Great review just finished this book and now have to write an essay on it. Topic is "To what extent is a character's courage or strength revealed through confrontation with a moral dilemma or life circumstances." I think I'm going to use Lyle and Sydney and see what I can do from there. Thanks again for the review

A year later and things aren't much better it seems.

Harper has sold out the Wheat Board. Is firing PServants who do most of the work in Canada. Continues to run around the world thinking they are royality - including the underlings (Mackay, Oda). Continue to tell us the jets would cost $16 instead of the true $25 to $30M. Has now sold our cellular system to China. Continues to avoid parliment by throwing everything (and I mean everythiing) in an omibus bill connected to the budget - so it 'HAS' to pass. This is a US trick. I don't know whether harper just hates parliament, is tired of it, or is afraid of it because he sure doesn't want to be in it. At this point, we could almost shut it down and send the MP's home and that would save a whole bundle of money - because at this point they are doing nothing.

In closing, Canada didn't didn't really vote for Harper, they just didn't want to vote for the Liberals at that point in time. Which to be true, who would blame them. I mean, come on, who in their right mind, would have picked Stéphane Dion or Michael Ignatieff when Bob Rae was around. I mean Cheez.

Bravo!! Given that we are in the process of closing a 4-generation family business, I'm glad Karyn stepped in. There will be no stepping in here, although the Knight is starting his own business, somewhat in a similar industry as what his great grandfather, grandfather, father and uncle have done...
