刁曼岛（Pulan Tioman）位于马来半岛东南海岸60公里处，长约 38 公里，宽约 19 公里，是彭亨海岸外最大的火山群岛，分别由64个小的火山岛组成。商业开发比较成熟，是马来西亚邻国新加坡人旅游的最爱。刁曼岛以其珊瑚礁和丰富的海洋生态而闻名，同时也为游客提供极富挑战性的潜水区，海底能见度可达 33 公尺。

在 SALANG 海滩，您可以潜泳到真正的珊瑚园，这里拥有各色 SEA FANS 和海葵，以及许多美丽的 DAMSEL 鱼和 CARDINAL 鱼。 PULAU TULAI 和 PULAU RENGGIS 岛屿附近的浅滩礁石也很适合进行浅滩潜泳以及深海潜水。另外， PULAU CHEBEH 拥有海底洞穴；无人居住的 PULAU SEPOI 和 PULAU LABAS 两个岛屿也拥有美丽的礁石。从刁曼岛启程搭船前去只须 1 小时即可抵达。

刁曼岛上有8个小渔村，村民大都以捕鱼、种橡胶为生。岛上有一种用椰叶做成屋顶的小木屋叫"阿答"。这种小屋虽然简陋，但十分凉快。岛上的主要建筑是酒店，从豪华的皇家大饭店至一般人负担得起的度假别墅，应有尽有。而且酒店多为"米南加保"式的建筑。米南加保是印尼南苏门答腊少数民族的名称。建筑物形如几何形燕尾，并有雕花斗拱，颜色以棕色为主。

到刁曼岛旅游，登山饱览海景是一大享受。登山有轨道式电缆车可供使用。徒步旅游有两条路线：一条是"登山探险"，另一条是"丛林探险"。此外，还可乘快艇绕岛作环岛游行。

刁曼岛海岸曲折蜿蜒，岸边怪石峥嵘，金黄色的沙滩洁净柔软，海水清澈宁静，但刁曼岛最吸引人的地方是五彩缤纷的热带鱼海底世界。除了本岛外，观赏海底世界的最好的地方是珊瑚岛。那儿有洁白的珊瑚海滩，挺拔翠绿的椰树，清澈见底的海水，近海有五颜六色的珊瑚和无数美丽的小鱼穿梭其间。游人站在水中，热带鱼穿梭于双脚之间，碰撞着人体，平添了很多情趣。刁曼岛拥有热带鱼海底世界，是其被列为世界十大美丽岛屿之一的主要原因。

dont go through the jungle alone monkeys are not so friendly there.
when i been in tioman i went to jungle alone and more than 20 monkeys surrounded me and tried to attack. it was really close
i have the video even :p it was really dangerous i advise you guys to not enter there or at least don't go alone and without some tool

تیامن یکی از جزایر زیبا و بکر کشور مالزی درجنوب شرق این کشور است و از جاذبه های طبیعی و تفریحی خوبی برخوردار میباشد و همه وقته پذیرای مهمانان بسیاری از سرتاسر دنیاست. برای سفر به این جزیره کافی است به مالزی سفرکرده و از طریق هواپیما یا قایق به این جزیره زیبا بروید و تعطیلات خوبی را تجربه کنید

We arrive Johor Bahru jetty after 5 or 6 hour drive. Around 6 am,the ferry is depart we line up and get into the ferry and go to Salang Beach VILLAVE Timon

Salang Lizard

Tioman Island (locally known as Gunung Daik Bercabang Tiga) is a small island located 32 km off the east coast of Peninsular Malaysia in the state of Pahang, and is some 39 km long and 12 km wide. It has eight main villages, the largest and most populous being Kampung Tekek in the north. The densely forested island is sparsely inhabited, and is surrounded by numerous coral reefs, making it a popular scuba diving spot. There are also a lot of resorts and chalets around the island which has duty free status.
