With all of the things our children have these days to distract them such as gaming consoles, tv, and the internet, it’s no wonder America is struggling with a childhood obesity problem. Hopefully, these seven, easy to follow tips can help you to promote good health to your children and help them lose weight.

1. Your children need a positive role model.

Believe it or not, your own health and weight issues can have a positive or negative effect on your child’s health and well-being. It’s been proven that children who have overweight or obese parents stand a higher chance of suffering from weight and health problems. So provide a good role model for your children. Pay attention to your own health and weight.

2. Do not put your child on a diet.

Because of all the negative aspects of dieting, placing your child on a diet could possibly be one of the worst things that you could do. Healthy living requires that you promote healthy lifestyle changes. Without positive lifestyle changes, you could be setting your child up for possible binge eating or other types of eating disorders.

3. Eat healthy, together.

It’s been proven many times that a family which eats together, eats healthier. Taking the time to cook a healthy meal and eating it together will help you ensure that your child is eating properly. Also make sure you stock up on healty snacks such as cheeses, fruits, nuts, etc. This will ensure that your child is not snacking on junk food between meals.

4. Make sure your child eats breakfast.

Promoting a healthy lifestyle to your child has to start with the most important meal of the day, breakfast. Not only will this help your child stay more alert during school, but also ensure your child doesn’t eat “snacks” between classes. Besides, it’s been shown many times that people who skip breakfast have a harder time losing weight.

5. Avoid buffet meals.

When serving meals for your family always try to serve portions instead of just putting the food on the table and letting everyone serve themselves. This will help you avoid buffet-style dinners where people tend to overeat.

6. Maintain a positive attitude.

No kid enjoys being fussed at. Try to avoid saying things that have negative conotations such as: “Don’t eat that”, “If you eat that you’ll get fat”, etc. The only way your child will lose weight and keep it off is if they are consistently encouraged, in a positive way, to lose it. Try to get your child actively involved with their weight loss by focusing on the foods you can eat versus the foods you cannot eat.

7. Physical activity is the key to healthy living.

One way to ensure your children are getting the proper amount of exercise daily is to join them in it. When the weather is good, spend time outdoors playing with your kids. Make sure there is plenty of physical activity, not just sitting around. If it’s raining, then you can still have plenty of physical activity by putting on some music and throwing an impromptu dance party. If you can, enroll your kids in dance, gymnastics, or some other type of sports related activity.

As you can see, helping your children lose weight and keep it off is definitely a family affair. Getting involved in your child’s health and weight loss is just one way to ensure your child grows up happy and healthy.

You’ve seen news stories about it on CNN, FOX, NBC, and Oprah. You’ve heard all about the miraculous weight loss and health benefits of this unique small fruit. But what exactly is the acai berry?

The acai berry, pronounced ah-sigh-ee, is a berry that grows in the Amazon Rainforest on acai palm trees and is similar in size and color to a purple grape. It consists of approximately 90% seed pit and 10% acai pulp, and must be carefully handled and processed before it can be consumed.

Not only does the acai berry have a unique tropical fruit flavor, but also many nutritional benefits due to its high level of natural antioxidants and other important vitamins and minerals such as: Omega Fatty Acids, Amino Acids, Fiber, and Iron. What this means is that this little berry has an unusual concentration and combination of nutrients that not only help fight obesity, but also help combat premature aging and high cholesterol.

Plus, due to the acai berry’s healthy combination of monounsaturated fats, dietary fiber, and phytosterols, it helps promote a healthier cardio vascular system and digestive tract.

Because of the nutritional value of the acai berry, natives living in the Northern Brazil Amazon river region have been consuming acai berry for hundreds of years. Its healing and nutritional powers are legendary throughout the entire area. One of the traditional Amazonian recipes mixes acai berry pulp and guarana seed to produce a drink that has effects similar to caffeine, energy and mental clarity, but is much better for you.

You can read more about the amazing benefits and a more indepth analysis of the acai berry here.

Acai berry is now available in many different forms in the United States and worldwide, via diet pills, juices, and other nutritional supplements, and can be found in many retail outlets, both online and off.

Although primarly promoted for its value in helping people shed unwanted pounds, the overall health benefits of the acai berry are definitely worth looking into.

Acai Berry is being consistently praised for its amazing weight loss and nutritional benefits.

