically a few dollars a survey), airline miles, and even gift cards to online merchants such as Amazon.com.

After joining, the method of taking surveys differs between websites. Some sites require you to log in and try to qualify for surveys by answering a few questions, while others will email surveys to you if your profile matches what the client is looking for. And some sites will also offer you the chance to become part of focus groups, which may or may not involve conference calls. Typically, these pay out a bit more than just taking a 20 minute survey online.

Some things to watch out for when looking for market research websites are any that make promises that seem too good to be true. It’s sad to say, but you will not get rich taking surveys over the internet, and if any site says otherwise, then it’s most likely a scam and won’t work out the way you are hoping. How to Write a Better Web Page Title

Titles are everywhere. Some people are defined by titles, some people loathe titles, and others like giving titles. Why do we do this? With so much information getting processed by our minds everyday, we need a way to categorize these groups of associated content in a quick referencing way.

This is the same methodology a search engine applies when it crawls a page. When you title a page, you are telling a search engine or user what the page is supposed to be about. We've all seen the one sentence summaries of television shows on the T.V. Guide. It allows for quick referencing and decision making by telling us what the show is going to be about.

This is part of the reason why naming your page titles is so critical to getting your site ranked. I can't tell you how many times I have seen a site that had one of the following two titles throughout the entire site: "untitled" or "company name".

While having the company name on all the pages could be a potential branding strategy, chances are, most visitors to your site don't know your brand name yet and are looking for the product or service that you're selling. You could incorporate the company name into the title, but it should be placed after the main message you want to convey about that particular page.

Every page should have a unique title. While you may have a subject that needs to be explained over a few pages, you should use the page title as an index of information for the reader. Sites that sell multiple products should have a unique title for every product. If you can't make the time to make each page stand out, why would you expect that page to ever appear in a search engine?

If possible, you should try to place your keywords in the title, since this will help the search engine determine where your page should be ranked. Remember, the search engines rank each page individually, that's why it's so important to use proper naming methods.

When you determine which keywords to use, go for a 4 to 6 word title when possible. After 58 characters, the title in the search engine results page will be truncated and will not be visible to the reader. Also, the longer the title, the less weight is given to each word.

The entire time you are conjuring up titles, always keep the reader in mind first. While some phrases may rank well in the search engines, a reader may never enter that phrase and you'll lose that targeted traffic you were trying to reach. Sometimes the phrases work out well for both the user and search engine, and in those cases success is usually quick to follow.

How to create a Meta Description Tag for SEO ?

The keywords and phrases you use in your Meta description tag don't affect your page's ranking in the search engines (for the most part), but this tag can still come in handy in your overall SEO campaigns.

What Is the Meta Description Tag?

The Meta description tag is a snippet of HTML code that belongs inside the section of a Web page. It usually is placed after the Title tag and before the Meta keywords tag, although the order is not important.

The proper syntax for this HTML tag is:

I used to believe that the purpose of the Meta description tag was twofold: to help the page rank highly for the words that were contained within it, as well as to provide a nice description in the search engine results pages (SERPs). However, today it appears that, similar to the Meta keywords tag, the information you place in this tag is *not* given any weight in the ranking algorithms of Google, and only a tiny amount of weight in Yahoo's.

In other words, whether you use your important keyword phrases in your Meta description tag or not, it won't affect the position of your page in the SERPs for the words that are important to you. In fact, you could easily leave it out altogether.

But should you?

Well, if you're already happy with the "snippets" of text that the search engines post from your page in any given search query, then there's no reason to have a Meta description tag on your pages. However, it's important to note that the snippet the engines use will vary, depending on what the searcher typed into the engine.

Let's take a step back and look at what the search engines show in the SERPs. It can get a little bit confusing, but if you try out your own searches in the various engines, you'll have a better idea of what I'm talking about. The search engines are constantly changing this sort of thing, plus they all behave in slightly different ways, as you'll see in my examples.

At Google, if you search for a site by URL like this: www.highrankings.com, the snippet you see is the first instance of text on the page. Interestingly enough, on my home page, an image alt attribute tag is the first instance of words "on the page," and that's what shows up as part of my "snippet" for this particular search. (The image is a clickable image, so this jibes with my other theory of Google indexing the words in the alt attributes of clickable images. See this forum thread from Dec. 2003.)

