I’ve been recommending Micro Niche Finder to my members and subscribers for several years now. yesterday there was an update that makes it a complete and total no brainer. If you want to make money online Micro Niche Finder will now make the job so much easier. In the video below it takes me less than 10 minutes to find a Niche i can rank at #1 for with very little work.

The key things you need to make money quickly are:

A niche with searches and very little competition.

A keyword based domain name

An indication of how much work you need to do to rank well.

MNF now delivers this with a few clicks of a button. Watch the video below where I find a good niche in a few minutes.

Once you find your niche there are several things you can do , expand it into a site with 5 to 10 related pages and work on getting all of them ranking well or why not try the simple and easy option. Create Micro Micro niches.

Micro Micro Niches are small sites that start out with just 1 or 2 pages. You create them then leverage your content until you rank #1 in google. You can then either leave them or add to them using the keywords that have been used to find your site. They are quick and simple sites that are designed to make you money , base them on the keyword phrase you are targetting and use good on page seo and they will rank well in a short time.

If you’d like to know how to leverage your content then grab my free report from this post Article Leverage Report

So here is my disclaimer.

I really like Ezinearticles and Chris Knight , Ezinearticles and Chris have provided a platform that have allowed myself and hundreds of other marketers to make profits from our sites. Even as I write this I am drinking coffee out of an EZA Mug. Several thousand dollars a month of my income can be directly attributed to EZA. Of course Chris also profits from my articles so it’s a good symbiotic relationship.

I completely respect Chris’s rights to do whatever he wants to do with ezinearticles and change the rules when he feels it’s for the best. Surprisingly that’s not what this post is about .Occasionally Chris seems to say things without thinking them through. Maybe in a bid to lessen the impact of his “War on Internet Marketers” (dare I say that EZA has been built to the position it is today largely by internet marketers?) he posted a video and a post last night about the statistics of the Problem articles they have.

http://blog.ezinearticles.com/2009/10/derivative-content-be-gone.html

The part that make me angry is the following

Get this: Over 142,000 articles are currently in “Problem Status.” Of those, 41% are under 399 words. Compare that to those that are over 750+ words which account for 1-2% of the total. That means you can significantly increase your chances of having your article accepted purely by increasing your word count to the 400+ range. Watch for a full blog post this week with the details on this internal stats study.

Thats the type of stats a politician would quote to justify something that is basically unjustifiable.

Let me explain more, The stats mean absolutely nothing without something to base them on.

142,000 articles in problem stats …against how many live articles?

41% are under 399 words ..Ok but what percentage of live articles are under 399 words?

2% of articles of over 750 words are problem articles .. so how many live articles are over 750 words?

It could be that when we know all the stats that articles less than 399 words are statistically LESS likely to be in problem status.

Additionally no mention of why the articles are in problem status is made. Surely unless it is due to article length then the stats above mean absolutely nothing. How does an article that is in problem status due to a keyword stuffed title have any relevance on the article length?

I realize that Chris is trying to make people improve the quality of the articles and I fully support that, but more keywords doesn’t mean higher quality. I’ve often spent time trimming a 500 word article down to 300 to get the facts across quicker. Unfortunately most people just skim read the articles so the shorter and more concise the article the better. Of course if they get bored they are more than likely to click one of Chris’s Adsense adverts!…hmmm

How about this for a compromise if Chris is happy to move the resource box to the top of the article I will happily write 1000 word articles all day long

There is absolutely no need for Chris to justify the recent rule changes but by using weak statistical data with nothing to support it he is doing himself a disservice.

Before I go there is one stat that would end this discussion right now.. whats the average CTR of 700 word articles against 300 word articles? I suspect it’s considerably different!

If you answer the question above in the positive then you should probably look elsewhere. Internet Marketing is not a way to make easy money it isn’t now and it never has been. Don’t believe all the hype you read on salespages they are just that pages designed to one thing and one thing only sell you something and make you spend money.

I personally know of a couple of products with salespages showing large clickbank sales on a daily basis. What hasn’t been mentioned is that the sales are from selling a similar product on clickbank that had loads of affiliates promoting it. How is that going to help you?

Anyway back to the reason for this post Internet marketing is not easy but that’s not to say it can’t be profitable if you build your business on firm foundations. Find a process that works for you, analyse it and break it down into easy steps that can be quickly replicated. That will give you the basis of a business you can build over the months and years to come.