With obesity rampant in the United States, it is no wonder that everyone is talking about losing weight. It seems like you can’t go anywhere without seeing or hearing some sort of advertisement for weight loss. Retail stores and the internet are loaded with tons of weight loss information, products, and pills.

Because of the huge focus on weight loss, you would think finding good information of how to lose weight would be easy. Unfortunately it’s not. Most of the information we are looking for is getting buried by the constant barrage of advertising directly focused on people who are trying desperately to lose weight.

You may even be asking yourself the questions…

Why is losing weight so difficult? or Why does losing weight have to be so confusing?

And the answer to both questions is: It’s not. Here are 5 simple weight loss tips that work.

Stop Reading And Talking About Weight Loss

No matter how much weight you want to lose, reading and talking about weight loss isn’t going to make the pounds come off. You need to get up, take action, stop talking about it, and start moving your body. Starting a low stress exercise regime like walking will help you lose far more weight than just talking about it.

Don’t Pay Any Attention To Fad Diets

The slow and steady path to your desired weight is far better and safer than dropping lots of weight in a short period of time. One to two pounds per week of weight loss is less of a stress on your body than 10 pounds per week. All you need to do is burn more calories every day than you take in. Plus, you’ll feel better and develop long lasting weight loss habits when you do it this way.

The Latest Greatest Weight Loss Product… Isn’t

Don’t waste your hard earned money on weight loss pills, potions, diets, or books. These gimmicks are designed to do one thing… Separate you from your money. Instead, try a nutritionally balanced diet and move more. This will slim you down and not your wallet.

Understand Weight Loss Is A Way Of Life

If your desire is to lose weight and keep it off long-term, then you are going to have to change the way you think of food and exercise. Food should be considered a source of fuel for the body, not a thing of passion. To keep the weight off, you are going to have to make some lifestyle changes, including eating right, exercising, and avoiding those late afternoon and evening snacks. Otherwise, you will end up struggling with weight loss issues for the rest of your life.

Don’t Pay Too Much Attention To The Scale

You know how it is, you step on the scale and when you see you’ve lost a couple of pounds your become excited and happy. But what happens to your mood when you see you haven’t lost any weight this week, or worse gained a pound? A lot of people would just give up and quit at that point, becoming a victim of the dreaded scale. Don’t let that stupid scale make you a victim! Everyone’s weight tends to fluctuate a little from week to week. And if you’re exercising, remember that muscle weighs a little bit more than fat. So you may indeed have lost some weight that week, but it was offset by the gained muscle mass. Think long-term on your weight loss plans, and don’t let the little setbacks get you down.

Always remember, that even though the your weight may not be changing as rapidly as you would like, your body is getting fitter everyday. Your heart and your body will thank you for it. And so will your family.

Over the few years I’ve tried many different weight loss products and have read many different books on the subject. One of them that has helped me get my attitude right about weight loss and finally get those extra pounds off is The Real Deal Body Transformation System. It really works.

There are 3,500 calories in one pound of fat. Thus, if you cut back or work off just 3,500 calories, you will lose an entire pound of fat. While it is possible to cut back on your calorie intake and increase your exercise regimen in order to lose pounds quickly, it is important to note that doctors recommend that you lose no more than 2 pounds of weight per week in order to ensure that your body properly adjusts to the weight loss.

Here are some tips to help you safely drop 3,500 from your regular routine:

Run

Running for about 1 hour at a slow pace will help you lose approximately 350 calories, depending on your body type, speed and terrain. Thus, if you run for one hour five days a week while maintaining a consistent diet, you will safely lose half a pound a week, or 2 pounds a month. While this is a long term weight loss plan, it does work.

It is important to understand that many people who just begin running will eat pasta and other foods high in carbohydrates in order to compensate for the exertion. They think that because they worked out so hard, they deserve a treat. After all, they justify, the pasta will help to keep their energy levels high.

However, what they may not realize is that while they are justified in thinking that the carbohydrates will infuse their workout routine with energy, they are not actually setting their bodies up to lose weight. When you burn 350 calories but intake 450 over a high-carbohydrate pasta dish, you are adding more calories to your body than you otherwise would have.

Running does, however, help to boost our metabolism and change your muscle tone so that you burn calories more efficiently. Instead of inhaling a pasta dish after a run, select instead to have a large salad and splurge for the carbohydrate-rich croutons.

