A couple days ago I was read the page source of twitter home page. I just want to know what does the keyword twitter uses. But when I continued read it I found the

textarea id where I usually write my update.

I think I can write an update by write it on the address bar of my browser (Currently I use Firefox) all we have to do just add “?status=” after http://twitter.com/home so if you want to write and update As example “I’m happy now” you just write on the address bar http://twitter.com/home?status=I am happy Now . Automatically you had write I am Happy now on update text area.

Based this case we can also make a “send this post to twitter” button on our post by create a link.

This post can be alternative how to install wordpress if you had read my post before which explain you about how to install wordpress in godaddy web hosting, in this post I'm going to explain about how to install wordpress with free web hosting service on 0fees.net.

In this case I'm not recommended you to use 0fess.net free service web hosting. You can choose other one which you like. it just for example and however I'm still totally recommend you to choose Paid web hosting service because there are some deficit when you use free web hosting service and I'm not going to explain about it in this post.

But I think it’s fit for you who want do an experiment or trial before you choose to Paid web hosting as your service.

this post will give you know how to install wordpress with fantastico, fantastico is a facility which provide by the web hosting, this facility allowed you to install in a second some of scripts or CMS (Content Management System) to your site. Wordpress is on of CMS which had provided by the web hosting. and in 0fees.net use wordpress 2.7. with this facility you don't need to download wordpress as I had explained in my post before and upload it into the web hosting.  I'll try to explain it as detail as possible. okay here we go.

1. First step you have go to 0fees.net and signup.

2. And then fill up the form. Remember the username which you had chosen will be your free domain from 0fees.net (e.g.  www.yourusername.0fees.net)

3. After you done the registration correctly you will receive an email from 0fees.net contain your detail account and also the link to Cpanel, you have to login.

4. Now you should be are in the cpanel of 0fees.net and than choose the fantastico type installer on software / service column.

5. Choose which domain you want to install the wordpress to.

6. And than click install on Wordpress 2.7.

7. And than you will asked for the destination folder on your currently domain which you had chosen to install the wordpress. If you not sure just let it blank and click the complete install button.

8. Now back at the home page of Cpanel. Click on MySql database in the Database Column.

9. Create your database by write your new database name on the form and than click the Create Database Button.

10. Your database name will generate include your Cpanel username. Don’t forget it because it needed to run the installation of Wordpress.

11. You have go to your domain which had given to you after you complete the registration. (e.g.  www.yourusername.0fees.net) an than You’ll see a page like the picture bellow, just click the Run the Install Button.

12. And than fill up all forms.

Database Name: your database name which you had created on the tenth Step.
Username           : write your Cpanel Username.
Password            : same with your password to login on the cpanel.
Database Host  : check on your cpanel on the left sidebar. Or on your 0fees.net detail account.
Table Prefix       : just let it blank if you not sure. Click submits or install button.

13. Chose your Blog Name, and complete your email address. If you want your blog indexed by search engine check list the box check. But if you don’t want just let it blank. And than click the install wordpress button.

14. You’ll get the generate password and default login name (admin). And than click login to go to your blog admin page.

15. login with username admin and password which had generated on fourteenth step.

16. if you had done all step correctly, you should be in wordpress admin page (dashboard).

I'm totally recommended you to choose Wordpress as I use in this blog. Why? Actually there are a lot of Blogging Platform on the Internet, but I had falling in love with wordpress at the first sight. it is really simple to used. you don't need to know about coding of website at first, although you will need it next. but i think you'll wonted with time. Wordpress also have more than 3,000 plugins so you don't need worry about what you want you blog to developt with. I think  also wordpress is the most popular Blogging Platform than other one.

How to install wordpress ?

here a simple list about how to install your first blog with wordpress.

1. Download and unzip the WordPress package, if you haven’t already.
2. Create a database for WordPress on your web server, as well as a MySQL user who has all privileges for accessing and modifying it.
3. Rename the wp-config-sample.php file to wp-config.php in the WordPress folder.
4. Open wp-config.php in your text editor and fill in your database details.
5. Place the WordPress files in the desired location on your web server
6. Run the WordPress installation script from: http://yourwebsite.com/wp-admin/install.php

You aren’t only can tell about what are you doing, but everything in your head you can tell about. In my case, someday I was updated my twitter on my phone. Currently I was think about how if I decide to stop smoking. Without though too long, I write “I got cough, but I can stop smoking. Any suggestion” just left about an hour there is an update reply from other user gives me an image link show a lot of photos describe about the diseases caused by cigatte. It was really frightened, until this time I'm not dare to smoke anymore.

There are so many people around me ask me to tell them what is blog? What is used for? Instead there is my cousin who currently 4 years old asks me, "What is Blog? Is it a kind of meal? Is it nice?
In my mind, I feel not suitable to explain about what is blog? But that is blog are for, share about something to other and get other opinion about your. With this post I’ll start to make a Continuing Post about what is blog and how to start it.

What are Blog's Features?
Blog (abbreviation of term "Web Log") is a web application usually maintain by individual which update regularly.

• Comment

And also usually there is a comment form used for blog visitor leave their comment about the entries.

• Category

Blog also have some of categories used to categorize the posts or entries. And it’s used by visitor to make them feel easy to find the post by the category they want, liked, or look for.

• Tag

Tag is one of most used part of a blog, it’s a kind of collection words which had added to each post to make easy the visitor to look for the entries based on the Tag. Its mean when you click the one tag indirectly you had do search some entries based on the Tag you had clicked.