You also need to think long term, hardly a week goes by without someone emailing me and asking me if using the system in Wordpress Goldmine will make them $500 a day within a month. When I tell them thats highly unlikely they usually reply that xxx says they can do that. I am to polite to tell them the owner of xxx is probably a lying cheating scammer!

Internet marketing is about building a long term strategy that works and that is flexible, you need to be able to adapt to the changing markets we work in and the regular changes in rules. Google regularly changes it’s algorithms which affects marketers on a regularly basis.Only last week ezinearticles announced changes that have affected lots of marketers. It’s quite possible that in the coming weeks those changes will affect me, however I already have systems in place that make ezinearticles not as significant to my business as they were 2 months ago.

If you take one thing from this post it should be that, Internet marketing is not about get rich quick or gaming the system and it’s not about short term profits. Internent marketing is about finding a long term approach that will work for you.

You need to balance buying every new product that comes out with investing in products that will help your business..(yes it should be a business, if you want a hobby take up needlepoint!). I regularly see people posting in forums that they won’t pay monthly subscriptions, why not? if a subscription costs you $30 and helps you make $100 then whats the problem? You pay monthly hosting fees theres not difference monthly subscriptions and payments for tools should be viewed as business expenses and are ultimatly tax deductible.

There are some tools that I couldn’t do without (Micro Niche Finder, Unique Article Wizard) and some that I waited far too long to buy (Market Samurai). Each of them helps me build a cohesive system and reduces the time it takes me to make a profit from a site. You don’t need hundreds of dollars to start your internet marketign business I started with les than $100 and through hard work got to where I am today, and if a lazy old bloke like me can do it so can you, just don’t think it’s easy!

Keyword research? article writing? Building sites? promotion?

We all have our favorites, I was writing a report today and spent 5 hours just bashing the keyboard. I love dong that type of thing It challenges me and forces me to concentrate and generate Ideas on the fly. While I was doing what I enjoyed I had other people promoting sites and creating content for new sites.

It’s all about doing what you do well and off loading what you don’t do so well. When I first started in Internet Marketing I used to build auto generated sites to order for people, they’d pay me $10 and 20 minutes later they would have a site. I liked building sites (well pressing the build button!) and the money I earned helped to pay for me to expand my business far faster than I would have been able to. It also meant I didn’t need to find a real job.

Working smarter is all about doing what you enjoy doing , if you don’t like writing but like keyword research then offer a keyword research service, take the money you earn from that and pay a writer to write your content.

Any idiot can work harder, spend hours researching keywords, and doing nothing with them, creating beautiful looking blogs and not promoting them even buying the next shiny thing to come along that will make him his millions… and not acting on it.

Why not spend the next few days sorting out a business plan that will allow you to build your business and allow you to do what you want to do. If you can’t afford to outsource, build a site and sell it , then use the profits to build 4 sites and sell them. Then take you profit and hire a writer of a site promoter while you build your next sites.

Sometimes I get so frustrated with some of the crap products that get released onto the market. First you get your rehashed rubbish that just expounds common myths. This type of product is from marketers who can’t be bothered doing their own research and have probably never made a cent doing what they are supposedly teaching. Then you get the marketer who releases basically the same product under different names or under Version 1 version 2 and version 3. All Products based on an original book should have a lifetime update guarantee.

Whats worst of all is marketers who have always been honest and straight forward who release utter and total rubbish with an outrageous price tag of $995 and with a big discount if you get in early. (hmmmm Mark that sounds very specific!)You might be able to justify it if you spent months writing the product but when it is so obviously outsourced to the lowest bidder and not even proof read then that shows a complete lack of respect for you customers. At least my spelling and grammar mistakes are my own!

As you know I’ve recently done some outsourcing experiments and I am aware that there is a need for a good quality product on the topic that doesn’t hook you into a long term payment system just to get the info. So i’ve been checking out whats on the market and getting feed back from people I know who have the products.