Eat In

When you eat out at a restaurant, not only are you subjecting your body to an array of high fat, high calorie foods, but you are also tempting yourself to eat a larger portion than you might normally eat. Therefore, what could be a simple 500 calories meal can easily turn into a 1500-calorie fat fest. In order to lose weight by cutting calories, it is essential that you are aware of exactly what you are putting into your body. Especially in the beginning of your new routine, it is important that you prepare your meals and monitor your level of hunger.

When eating out, generally you are in a social situation where food is not a priority – but spending time with your friends is. For this reason, people tend to eat more than they normally would. Non-dessert eaters often even spring for the extra round of calories. If you must eat out, help yourself avoid temptation by selecting a salad rather than a plate of pasta or burger. You will be amazed at the difference in the amount of calories you intake when you make simple choices such as meal option.

By reducing your overall calorie intake and increasing your level of physical activity, you will be able to lose those 3,500 calories without much trouble. Make sure that you stay focused, motivated and on task. You’ll shed unwanted weight in no time!

Your weight loss success comes down to the choices you make. Here are three different weight loss ideas that may work for you.

1. The Weight Loss Patch

Perhaps the most appealing benefit of using a patch is that it is so easy to use. No pills to remember to take, no special diets, no required exercise routine. Naturally, sticking to a healthy diet and exercise program is best for your overall health, but if that is difficult for you to adhere to all of the time, the patch may be a solution that works for you.

A weight loss patch that you place on your body will deliver the active ingredients by transdermal delivery, meaning through the skin. The patch ingredients will go directly into the bloodstream, bypassing the digestive system and liver. Simply apply the patch to a smooth area of your skin and change it every 3 days. That is all of the maintenance that is required.

A patch can even be used occasionally when you are traveling and know you will be eating out a lot, or for those times you are too busy to cook the proper foods. A patch that suppresses your appetite will help you develop good eating habits that will help you maintain your ideal weight in the future ~ no more yo-yo figures.

2. Appetite Suppressant Pills

Curbing your appetite to stop the influx of calories in the first place seems to be the logical way to lose and maintain your weight. However, we are so bombarded by confusing claims everywhere for appetite suppressant pills ~ in print, on the radio, on television, even on billboards when driving, that it is difficult to know which diet pill will really help take off those pounds ~ and keep them off..

Some diet pills will cause your heart to race, your hands to shake, or an overall “wired” feeling. To avoid these problem, stay away from products that contain Ephedra, Ma Huang, and Ephedrine.

One herbal diet pill that has gotten a lot of publicity lately is Hoodia Gordonii The authentic plant comes from the Kalahari desert in South Aftrica. Respectable television shows like 60 Minutes, the Today Show, BBC, and even Oprah’s “O” magazine have given it rave reviews for its fast acting appetite suppressing qualities. While it can take one to two weeks to work fully, many users report a decline in their appetite with the first pill.

In fact, Hoodia has had so many positive reports that there are now a lot of knock-off products being marketed to the uninformed ~ especially on the Internet. The real Hoodia is very rare because it takes up to 7 years for the Hoodia plant to mature to a point where it provides appetite suppressant qualities. In addition, the African government is now limiting the amount of Hoodia it exports, meaning only a few suppliers have the real thing. Because Hoodia is so rare, you can expect it to be a little more expensive than other diet pills.

Another diet pill that helps shed pounds is Herbal Phentermine. This is a non-prescription appetite suppressant that is scientifically designed to produce similar effects of a popular Rx version of phentermine.

The good news is that the Herbal version contains only natural ingredients so you don’t have to be worried about side effects. Plus, you can avoid the time, expense, and embarrassment of a doctor’s visit.

Herbal Phentermine will not only suppress your appetite, but it will also increase your metabolism so you burn more calories and have more energy.

3). Carbohydrate Blockers

Perhaps you prefer not to have your appetite suppressed, but instead would like to eat all of the pasta, bread, rice, and potatoes you want. If this sounds more like your style, then you might want to try a carbohydrate blocker.

Scientists have discovered, and thoroughly tested a method to allow us to eat the foods we love and not gain weight. We can now stop the normal conversion of starchy foods to sugar before it can pass through our digestive system and store as fat on our hips, thighs, buttocks and stomach. Derived from white kidney beans, the resulting carb blockers, (starch neutralizers), are a completely natural product. They work by neutralizing the Alpha amylase enzyme that digests starch.

