The story: "this is my twist on one of your illustrations :) Incidentally, he resembles walter from the Big Lebowski. People worship this tattoo. At my last job, I was referred to as 'PSP' -- Pipe Smoking a Pipe. It's definitely my favorite tattoo I've gotten so far."
