Barron & Bannon split up after too much political tension and needed to move back to a more sensual relation with deviation. This led to the formation of a new duet : the “Suppôts de Satin”.
They first came out for a live concert, in an empty swimming pool and then produced quite a few albums before splitting up, on yet a word game dispute.

For the 20 years of friendship and musical collaboration, Matthew Tyas & Matthieu Petiçon have formed the freexperimental jazzynoise band “Barron & Bannon”.
Are music is considered as Alt-wrong music. Mixing accoutic and electronic instruments, Matthew plays DIY axoloti modular Synths and Matthieu plays Tenor saxophone.
We are releasing a collection of recordings for this project, and it will finish by a live concert in “Amposta”, Catalonia, Spain on the 21st July 2017

It was time for a new album, living in the Landes, summer approching, and a urge to use my new tools in a finished production. I used my new Waldorf Rocket synthesizer a lot, a bit of Korg Volca keys and beats, a lot of Arturia Plugins, Pianoteq and a load others. It was all recorded in Cubase and mixed / mastered using my Adam monitors.
The aim of the game was long tracks with accelerating tempo’s. I named the tracks like places along the sea front where you can find long beach’s with fine yellow sand and some great waves.