By neutralizing this digestive enzyme, the starch from our food does not get digested. Instead, it remains intact and does not convert to sugar. It simply passes through the body undigested and acts as a fiber ~ which is a very good thing. We get more fiber going through our intestines while avoiding the conversion to sugar and the resulting fat storage ~ a definite win-win situation.

Over the past several years, there have been many positive studies to determine the effectiveness of carb blockers and their ability to help lose weight. One study was performed at the Northridge Hospital Medical Center in Los Angeles, CA, over an eight week time period.

It reported that participants saw an average weight loss of 200% more than those taking a placebo, and lost an average of 1.5 inches around their waists. This was 43 % more than those taking the placebo. Plus they reported having 13% more energy, even though it is not a stimulant.

Always remember that regardless of whether you choose patches or pills, prefer to eat starchy foods, or use carb blockers, always make sure that the products you buy:

1) Contain all natural ingredients
2) Do not have harmful side effects
3) Offer a 100% money back guarantee

Obesity is a physical state that refers to excessive body fat. Chances are you have experienced the frustrations of dieting at least once in your life, if you have problems with your weight. Close to a hundred million Americans go on a weight loss diet in any given year and up to ninety-five percent of them regain the weight they lose within five years. Worse, a third will gain back more weight than they lost, in danger of “yo-yoing” from one popular diet to another. The conventional approach to weight problems, focusing on fad weight loss diets or weight loss drugs, may leave you with just as much weight and the additional burden of ill health.

Today, an estimated sixty-five percent of all American adults are obese or overweight. Our culture obsesses about staying thin even as we grow fatter, but this isn’t about appearances. Obesity is known to be a precursor to many debilitating health conditions such as cancer, heart disease, diabetes, hypertension, osteoarthritis, and gallbladder disease. Obesity contributes to as many as 375,000 deaths every year. In addition, the public health costs for obesity are staggering. According to researchers at Harvard University, obesity is a factor in 19% of all cases of heart disease with annual health costs estimated at 30 billion dollars; it’s also a factor in 57% of diabetes cases, with health costs of $9 billion per year.

Set Realistic Goals:

No doubt you have fallen for one or more of the weight loss diet schemes over the years, promising quick and painless weight loss. Many of these quick weight loss diet programs undermine your health, cause physical discomfort, flatulence, and ultimately lead to disappointment when you start regaining weight, shortly after losing it. Fad or quick weight loss diet programs generally overstress one type of food. They contravene the fundamental principle of good nutrition – to remain healthy one must consume a balanced diet, which includes a variety of foods. Safe, healthy, and permanent weight reduction is what’s truly lost among the thousands of popular diet schemes.

Some of the weight loss diet schemes reign supreme briefly, only to fade out. While some wane from popularity due to being unproductive or unsafe, some simply lose the public’s curiosity. Examples of such fad diets include the South Beach Diet, Atkins diet, the Grapefruit diet, Cabbage Soup diet, the Rotation diet, Beverly Hills diet, Breatharian, Ornish Plan – the list goes on and on. These fad diets advocate a specific technique (such as eliminating a certain food, or eating only certain combinations of foods) in conjunction with the basic idea that the body makes up the difference in energy by breaking down and utilizing some part of itself, essentially converting matter into energy. This self-cannibalism, or catabolism as it is referred, typically starts with breakdown of stored body fat.

With all the so-called miracle diets being talked about in major magazines, on television, and on the internet, there is no doubt that people are confused about which diet plan they should be following.

With all the so-called miracle diets being talked about in major magazines, on television, and on the internet, there is no doubt that people are confused about which diet plan they should be following.

There are the no carbohydrate diets, the low carbohydrate diets, the South Beach diet, Nutrisystem, WeightWatchers, Jenny Craig, just to name a few. But which one is best for you?

How about something simpler? How about a simple guideline that anyone can follow?

Whether you are looking for a way to lose weight, maintain your weight, or just help your family eat healthier, this simple guide will help you maintain a healthier lifestyle.

Eat Smaller Portions, Frequently

While it is okay to be hungry now and then, when you are trying to lose weight and the hunger pangs strike, it is difficult to stay away from foods that you know are not good for you. To combat this, eat small portions of healthy food four to six times a day, evenly spaced throughout the day.

