Has anyone found any this spring? The hot weather usually shuts them down, but this rain might get them flushing again. I will have to check my spots in a couple days.

I believe that oyster mushrooms are one of the most under rated mushroom in the wild. They are tasty, healthy and easy to find and identify.

They are very easy to grow and will grow on almost anything!

Get out there and find some oyster mushrooms for dinner and let us know how you did!

We found a free wooden box and layered it with hardwood chips and the Garden Giant spawn. Lots of water and shade! They started to Grow! Harvested 3 flushes the first year and 1 or 2 for the last 3 years.