For this type of search, Yahoo displays the Meta description info. It's important to note that generally the only people searching using URLs are site owners trying to see if their pages are indexed. Therefore, you shouldn't worry too much about what you see under those circumstances.

So let's try something that a real person might search for when looking for what I have to offer -- how about "SEO copy"?

In Google, my Nitty-gritty handbook page shows up second in the results with the following snippet:

"... techniques: Search engine optimization (SEO) consultants who need to edit the existing copy of their clients' sites as a matter of course. ..."

Not the best of snippets, to say the least.

In this case, I don't have the phrase "SEO copy" in my Meta description tag, nor is it anywhere on the page as a complete phrase. Because of this, Google has simply found instances where the word SEO and the word copy were near each other, and used the surrounding text as the snippet.

Now, if I felt that "SEO copy" was a viable keyword phrase that people might be searching on, I may want to adjust my page accordingly so that the phrase appeared in my Meta description tag as well as somewhere in the body text. Again, this is not because it would help it to rank highly, but because I would receive a more suitable description that was more in tune with what the searcher was looking for. One can surmise that they might be more inclined to click on my listing in that case.

Let's look at Yahoo for the same phrase. They've ranked the page at #3, and used the following snippet:

"Learn SEO copywriting with Jill Whalen's special report -- The Nitty-gritty of Writing for the Search Engines."

Now that's a good snippet! Well, guess what? That's my Meta description tag for that page. Even though the exact phrase wasn't in the tag, and neither was the word "copy," Yahoo still chose to display it for this search query. I'm guessing this is because that phrase is actually nowhere on the page, other than in the Title tag. So with Yahoo, having a decent Meta description tag was very worthwhile in this instance.

More Tests

I also recently discovered that when I tested a nonsense word in the Meta description tag of a page (with the word not appearing elsewhere on the page), Google did not find it. But when I added the word to the visible text copy on the page, Google would bring up the test page when the nonsense word was searched for. Not only that, but it displayed that part of the Meta description tag where the nonsense word appeared.

In Yahoo, my nonsense-word test page was found, even if the word appeared only in the Meta description tag and nowhere else on the page. Interestingly enough, however, Yahoo didn't display the part of the tag where the word was placed. They displayed only the beginning of the description, and cut it off after about 45 words. I purposely placed my nonsense word deep into my description tag to see if it would get picked up. In this case, the word appeared as the last of 138 words in the tag. I'll probably add even more words at some point to see if there's any cutoff point where Yahoo will stop indexing.

Other Engines

I also tested a few searches at Teoma and MSN. Each engine is slightly different in how they display the Meta description tag. Teoma seems to find the words in the tag, but doesn't necessarily display them. When I searched for a unique sampling of text from one of my tags, Teoma found the page, but chose to display the first sentence on the page instead. Not surprisingly, the current MSN search worked the same as Yahoo. However, MSN's search technology preview (which is the new engine they're working on) behaved similarly to Google on all tests regarding Meta descriptions.

My new recommendation for this tag is not to worry too much about it. If you have some great call-to-action statements utilizing your keyword phrases on your Web pages, they will probably show up in your snippets at the engines. But since it's easy enough to create a compelling sentence or 2 that incorporates your main keyword phrases, you might as well do this for your Meta descriptions.

Certainly, the more control you have over your listing in the SERPs, the more clickthroughs you should see. If your Meta description tags can help with that, then it's certainly worth the time to create compelling, keyword-rich ones.

4 Key Things To Start Your Online Forum Community

I know there are a lot of you who are have heard about the awesome power of having an online forum community. You have probably already been active in numerous forums and have begun to create a network of friends on these forums.

Next thing that goes through your mind is, â€œWhy donâ€™t I start a Forum of my own!â€� So you go ahead and begin to research on how to do it and realize that starting an online forum community is a lot harder than you thought!

Well, this article is about how to go about starting your own online forum in the easiest way possible. So lets here we go:

1. Establish Your Niche Topic for the Forum.

I have seen a lot of forums that I go to and they cover anything and everything in their forum. Now it is always good to have a â€œChit Chatâ€� or â€œLoungeâ€� area of your forum to give members an opportunity to talk about anything. However, the success of your forum is to have a specific niche topic that will not only get your forum indexed by the search engines, but something that will attract your core audience.