Anyway a certain product by 2 well known exponents of PLR was mentioned but not in a good light. Below is a sample that was sent to me , I am assured that it is the same all the way through the book. I was told that the videos are much better and there is a separate audio taken from the video’s So my main gripe is the appallingly poor pdf’s as seen here…

Low Quality
The cost should set you back about $2-$3. Links is about 400 words. It is best for information site. If you get 50-100 articles written for $2, that’s $200 that you’re testing the market with. If you get a $100 a month back from testing that, then it is worthwhile to test the market and see how to invest that into some higher quality content
Best written by predominantly English speaking Romanians and Philippines. Higher end non-native English speaking countries; based on experience you can get good contents from the Philippines and Romania. You can give $600-$800 a month for a 50-80 articles a week. You can start off hiring them to do 10-20 articles per month, then 100-300 articles per month. Then they can’t take anymore and you find another person. And that’s what you want to do. You want to maximize their time and get to them to work full time for you.

Mid-range
These range from $6-$10 probably 400-550 words give or take, in links. This is sort of like a step up.
I wouldn’t put this on an authority site but it’s also better stuff than what you can get from the Philippines or Romania. Best for information sites and affiliate sites. Best people to write this are primarily English speaking countries: US, UK, Australia. These are people who do not have specific expertise. They are average people (like Mom and Pop) who are doing writing on the side to earn extra cash.

The first thing about this is the amazingly poor English, it’s obvious that it’s never been proof read and has been outsourced. Maybe there was a reason for not writing it themselves and yes outsourcing does make sense if you hire a professional writer. But come on that is just not acceptable especially with such a high price tag..$995 or $295 I wouldn’t pay $2.95 for it.

Secondly the facts are it’s just complete and utter rubbish. You can get great quality articles for a fraction of the amount they are quoting. Anybody who spent time doing any sort of outsourcing would know that. Check out my outsourcing experiment category for examples of what you can get done.

So before anyone says I am talking rubbish and you can’t get good quality content and a great price here is an article I outsourced and that cost me $1. Yes $1 Don’t ask me who my writer is, I won’t tell you, but I save that sort of information for the members of Wordpress Goldmine (see some marketers know how to look after their members)

So do YOU want the people to follow you? The LADIES to follow you? Then you have to assume the position of power, which is a lot harder than it sounds.

This day and age, being ALPHA is a lot more difficult than it seems, as public perceptions on what is “cool” and/or “attractive” in a man is a lot different than it used to be. Not only do you have to consider a general consensus, but there is the individual desires of every woman you have to consider also. If you follow these general tips, and add your own to it, I am certain that you will be asserting your alpha status in no time, and those ladies WILL be begging to get your number!

How To Be An Alpha Male:

CONFIDENCE: THE #1 Trait the separates successful men from others, and DEFINES Alpha males, is confidence. Confidence is a reflection of your ‘inner-feelings’ and the way you feel about life in general. If a man is GENUINELY confident, then he is usually successful in life. He has money, a good job and no worries. Men, Women and Human beings in general all desire to be successful. If you exude this confidence then women will pick up on this and begin to take notice of you.

ASSERTIVENESS: If you carry that confidence that I introduced to you in the first paragraph, you can then move on and be assertive. Don’t be aggressive about it, but being gently assertive can be VERY EFFECTIVE. For instance;

“Hey guys, this place blows, lets go to bar123 and drink there. The women are better there anyway!”

Versus

“Hey, errr, what do you guys think? Should we go somewhere else?”

I want to ask you a genuinely serious question. What would you most likely respond to? Pay attention to? Which guy would you RESPECT more?

……..I thought you’d pick guy #1

BODY LANGUAGE: Asides from confidence, this would have to be the #1, it is quite hard to pick between the two, and I would say the body language and confidence are essential to each other. If you are confident, your body language will be positive, and that is an excellent combination. That being said, if you are confident, but you sit hunched, never look at anyone or speak softly….how can you convey the message of confidence?? You cannot, and you would surely fail!! For instance;

Guy 1: He is WELL dressed, Neat in appearance, Speaks clearly and loud enough so all can hear him. He sits and stands tall, and smiles always. When making eye contact, he will draw you in to him.

Guy 2: IF you could see his face (he is always looking down) it would be indifferent. Un shaven and wearing dirty-ish clothes, his mumble can barely be heard. Slumped down in his chair, he is barely noticeable in the crowd.

Which guy do YOU want to be? ….Guy #1 again, I thought so.

[Resource Box Below]

If you would like to read more of my tips, or learn about being an effective alpha male head on over to [Resource Link] for Blah Blah

I think what really upsets me is that there is so much crap around that products by the good guys like Potpiegirl and John Xfactor get over looked.