• Archive

Archive is also cannot be forgotten, Majority Blog have it. to show they previous Post short by Date

What is Blog used for?
When I create this blog, my first aim is, I just want to improve my English. Because that I always write my post with English, but there isn’t the only one reason or aim of all people do Blog. I prefer to say that Blog’s means is you, and what is used for? The answer is everything you want to do with Blog. Is it stumped you? the conclusion is there are not rules regulate what you want to do with blog, there are some people do blog for sell their product, share about their Hobby, tell to other that they had bought a new car, or tell you how to make a cookie cutter, or there are some people make their blog as their livelihood instead some of them had got six figure of dollar. And there are still a huge of list what is blog used for.

Blog really have tight connection with you, usually Blog is describe about who are you,  everything you do with blog will describe about who are you, whatever you do with blog even it’s right or wrong is back at you.

What Blog had done?
Blog had become a new power of media, source of knowledge, and had been give big contribution to people word wide, maybe some of information you had got in the internet is from a blog but you don’t really know if that was a blog. Because majority of people say everything in the internet is a website.
Some People had been getting rich by Blog, such as John Chow , Darren Rowse,Jeremy Shoemoney and other, majority of them get money from advertising, and affiliate. Blog had become a source to get money, and for the people who want to expand their Business blog had become a new media for promotion. Are you interest?

How many emails are in your inbox ? can you count them ? in my case, averagely i receive more than 50 emails a day. There are a few from other blogs that i subscribed, from the admin of websites that i joined their program, a notice from social networking like facebook, Twitter. Notice me that i just got a friend or there is a girl reply my update on twitter and there is a boy just become my follower or someone you don’t know, but who knows, their email can give benefit for you. Did you delete them before you read them ? because they just make full your inbox  or you feel that you willn’t read them because there are really Huge number.

Maybe you want to unsubscribe from a blog or website but they don’t give a unsubscribe link, and they were success to make you feel peevish. because you must delete it manually

They have a email filter feature that you can use to solve some problem that i expalain on the top. You can manage your email by push them to the folders you had create before by create a filter or parameter based on the sender, subject, body, date, priority and more

As example, you want all of email from facebook push to the folder named facebook. Just create an new message filter and set the filter rule by sender contain word facebook, and set the perform of this action move to folder named facebook, automatically when there is an email from facebook in the future will push to facebook folder. If you want to automatically delete email from blogs that you want to unsubscribe but they don’t give the link.all you have to do just create a message filter and set the filter rule by sender and set the perform to delete message.

When  write this post, my blog and also my domain currently just 23 days 0ld. during the time i had been collect information, requesting Advice, did a some research, and designed my Blog Template. and at the First day of year 2009, i decide to focus monetize my blog, and become a full time professional Blogger. there is no reason to temporize it anymore.

i had made some goals that must be reached in this year, i prefer to called it "Dreams". this word give me more passion, it's mean my Dreams must be reached and may not unreached.

Four Figure Unique Visitor.

Do you know ? how much a day average visitor in my blog  during this time, it just 25 visits, and the busiest one was 95 visits,  it is a big slap for me, and this year i'll increase it. my "Dream" i'll get  Four Figure unique Visitor in a day, and effort to get more and more.

Currently I have 15 subscriber by feedburner, this years i'll burn it.  300 subscribers will be mine in a month averagely.

Learn More and Improve my English

I'm an Indonesian, English is not my daily language, and i never take an course  to improve my English, but i often get complain with have an conversation with someone because my English is not well. i decide to take a night course to improve it. as like john chow said on his ebook. you can get it by subscribe on his  blog.

i currently have 278 followers on twitter. and i'll increase it and get average 500 followers in a month, twitter it really powerful to get more traffic to my blog.

Google adsense is the only one program that i'm joining now, but there are still a ton of make money programs and affiliate. and i'll start to follow what  john chow had recommended on his blog to join the Programs.

when i visited youtube.com to looked for a video about WTC Traedy, i found a funny video cast by a moslem boy pronouncing Al-Quran, the boy was absolutely cute and funny, he can't Pronounced the Al-Quran well yet. he Pronounced without good tajwid. check this out

I played it while my Mom was slept, and she waked up because the sound of this video and spontaneously my mom was laughed.

This Morning i got a comment from Amir Karimuddin from 3gweek.net he noticed me that i should change the source of my post here about iphone wil come to indonesia on 2009.

when i checked the stats of my blog, to find how Amir Karimuddin found my post, i looked at Search Engine Terms, there is a search use "iphone come to indonesia", i was sure that he used this keyword. when i checked it in to google with that keyword, i really surprise that i got the first list position from 980.00 search results,

maybe for someone it was not special, and not surprised. but it's my first experience, i'm absolutely new for blogging, and you will know when you check my domain age here that my blog is just 19 days old, only in 19 days, there was a post in my blog got the first list position on google.

Big applause for me from me, He... he...

Since last monday, i worked to make new Appearance of my template , i'm still use arthemia templatefor wordpress from Michael Hutagalung, but i just make a little change of this, like the majority color. before this, my template was used many black color, i think it was so dark and unsuitable for my blog personality, so i had changed it in to blue, i think it's fresher than before,

and i was use a cool javascript effect called "hotspot" from mootool, johnchow.com's template was inspire me to use this effect. you can see this effect at my logo above. just put the cursor over it, and you will see the effect. i was also apply it on my rss icon on the right side above, and the list of my social network logo bellow the menu.