This is one of the biggest obstacles to overcome even though it may seem the easiest thing to understand. Many novice forum webmasters see that they can add as many categories and sub-forums as they can in their overall website forum, and the main topic gets lost. In turn, when a visitor does happen to come the website, they are turned off by a â€˜Generalâ€™ forum.

2. Select the best Web Forum Script

There are so many forum scripts out there in which this is another huge major obstacle a novice webmaster comes across.

Your first tendancy will be to use the forum script that the forum you are most active on uses right? Ha! I caught you!

Now there is nothing wrong with this, but sometimes these forums scripts are so modified and â€˜hackedâ€™ as is sometimes referred to modified forum scripts that it will be hard for you to create one just like your favorite forum.

I would suggest to start off with a free forum script that has the feature to â€˜migrateâ€™ forum information to another forum script. For example. Start off with the free forum script phpBB. This is by far the most powerful free script available. Even most web hosts have it part of their package that you can install on a single click (weâ€™ll talk more about web hosts later).

Once you have phpBB installed, this is by far the best forum script in which other â€˜paid forâ€™ forum scripts have what is called â€˜migration toolsâ€™ for. These migration tools is a script or tool that can transfer all of your forum information.

So for example, you website is successful and you wish to â€˜change your forum foundation scriptâ€™ to a â€˜paid scriptâ€™ such as vBulletin. vBulletin has a migration tool for phpBB, the process would be seamless and you wouldnâ€™t lose any forum information.

The worst thing for a forum community is to have a lot of activity on the forum and then the webmaster decided to change the forum platform because the free one they started out with just doesnâ€™t have all the features of other forum communities. So the webmaster changes the forum script and loses the forum information. I guarantee this will KILL your community.

So starting off with a wise plan in the beginning to grow is a huge step.

3. Selecting Your Web Host

The next thing after selecting what forum platform you wish to use, is the painfully hard decision of finding the right web host.

A web host is basically a company that â€˜rentsâ€™ you space on their server for typically a monthly payment.

Now depending on your budget to start off with, I would say do a search on Google for the keyword: â€œCheap Web Hostâ€�. You will see millions of results. Go through the websites of the top 10 results on your Google search and decide which one you need.

I URGE you DO NOT start a forum off in a â€˜free web spaceâ€™ or â€˜free forumâ€™ community. You are tied to that that web host and more than likely you will have tons of advertisements on your site that will annoy your members and more than that, it really screams that that your website is not a â€˜permanentâ€™ home for your members. Perception plays in key role in the success of your forum. If you forum looks and feels hard to use. No one will use it. Would you?

Please stay away from free forum web hosts!

Either way, youâ€™ll be spending a few bucks a month on web hosting, but as you build your community you can slowly introduce your own Google Adsense or Banner Ad campaigns that will make you enough money to cover your web hosting costs and in many cases, enough to pay for your gas that month and more even more!

Select a web host within your budget, and make sure that the host you select allows you to have forums. Since forums consume a lot of what is called â€˜bandwidthâ€™ and web space, some budget web hosts have a maximum on how much bandwidth and web space to use.

From my experience, if you start off with at least 1GB of space and 5 GB of bandwidth. That is MORE than you will need until your forum community is large enough to pay for itself on a larger web host, or even lease your own what is called â€˜dedicated serverâ€™. Do a web search on Google for what a dedicated server is to find out more.

A solid and reliable web host is one that answers customer support in a timely manner. Make sure that before you decide on a web host to contact that web host via their toll free phone number or support email. If they donâ€™t answer quickly back to a potential customer how would they respond once they know you are a customer?

Do you homeword and make sure you are comfortable with the web host you choose because the last thing you need is to have to move web hosts and lose potential forum community information.

4. Driving Traffic to your Forum

Once you have everything up, you selected your niche, you found your forum community script, you installed it on a reliable host, you expect a flood of visitors to join as a member!

This is where the make it or break it part of the forum comes into play. If you have no visitors or members participating, your forum wonâ€™t grow.

My advice is to start off the circle where you began. Within your network of online friends. These days with so many forums and social networking websites, there are so many to choose from why should anyone join YOUR forum?

Well, you can use this network of websites to your advantage. Start off with the forums you are active in. If they allow you to advertise your forum or website, do it. Otherwise add a link to is in your signature. If you have thousands of posts your link on that forum will appear in thousands of places instantly!