If you had anyone recommend a certain outsourcing product to you recently ask them if they read it!!

I feel much better for venting sorry if some of the language offended you but you really don’t know how angry this made me… (yeah i know get a life!!!!)

Right I hope you read this article and took a copy of it as I suspect it will be another one that ends up with me getting a lawyers letter demanding that I remove it or a threat from the owner.

I don’t want this post to come across as hype but I strongly believe that this could be the most important blog post you read this year. I know you have probably heard that a thousand times but please bear with me.

I’d like you to do the following, read this post, Download version 2 of the report from the link below, grab a coffee and read it.

If you can see the potential then consider the offer at the end of the post, please don’t make a rash decision to sign up I would much rather you considered it first.

Consider if you’ll have time to implement my suggestions, If you can’t make an hour a day or at least 5 hours a week then you probably won’t have time to succeed even if you outsource.

Next consider if you are happy to maybe spend some money on tools that will speed up the process , yes you can do everything manually and reinvest your profits but if you have some “play” money you’ll be profitable so much quicker.

Finally consider if you are happy paying a small monthly subscription. The main reason I switched from a one time payment to a monthly subscription was to allow me to spend time researching some of the things I am going to tell you about. I’ve actually had people join in the past few weeks and then email me saying they love the information but they refuse to pay a subscription on principle. If you feel like that then please read some of my other posts there is more than enough information to keep you busy for weeks.

Right on with the post..sorry for that long introduction but hopefully you will understand the reason for it as you read the rest.

Last week I released a report called the Article Leverage System, it was received favorably and I got lots of positive comments. During the week I thought I could improve it. The reason for this is that I have always taught people to target “low hanging fruit” and build sites that get 50-100 or so visitors a day with the right niche this is good for around a $1 a day.

Using the power of the leverage system is wasted on sites like this so I set about finding a better type of site. I managed this by paying around with Micro Niche Finder and coming up with some truly amazing niches. I am talking about 5 page sites that get over 20,000 searches a month and have low strength of competition. You can use other tools but MNF was made for stuff like this, if you already have it you are going to love what I show you.

I didn’t believe the results I got the firt time I tried it, but they were repeated 4 times in a row afterwards. Members of the Wordpess Goldmine Forum have also got similar results. As a result for the same amount of work you are now looking at much more income from your sites.

You can find details of what I did in version 2 of the report just right click the following link. Article Leverage Report Version 2

Now it gets very interesting, There is going to be a version 3 of the report that I’ll release in the forum in the next couple of days. This adds one further layer to the system and turns it from a simple system into a full blown cash generating business. It gives you real cash flow and the opportunity to generate an ever increasing residual income. Above all it’s simple, it can be outsourced and still make you big profits. I’ve seen less viable systems sell for $147!!

Version 3 will only be available to the Forum members so here is a deal for you. I have never made this offer before and I doubt will never make it again.

Please remember what I said and consider if this is right for you.

Click on the Special offer link below and you can try WPG for $1 for the next 7 days. Now nothing is withheld from this offer, you get the books , videos etc. There is nothing stopping you taking the ebook , watching the videos and leaving. But I am confident that you will see the value of the forum.

I believe that 90% of people are honest,

Well it seems I was wrong!! Of the first 20 people that signed up 14 downloaded the book then cancelled their account with 12 hours. As a result I’ve modified the offer you can still view the forum and watch the videos but the book will remain protected until the end of the special offer. it was either that or cancel the offer and I really beleive that it’s the best offer available .

All I ask is over the next few days you spend a couple of hours and look at some of the posts in the forum, the step by steps courses and if you don’t think that the forum is worth the $19 a month and that it won’t help you take your online business to the next level then you can keep the book and the bonuses with no hard feelings from me.

Version 3 of the guide is called Wordpress Goldmine Advanced and it is available in the forum, other recent additions are our own in house writing team who are all well qualifies native English writers, the standard rate for members is 1 cent per word. We are also planning to build our own blog network that will be available to members only.

I don’t think I can say fairer that that.

Special Offer Link

Those back links also need to be good quality and a long term prospect. Without out those you will struggle to build a long term profitable business.

Hand in hand with the recent outsourcing experiment I documented here and in the Wordpress Goldmine Forum I have also been testing back linking methods and the system I finally settled on turned out to be much more powerful that any other method I tried including the profile links which seem to be all the rage at the moment.

