Ensayos:

All applicants must submit answers to two essay questions listed below. Joint program applicants for the Harvard Medical School, Harvard School of Dental Medicine, Harvard Law School, and Harvard Kennedy School must provide an additional essay which can be found below.

Essays required for all applicants:

• Tell us about something you did well. (400 words)
• Tell us about something you wish you had done better. (400 words)

Joint degree applicants only:

• How do you expect the joint degree experience to benefit you on both a professional and a personal level? (400 words)

Cartas de recomendación (3)

• Please comment on the context of your interaction with the applicant. If applicable, briefly describe the applicant’s role in your organization. (250 words)
• How does the candidate’s performance compare to other well-qualified individuals in similar roles? (250 words)
• Please describe the most important piece of constructive feedback you have given the applicant. Please detail the circumstances and the applicant’s response. (250 words)
• Please make additional statements about the applicant’s performance, potential, or personal qualities you believe would be helpful to the MBA Admissions Board. (250 words)

Algo nuevo: Have the Last Word

AFTER the interview, candidates are asked to do a written reflection on the interview experience which will be submitted via the online application system. This is a chance for you to have the “last word,” so to speak.

INSEAD Job Essays:

1. Briefly summarise your current (or most recent) job, including the nature of work, major responsibilities, and, where relevant, employees under your supervision, size of budget, clients/ products and results achieved. (250-word limit)
2. Please give a full description of your career since graduating from university. If you were to remain with your present employer, what would be your next step in terms of position? (250-word limit)
3. If you are currently not working, what are you doing and what do you plan to do until you start the MBA programme? (250-word limit)

INSEAD Essays:

1. Give a candid description of yourself, stressing the personal characteristics you feel to be your strengths and weaknesses and the main factors which have influenced your personal development, giving examples when necessary. (600-word limit)
2. Describe what you believe to be your two most substantial accomplishments to date (if possible specify one personal and one professional), explaining why you view them as such. (400-word limit)
3. Describe a situation taken from your personal or professional life where you failed.  Discuss what you learned. (400-word limit)
4. Discuss your short and long term career goals. (300-word limit) and b) How will studying at INSEAD help you achieve your vision? (250-word limit)
5. Please choose one of the following two essay topics (250-word limit):
6. Have you ever experienced culture shock? What insights did you gain?
7. Describe the ways in which a foreigner in your country might experience culture shock.
8. (Optional) Is there anything that you have not mentioned in your application that you would like the Admissions Committee to know? (350-word limit)
9. (Reaaplicants only) State any new aspects of professional, international, academic, or personal development since your last application. We would also like you to explain your motivation for re-applying to INSEAD. (400-word limit)

INSEAD Recommender Questions:

1. How long have you known the candidate? Define your relationship with the candidate and the ciercumstances whereby you met.
2. Please give your answers to each of the following questions:

• Comment on the candidate’s career progress to date and his/her career orientation.
• What do you consider to be the candidate’s major strengths? Comment on the factors that distinguish the candidate     from other individuals at his/her level.
• What do you consider to be the candidate’s major weaknesses?
• Comment on the candidate’s potential for senior management. Do you see him/her as a future leader?
• Describe the candidate as a person. Comment on his/her ability to establish and maintain relationships, sensitivity to others, self-confidence, attitude, etc. Specifically comment on the candidate’s behavior or skills in a group setting/team environment.

El precio incluye 4 horas en el aula, más 4 horas de apoyo con deberes, y acceso a una base de datos con muchos materiales (audios, practicas, etc.).