Then go to other forums relevant to your topic and try to be active there with a link in your signature back to your website.

Announce your website launch to your friends in your Messenger systems.

Better yet! Try to do a marketing trick of giving away something to a random member once a week.

Above all, make sure YOU are active. Even if noone posts anything that day. Go in and post. Try to provoke a conversation with your posts. Once members join and are active give them the honor of being initial moderators of your forum. This will encourage them and make them feel like they are part of your forum community and will keep their loyalty to your forum. In turn what will they do? Tell THEIR friends about it. Now you are beginning to see what is called a â€˜viralâ€™ effect to driving traffic to your website.

Most of all, do not give up. Keep talking about your forum and inviting people to join. The more passionate and excited you are about your forum, the more others will see that in you and your friends and will be willing to spend time on your forum to build it up.

Once you go through these initial steps to starting your online forum community you are on the right track to have a successful community. Once this happens, you can easily think about even being able to earn money from your website that will cover your costs and place some â€˜spare changeâ€™ in your pocket. This is all of course if you have the right niche, the right forum script, the right webhost, and the right methods to drive traffic to your forum! To your success!

For putting your site ahead on alexa rating, It is important to emphasize that you should devote most of your efforts in growing your site audience alongside integrated implementation of any of the following tips below.

1. Install the Alexa toolbar or Firefox’s SearchStatus extension and set your blog as your homepage. This is the most basic step.

2. Put up an Alexa rank widget on your website. I did this a few days ago and receive a fair amount of clicks every day. According to some, each click counts as a visit even if the toolbar is not used by the visitor.

3. Encourage others to use the Alexa toolbar. This includes friends, fellow webmasters as well as site visitors/blog readers. Be sure to link to Alexa’s full explanation of their toolbar and tracking system so your readers know what installing the toolbar or extension entails.

4. Work in an Office or own a company? Get the Alexa toolbar or SS Firefox extension installed on all computers and set your website as the homepage for all browsers. Perhaps it will be useful to note that this may work only when dynamic or different IPs are used.

9. Use Alexa redirects on your website URL. Try this: http://redirect.alexa.com/redirect?www.doshdosh.com . Replace doshdosh.com with the URL for your website. Leave this redirected URL in blog comments as well as forum signatures. This redirect will count a unique IP address once a day so clicking it multiple times won’t help. There is no official proof that redirects positively benefit your Alexa Rank, so use with caution.

10. Post in Asian social networking websites or forums. Some webmasters have suggested that East Asian web users are big Alexa toolbar fans, judging by the presence of several Asia-based websites in the Alexa Top 500. I suggest trying this only if you have the time or capacity to do so.

11. Create a webmaster tools section on your website. This is a magnet for webmasters who will often revisit your website to gain access to the tools. Aaron Wall’s webpage on SEOTools is a very good example.

12. Get Dugg or Stumbled. This usually brings massive numbers of visitors to your website and the sheer amount will have a positive impact on your Alexa Rank. Naturally, you’ll need to develop link worthy material.

13. Use PayperClick Campaigns. Buying advertisements on search engines such as Google or Exact Seek will help bring in Traffic. Doubly useful when your ad is highly relevant to webmasters.

14. Create an Alexa category on your blog and use it to include any articles or news about Alexa. This acts as an easily accessible resource for webmasters or casual search visitors while helping you rank in the search engines.

Use visually attractive pictures or banners and link them to your redirected Alexa URL. This will be most effective if your website has content that is actually relevant to the MySpace Crowd.

20. Try Alexa auto-surfs. Do they work? Maybe for brand new sites. I think they are mostly suitable for new websites with a very poor Alexa rank. Note that there be problems when you try to use auto surfs alongside contextual ads like Adsense. They aren’t also long term solutions to improving your Alexa Rank so I suggest using with caution.

Kontera optimization Tips

In this article, I will specifically address why you should avoid using Kontera ContentLink ads and discuss generally why it is a bad idea to use in-text advertising on a website.

If you are not familiar with Kontera ContentLink advertising, it is the double underline links you see on some blogs and forums. When you mouse-over the link, an ad pops up. ContentLink is Kontera's specific brand; there are other advertisers who offer this type of advertising. Generally, it is referred to as "in-text contextual advertising".