I’ve structured the system so that it gets you thousands good quality links over a long period of time. It is also structured so that it can grow with you so that if you have little spare money at the moment you can use the free features and as your income grow you can add new “modules” until you are creating links on an industrial scale. Using this method there is nothing stopping you dominating the Google rankings with multiple sites in the top 10 (one experiment I tried got 13 out of the top 15 for a relatively easy term). You could also use this to dominate the rankings with your ezinearticles pages or hubpages and squidoo lenses.

Anyway enough waffle , you can grab your report from the link below, it’s free and I don’t want your email address.. If you like it please use the retweet icon at the start of the article. I’d also welcome your comments so please tell me what you think.

As a result of the research I’ve not had much time to think about a blog post for today.. (you didn’t think this was random did you!) So i thought it might be a good time to post an I wrote last year.

I wrote it at the end of October so you have an extra 5 weeks , pay particular attention to point 6, At the moment I already have 13 of the top 15 rankings in Google for a particular product I expect to be big this year. (actually as i wrote this I realized that this ties in quite nicely with the report I am doing)

If you would like to know more there is a video series available to Wordpress Goldmine members

A week before Thanksgiving last year I realized that I had a major expense due early in the New Year and if I was going to pay that I wasn’t going to have any much needed Christmas cash. I had to come up with a plan. After a few hours of thinking and writing down ideas on a sheet of paper I had my plan.

8 weeks later I had earned over $20,000 in commissions and sold almost $250,000 dollars worth of physical products. My cash crisis was over. Not only that I had a blog that continued to earn me money throughout the year.

Here are 7 tips that will help you to earn money this Christmas. Although you’ll find that by picking the right products you’ll have a steady income throughout the year. So let’s get started.

1.	Choose only one or two products and concentrate on them, learn as much about them as possible.

2.	Use article marketing to promote the products, it’s cheaper and more effective that Pay Per Click

3.	Create a blog, you can use a generic name but ensure that individual posts use the product name in full

4.	Don’t use generic names in your posts, rather than use “Tissot Watches” use product names “Tissot T Touch Titanium”

5.	Use big name retailers, people trust them so use Amazon or even eBay

6.	Set up Squidoo Lenses and Hubpages. The more sites you can get into the top 10 of Google the more money you’ll make. I had 7 of the top ten spots in Google at one point last year.

7.	Plan ahead, if the retailer sells out of stock you’ll need an alternative source of income so make the links easy to change. If this happens eBay or AdSense can earn you a lot of money. I made more commission from eBay than the retailer because after shop stock was gone people were selling at 3 times the retail price on eBay.

It really isn’t too late to make cash for Christmas, only yesterday I set up a new blog selling an in demand product. Check sources like amazons best sellers list or eBay pulse for products that are in demand. Also watch TV and magazines what is being advertised? There are thousands of products so you don’t have to focus on the ones that everyone else is, Remember there are over 10 million pages for the Wii Fit! So choose your product wisely

There are several ways that you can set up a website to make money for Christmas this year. My preferred method is Wordpress as it ranks well in the search engines and it’s easy to set up and to tweak.

I hope you found that useful watch out for the report on Friday or Saturday

If you aren’t using Google Analytics then you most definitely are. Up to a month ago I was happy to just rely on the stats from awstats to track my sites performance. Then members in the Forum started to post bits about their analytics results and what they had discovered and more importantly how it enabled them to increase their income.

So I started to switch my sites over to analytics and see what all the fuss was about. Now it seems each day I find something new that can help me. The problem I have now is that I probably have too much data. So if someone knows of a data mining tool that analyses Google analytics and comes up with results like… Add content on the following keywords, improve the content on page X, Your best earning pages are X,Y,Z The page with the best/worst CTR is etc .. Please let me know or I might just have to build it myself.

Even without a tool you can get great information. For example I now know that one of my pages made $63 in Adsense in the last 30 days just from traffic from ezinearticles. Guess which keyword is getting 5 new articles today?

I also know another site gets 84% of its revenue from ezinearticles resulting in about $2 a day, so that’s one site I need to promote to push up the Google rankings. Not only that the CTR from visitors who come via ezinearticles is 2% higher than visitors from Google, so maybe not too far up the rankings ?