Snack Well

If you are one of the people that cannot live without their afternoon or late evening snacks, then choose to eat something healthy like a carrot stick or an apple instead of candy, cookies, and ice cream.

Eat Naturally

Ensure that you eat several portions of fruits and vegetables, especially the leafy green vegetables, daily. Besides being low in calories, and high in water and fiber, they will also help stop the hunger pangs and fill you up without you feeling bloated.

Shop The Outside Aisles

When you are shopping at your local grocery store, make sure that you shop the outside aisles. This is where all of the fresh fruits, vegetables, meats, and dairy are located. Avoid the prepared frozen foods as they are usually high in sodium, carbohydrates, and fats. If you avoid the frozen aisles altogether, you will also be less tempted by the dessert section.

Read The Label Carefully

When you do shop the inside aisles at the grocery store, read each label carefully on any product that you are considering buying. Just because it says “Fat Free” does not mean that it will be good for you. A lot of canned foods are high in carbohydrates, sugars, sodium, and calorie content. Be careful that what you are buying is actually good for you as well as good to eat.

Experiment With Cooking

Start experimenting with spices when you are cooking your meals. It is entirely possible to get some really great flavors by adding ordinary spices without resorting to high fat oils and other additives. Just ask the chefs who live and cook in New Orleans what spicy means.

It Is OK To Splurge

If you really feel like having some cookies, then go ahead and have some, but use common sense and moderation. Be sure to read the label on the package to determine serving size and calories per serving. Don’t go overboard or you’ll be defeating the purpose of eating healthy.

Hopefully, these seven suggestions have given you some ideas on how you and your family can eat healthier without giving up some of the things that you really enjoy.

With the number of overweight and obese people in the United States on the rise, it seems that magazines and websites are publishing a new diet plan every week.

With the number of overweight and obese people in the United States on the rise, it seems that magazines and websites are publishing a new diet plan every week. While this is not necessarily a bad thing, the sheer number of diet plans is creating confusion for people who are looking to lose weight.

Because of the trend of people who are looking to lose weight is rapidly rising, the weight loss industry is experiencing an incredible boom, and it doesn’t look like it is going to change anytime in the near future. This is the reason why there are so many choices when it comes to diet plans, diet pills, and fitness. All it takes is someone who has an idea and a flair for marketing to create an instant diet fad, regardless of whether or not there are any medical or clinical studies to back them up.

This is why one of the hardest things for people to decide upon, when they desire to lose weight, is which diet plan is right for them. And there are a lot of diet plans to choose from. South Beach, Atkins, WeightWatchers, Jenny Craig, Nutrasystem, these are just a few of the thousands of diet plans that are making waves in the weight loss industry.

But which diet plan is right for you?

Let us first consider why most dieters fail to lose weight. In 2004 the Calorie Control Council did a survey asking people why they were not losing weight. The results, as you can see below, are not really all that surprising.

60% Don’t exercise enough

45% Splurge on favourite foods too often

44% Not enough self discipline

41% Snack too much

33% Often overeat at mealtimes

31% Often eat for emotional reasons

30% East too many high fat foods

28% Don’t eat properly at restaurants

19% Only watch fat, not calories

14% Only watch calories, not fat

So you can see that exercise and self discipline are two of the most important factors you need to really help you lose weight. That being said, a good diet plan, rich in fruits and vegetables, but low in carbohydrates and sugars, would be a good way to lose weight fast. But this is something that you will have to decide for yourself.

Check the specifics on each diet plan you are considering. Talk to your doctor and get their opinion on which would be best for you. Take into consideration your age and general health. Only you can decide which diet plan is right for you.

Remember that there is no magic to losing weight fast. Eating right and getting some exercise several times a week will help to get you to your intended weight goal. But choosing to make the time to plan your meals and get some exercise is entirely up to you. You have to make the decision to lose weight, plus have the self discipline and will power to get you through the eventual food cravings.

How to lose weight with all the great food, desserts, cookies, and candies being thrust into our hands by our friends and family.

With both belts and money getting tighter as the holiday season approaches, people who are trying to lose weight face their biggest challenge of the year… How to lose weight with all the great food, desserts, cookies, and candies being thrust into our hands by our friends and family.

Let’s face it, you and I both will most likely violate our diets before this holiday season is over. But just because you “splurge” once or twice doesn’t mean that you have to give up on your weight loss goals. The important thing for you to accept is you are who you are. Don’t try to fit yourself into the mold of the “perfect dieter.”