Kontera ContentLink Ads are not Relevant

Look more closely at the picture above. This is a cropped screen shot taken from a website with Kontera ads. The screen shot was taken shortly before I started writing this article and it was the first link I moused-over to view a Kontera ad. You will notice that the mouse is hovering over "HTML tag". The ad that is displayed is for free Married With Children episodes.

First of all, I can't think of a more pointless way to waste my time than watching old re-runs of the TV show, Married with Children. But what is really glaring in this example is that free Married with Children episodes have nothing to do with an "HTML tag". Is this supposed to be contextual advertising? Obviously, Kontera's algorithm for determining relevancy sucks. That was my impression while running Kontera ads on Themebot for several months, and seeing that ad today only confirms my opinion. Obviously, if you have a website and use Kontera, your visitors aren't going to appreciate seeing the irrelevant ads.

Kontera ContentLink Ads will Slow Down Your Website

There was a very noticeable difference in page load times with Kontera ads running in comparison to browsing the site without them. I use quite a bit of caching on Themebot to speed things up. Kontera uses JavaScript to display the contextual links, so it bypasses the caching. During the time that I was running the ads, page loads were significantly slowed down. Not only is this a drag for your visitors, it also may hurt your ranking / indexing with Google and other search engines. It is a well-known fact that having fast loading pages will improve your performance in Google. Don't just take my word for it when I say that Kontera will slow down your site. Here is what Jeremy Schoemaker, owner of ShoeMoney has to say about Kontera.

Kontera has Terrible Accounting Tools

Kontera does not provide earnings data beyond the most recent 6 months. Furthermore, there is no way to view your total earnings from the account manager. After six months, the amount of money you have earned disappears and you just have to trust that Kontera is going to compensate you fairly. I logged into my account recently and this is still an issue. All of the other affiliates and advertisers I have worked with provide a much better interface with historical data that includes all of my earnings.

You Won't Make Money Online with Kontera

Unless you have extremely high traffic to your website, blog or forums you aren't going to make money online using Kontera. Themebot is a popular website and gets a lot of traffic, not extremely high traffic, but a lot. Click-thru on the Kontera ads when they were live was pretty good. But the daily earnings were hardly enough to buy a cup of coffee. Besides, even if you did have a website with extremely high traffic, you could find much better ways to monetize it rather than annoying your visitors with a popup ad every time they accidentally mouse-over one of the double underline links.

If You Do Earn a Few Bucks with Kontera, Don't Expect to be Paid

Over the past few months I have written numerous emails to Kontera requesting payment. They currently owe me $152.57. I had to move their ads out of the free website templates download section on this site because their JavaScript was causing a problems. When a visitor would first load the page it would be completely blank, just a white page. If the page was reloaded it would appear properly. Removing the Kontera ads from that section fixed the problem. I believe that the breakage caused by the Kontera script was the culprit for a notable increase in bounce-rate during the period that their ads were in the themes section. I notified Kontera about this and was told that I had to give 30 days notice to end the contract and that if I removed the ads I would not be paid.

What the hell!? I'm not renting an apartment. And, I don't care if Kontera has promised their partners a certain number of page views from their publishers. If your crap ads are breaking my site, I'm going to move them to a section where they don't cause issues. Which is exactly what I did. No where in the Kontera Terms of Service does it say anything about having to maintain a certain number of page views. I did not remove the Kontera tag from the website, I just moved it out of the area where it was causing problems.

The crooks at Kontera have refused to pay me and I have wasted more time on this than I have earned with their program. Today I filed a report with the BBB (Better Business Bureau). Considering how bad their service is and how expensive it is to run an operation out of San Francisco, it doesn't surprise me that they are stealing money from their publishers. It also won't surprise me when they go bankrupt.

If you are considering running in-text advertisements from another affiliate, you should reconsider...

In-Text Contextual Ads are Annoying!

There is a serious usability issue when it comes to in-text advertising. First of all, visitors expect links in your articles to represent external sources of information that you want to bring to their attention. There is no way to filter the ads presented by Kontera (I can't comment on other advertisers) and as you saw in the beginning of this article, Kontera ads are not relevant. Furthermore, in-text ads that pop-up break the flow of the article. They remain hovering there for a while after you move your mouse away. This is a great way to annoy your readers and drive them away. If you want to make almost enough money to buy a Frappuccino at the expense of driving your readers away, you must be an idiot and you should use in-text advertising.

