Great tip on the part about setting up your tables correctly so that the waiter's walking time to servie is minimized and the customers walking time to get to a table is maximized. I would like to add 1 additional tip Be careful not to set up your table's in such a way that blocks customer's from getting to an empty seat. Customer will leave, you lost an opportunity to serve and earn cafe coins, and you get a lower buzz rating. Thought that would help.