It’s ok if you splurge. Just do your best to eat in moderation, while eating as healthy as you possibly can.

If you follow that one piece of advice, after the holidays have passed you’ll feel much better about yourself and you’ll be able to make a fresh commitment to your weight loss plan.

Also, since the daylight hours are getting shorter, the nights longer, and the weather colder, you may feel like skipping on your daily exercise routine. But just because you cannot go outside to exercise doesn’t mean you cannot exercise. This is the best time of year to break out those dust covered workout videos and get to work!

Workout videos are great since they can be fun and are much less expensive than a gym membership or buying home workout equipment like treadmills, elliptical trainers, and exercise bikes.

If you don’t have any workout videos, here’s a couple of workout dvds that are different from the usual that we’ve personally tried and found to be fun and enjoyable.

Tai Chi

Tai Chi is a soft form of martial arts which can help you to develop balance, stamina, and grace. Tai Chi uses slow, controlled movements in specific forms to focus the mind, reduce stress, and bring mental clarity. Besides those benefits of Tai Chi, it will most definitely help you gain physical strength and lose weight. Two great Tai Chi dvds I have found to be highly instructive and fun are Simplified Tai chi Chuan with Applications and Sunrise Tai Chi.

Belly Dancing

Belly Dancing has a long and involved history which is entirely too detailed to go into here. But it is fun to watch, fun to perform, and will definitely help you shed those unwanted pounds. My wife enjoyed her belly dance videos so much she went and started taking classes. Two great dvds for beginners are Luscious – The Bellydance Workout for Beginners and Bellydance Fitness for Beginners – Arms, Abs, Hips, Buns & Thighs.

Have fun!

While losing weight can be difficult, trying to decide which diet to follow can be even more so. With so many conflicting diets to choose from, it’s no wonder people have a hard time losing weight. With that in mind, here are 5 common dieting myths you should try to avoid when choosing your diet plan.

Myth #1: High Protein Low Carb Diets Are The Best When Trying To Lose Weight Fast

While it is entirely possible for some people to lose an incredible amount of weight in a short period of time with this type of diet, it has been proven to be hard on your body because it over works the kidneys and causes the dieter to not only lose fat but also muscle mass. Plus this type of diet is difficult to follow since so many foods that people enjoy eating are forbidden.

Myth #2: Permanent Weight Loss Can Be Achieved With Fad Diets

Any diet that tells you to cut this or that food from your daily diet will be almost impossible to follow. When you cut foods you love from your diet just because some fad diet tells you to, you’ll eventually end up craving the forbidden food and quitting your diet. Fad diets almost always fail since the vast majority of people don’t want to give up everything they enjoy.

Myth #3: Low Fat or No Fat Foods Are Always the Best Choice

Just because a food says that it is low or no fat, doesn’t mean that it’s low in calories. Always check the ingredients on any low or no fat food that you are considering buying to verify it is really going to be a better choice. Too many of these low fat foods have added ingredients to make them taste better, which increases the calorie count. Also make sure to check what size serving the calorie count is based on. Sometimes it’s actually better to skip the low fat food for the “regular” version of it because when the serving sizes are compared, the “regular” version is actually lower in calories. Always remember to check the label.

If you are really looking for a low fat food to eat, try fruit.

Myth #4: Vegetarian Diets Will Help You Lose Weight and Stay Healthy

While it’s important to eat fruits and vegetables as part of a balanced daily diet, not everyone can or will follow a strict vegetarian diet. If you decide you are going to follow one of the many vegetarian diets, please remember to check that you are getting the proper amount of nutrients, vitamins, and minerals you need to stay healthy. Eating nothing but salad for every meal may help you lose weight, but you may be setting yourself up for trouble in the future.

Myth #5: Dairy Products Will Make You Gain Weight and Cause Heart Problems

Regardless of what the media would like you to believe, when consumed with common sense, dairy products will not make you gain weight or die from heart disease, stroke, or high blood pressure. Dairy is a vital source of Vitamin D and calcium, which you need for healthy bones and teeth. If you’re concerned about fats in milk, then drink 2% or skim milk. And if you have the choice between butter or margarine, choose butter. Even though it may be higher in fats, it has been proven to be better for you than margarine.