If you had a 5 page site that earned $50 a month in Adsense you would naturally try to send traffic to all the pages … not if you use analytics! As was pointed out in the forum once you know which pages have the highest paying ads on them you can send more traffic to them. So 80% of the traffic might then go to the page with the highest paying ads turning a $50 site into a $70 a month site.

If you look at the content report you can immediately tell which pages people spend a low amount of time on and which ones have a high bounce rate. Once you know this you can improve the content, maybe add a video and make it more visitor friendly. You can make links to other pages more visible so you lower your bounce rate.

You can even channel visitors from the most visited page to your highest paying pages. Thus reducing your bounce rate and increasing you income. Just by looking at the stats from a few of my sites I know which type of links on my sites get clicked 60% of the time. When those links are going to a sales page or a presales page that knowledge is priceless.

If you haven’t used Google analytics yet try it today on a few sites you’ll be amazed at some of the information you can extract.

If you like learning about how to improve you income and make money with out spending a fortune please check out the Wordpress Goldmine Forum

After 6 weeks I am finally getting a grasp on some of the intricacies involved in back linking.

First I suppose I had better let you know what my views on back linking were before I started. I believed that all the talk about the power of back links was over rated and just something that SEO guys kept on promoting as they know normal people like us just can’t be bothered to do on a regular basis. I can pretty much generate all the traffic I want by choosing the right keywords , the right Domain, good on site SEO and writing the right sort of articles, so I have never really bothered with it.

So has my view changed in the last 6 weeks?? No not much.

I will admit that there is a place for “good quality” back links for long term results and I will admit that ” poor quality” back links will give you a boost in the short term.

So let’s look at types of back links and see if they have any long term value because long term is where you’ll make your money. It’s great having a site making $5 a day for a month because you got some back links to it but what you should want is a site that makes $5 every day for the next few years.

Back Link Packets.

I am sure most of you know what I am referring to here. Monthly lists of High PR sites that allow “do follow” links. They do work short term, every site I promoted with them had a big jump in rankings to start with. Often from the 200’s to the top 20 or 30. With these you could probably get a site into the top 10 of Google for most easy difficulty search terms. But you can also probably do that with a few good articles.

Long term they don’t have much of a future and may even eventually damage your sites ranking. Google is not stupid they know what’s going on with these and they can instantly devalue the links. Many of the site owners aren’t stupid either and can quickly make your links worthless. Nor are the software developers stupid, want to bet the next version of the software they release uses “No follow”

The number of sites I look at that have posted links based on these packets but have no good on site seo is amazing I would say that 70%-80% aren’t optimized. By spending 10 miuntes optimizing the sites they would probably rank higer than they do with bad optimization and loads of back links.. Remember The O in SEO means OPTIMIZATION!!! If that’s not a clue nothing is!!

I do use these at the moment but am planning on cutting back and concentrating more permanent methods of getting back links.

Link Directories:

The less said the better about these. In the main low quality links and you have no control over what other sites are linking from the same site. Do you really want a link from a site with 80% porn and meds links? Avoid like the plague!

Social networking/Social book marking sites:

Generally good quality links and can give extra juice by using the link wheel method. They not only generate links but traffic as well and can be integrated into an article marketing strategy. Unfortunately getting Links is not easy and takes time and effort, not a bad thing because it keeps a lot of the spammers away. However there are ways of automating it and still getting good quality long lasting links. More of that another time after I’ve shared my methods with the Wordpress Goldmine members.

BTW in case you are wondering if the methods I teach in Wordpress Goldmine work, here is part of an email I received today. The funny thing is , I’ve not done any SEO work on that site as of yet!!

For starters congratulations on some outstanding SEO work. That is actually the reason for my email. I am a hard working entrepreneur who is having the hardest time getting my website on the 1st page of Goggle.

I was sadly burned 3 times by SEO companies, and I just feel so close in giving up. But then I came across you and your site and if I am not mistaken, you are ranked so well on Google yet your site is new, and doesn’t seem to have an overload of back links and you are in a pretty competitive niche.

So to summarize do you need hundreds of back links? It depends on the competition, your keywords and the Domain name. There is no straight answer, but before you set out to get hundreds of low quality back links first ensure that all your on site SEO is set up properly on a page by page basis. Once you have that sorted , you’ll find where you rank, then you can plan your back linking strategy.