In fact, anyone who writes a blog article on how to make money online with Kontera is probably an idiot who has sold out the integrity of their site, just to make money online. I have not used other in-text advertising services so I can't comment on how bad they are. What should be clear is that in-text advertisements are annoying and do not provide a good user experience for visitors. There are plenty of other ways to make money online and you are better off without in-text ads.

Clicksor is a new advertiser & publisher program from Yesup, the company behind PayPopUp. The program is based on Cost Per Click (CPC) text advertisements superficially similar to Google AdSense. Clicksor offers webmasters (publishers) the opportunity to earn more income by simply underlining a selection of click able text (inline text links) or displaying targeted contextual ads (various sizes of banners) on their Web sites or blogs.

Clicksor Inline links are an interesting way to place ads without sacrificing screen space. But, there is no AdSense style targeting resulting in mostly irrelevant ads. The basic premise is that you free sign up and add your sites. You can have more than one, and tracking is separate, define your keywords and then place your ad codes. This keywords program is significantly worse than Google AdSense.

You are able to choose the type of advertisements to be shown on your Web site at a cost per click (CPC), cost per thousand impressions (CPM) and cost per visit (CPV) earnings based. You can earn up to 60% revenue share, depending on the performance the advertisers attain from your Web site placements.

Launched in early 2007 in perth, Adtoll is another advertising network and is operated on a “buy and sell” principal. I.E you set a price for a certain ad space on your page, advertisers buy that zone for a week or more at the price you set. Also there is an automatic pricing option which adtoll offers. These ads are Compatible with Google AdSense. Adtoll also offers a referral program.

How do Adtoll Pay;
Methods of payment include check (min 40) Papal (min 20) and Wired Transfer (min 1,000).
There is a charge of 20 dollars on checks.
For every ad you sell you receive 75% commissions For example an Ad sold on your site for 100 dollars
is worth 75 dollars to the Publisher. The other 25% goes to Adtoll for costs and all that stuff!!!!

The Trick is finding advertisers! What you need to do is get a “rate Card” and Place it on your “about us” section of your site. Potential advertisers will see it there and if they wish they can purchase ads by clicking on it. They will then be sent to Adtoll.
It is suggested by Adtoll to begin your prices at a low price and then raise it as more offers are made. If you think your ad space is worth more then set it as you like. You may wait longer for advertisers as a result of this.

The ads are easy to implement and they appear very fast. There is an option of video ad. This is probably the most valuable ad. I am not quite sure how this works right now. Once I find out I’ll let you Guys know

New Bloggers
Ok this Section is for New bloggers. Once you joined Adtoll and set up an Ad Group you will be presented with a HTML code for your blog. This is a default ad. You are not paid for this ad. Its a method of showing potential advertisers what’s available. Don’t assume you will be paid for this.
That my only Grudge against Adtoll, that’s part of the process is slightly misleading and many NEW bloggers will assume they’re getting Paid for it.

I rate AdToll at 7/10 nice easy and simple. However for bloggers it may take a while to actually sell an ad. Sign up now and give it a try. I reckon this is great for the established blogger/ publisher with a large reader base.

Bidvertiser Versus Adsense

BidVertiser ads are very similar to Google's AdSense. For that reason, you should not mix AdSense and BidVertiser ads on the same web page at the same time. You can experiment by using AdSense for some time, and then BidVertiser ads for another time; you can have AdSense on one web page and BidVertiser on another web page of your website.

All right, let's get to the business of this article.

Pros for Using BidVertiser
1. BidVertiser pays via Paypal. AdSense pays via check. Paypal deposit is quicker to get than a check.

2. The minimum payout from BidVertiser is $10. AdSense has a minimum payout of $100, which takes more time to reach. Many beginning advertisers give up on the early stages of using AdSense and never realize any of the profits for their labor.

3. You can choose to have links opened in a separate window. This allows users to stay on your website and hopefully click on other ads on the website.

4. You can manually approve ads. You don't have this control with AdSense.

5. When creating your ads, you can see a template for what the ad will look like before you put it on your site. For AdSense, you have to click on a separate link, for example, to see what a 234x60 ad looks like. Some times bidvertiser dose not count all clicks, so if you see that happens, then email them instantly and get the problem fixed. This happened to me sometime back, but may be it is fixed already.
