		<description>According to Politico, popular Connecticut Republican Governor Jodi Rell will be calling it quits.Connecticut GOP Gov. Jodi Rell announced Monday that she will not run for re-election in 2010.

Rell did not list a specific reason for her decision during a brief news conference, saying simply that “it’s time.”
