Are you starting to get the picture.?

I can smell something when I read, watch, or talk to these people.

They will tell you you have to get in today, my products cures all, we have the experts that will share their knowledge with you, you will see millions coming into your bank account and More.

Let me tell you the reality.

Building a business takes effort, it takes time, it take perseverance, it takes doing your due diligence and homework to see and read who is behind the company and what the product or service is.

Truly doing your homework and research.

Why would you want to jump into something and believe what people tell you, and then when the company goes down like a recent juice company did,  you will have put your toil and time into it and then it  is ALL  for NOT?

And then you say this does not work! I will go back to work for the man and be safe and secure and never achieve my Dreams!

People believe hype, actually they love it! They say to themselves this is someone who I want to follow, he or she is successful and they believe what they say.

Read between the lines folks.

Most of the time it is self serving.

If you would make the effort to truly research the company you embrace, look at all aspects of it., you will have a company for the long run and residual income that will give you time and financial freedom.

How do you treat people?

I say treat people like you would like to be treated.

I love meeting people, especially motivated people with a positive attitude.

This interview was incredible! I follow Eric and Kevin's advice.

I speak with passion and I love to help and motivate people to be the best they can be.

It is not about what you are doing and to reel in people to embrace and do what you are doing or pull people into your business.

It is about treating people with respect and seeing what a person feels and what is best for them.

People need to look in the mirror and love oneself and then and only then can they love other people.

It truly does not matter to me whether people embrace my opinion, get into my business, or agree with what I am saying.

It is all about building a relationship and feeling for what peoples needs are.

You go through the journey of life and learn from each and every experience.

Personal Development is a growing and sometimes a painful lesson that must be gone through.

Is it worth it? You bet!

 I am watching the Olympics and I had a huge revelation!

Aren’t the Olympic athletes amazing!

 This could definitely apply to your business!

This is something the amazing record-breaking athlete, Michael Phelps said the other night immediately after his team finished the nail-biting 4×100 relay to clinch the Gold medal and tie only 4 other athletes for winning 8 career gold medals (he stands alone for 9 gold medals now).  Of course everyone was excited about this historic win, and the NBC reporter by the pool asked him what was going through his mind now, he said, "I don't know, I just have to put this race (win) behind me now and focus on the next race."

 This also can be applied to any other sport as well as life itself.

 I love golf. I look at the icon Tiger Woods. He is happy and accomplished when he wins a tournament. What does he do after the win?

He prepares mentally, physically, and emotionally for the next tournament he is playing in!

 This may hold little meaning for most of us, but think about it.  He is putting his WIN, his SUCCESS behind him, so that he can maintain the passion and focus for his next success  Do you have a tendency to focus on a goal, pour your passion into it, and achieve it, and then bathe in it, think about it, and play it over in your mind,?  Do you put it "behind you" like Michael Phelps.  And, as a result, you lose your intensity, passion, and focus to continue for your next goal, accomplishment, or challenge.

 This was my revelation, that not only do we need to put our challenges, losses, and forks in the road behind us so that we can focus with passion, we also need to put our wins behind us for the same reason.

 Celebrate in the moment, but keep focused on the next race, endeavor, or life experience!

Is it worth it?

You bet.

People often ask what it takes to be successful in Network Marketing.
I have a short, simple answer…

All you got.

Fortunately it doesn’t take more than all you got.  But it does take
all you got.  In fact, I’ll suggest this business will be the hardest
one you’ll ever do, period.

And I’m qualified to make that statement.  I’ve been president of the
Chamber of Commerce, worked in the corporate world, run distribution
companies, managed medical centers, launched HMO’s, started
restaurants & clubs, Internet marketing, information entrepreneur,
owned a hairstyling salon, and published a magazine.  I’ve consulted
with literally hundreds of other entrepreneurs in all kinds of
businesses.  And can assure you, Network Marketing is harder than all
of them!

Why?

Quite a few reasons.  First, the essence of the business is leadership
development.  Not an easy thing to learn. Or teach.  This takes
tremendous people skills.

Because of that, MLM requires large amounts of personal growth and
self-development.  And working on yourself is tough work!

Other businesses you can get by on just skill, just talent or just
money.  Here you need heart.  Guts.  And love.

With Network Marketing, you have to go all in.  You can start it part-
time, you can start it with a limited commitment, you can start it not
even believing it will work.

But to succeed at it, at some point you’ll have to move from
kindergarten to the big leagues.  You’ll have to go from a night or
two a week, to four or five nights a week.  You’ll have to commit and
you’ll have to develop belief.

Here’s why…

You can’t really get anyone into our business.  It doesn’t work that
way.  You can only commit, develop that belief and become so
passionate that people want to be a part of what you’re doing.

MLM is like golf.  The only person you compete with is yourself.  The
enemy isn’t other companies.  It’s not negative prospects.  And it’s
not government regulation, high prices, or backorders.  The real enemy
is your doubts and fears.  It’s what’s between your ears.

Most people today doubt their beliefs and believe their doubts.  You
have to be different.  And that means daily self-development.  Keeping
your dream in front of you.  And making sure your dream is bigger than
your fears.

Yeah, you can probably win a free cruise, get a bonus car and rake in
some nice bonus checks.  That would probably motivate you to go to a
job every day.  That would probably motivate you to do any one of
those other businesses I named.  But it’s probably not enough to get
you to do Network Marketing.

Because our business is a lot tougher than those.  Our business means
contacting prospects, driving to work with long distance lines, and
sacrificing lots of pleasures early on for the long term.  It means
really getting out of your comfort zone and growing.

So your dream has to be even bigger.  It has to include other people’s
dreams.  Taking your eyes off of just yourself and looking how you can
contribute in a meaningful way.

It’s going to mean facing rejection and maybe ridicule.  Facing your
fears.  Dealing with dropouts and no shows.  Negative publicity,
misperceptions, and adversity.

We know every adversity has in it the seeds of a greater opportunity.
But that opportunity is not automatic!  It is there only if you make a
conscious choice not to be a victim; a conscious choice to learn the
lesson and find a new door to walk through.  And remember, every room
has a door.

Network Marketing is HARD.  So why do it?

Because it will be the most rewarding business you ever do in your
life.  Yes it can give you those trips, car and bonus checks; it can
get you free.  But it also does so much more…

The confidence you develop, the skills you learn, the satisfaction you
gain are priceless.  Who you have to become to be successful in our
business makes it all worth it.

And the joy that can only come from contribution…

When your new team member calls you screaming with excitement because
they’ve sponsored their first person.   The breakthroughs you witness
when someone buys their first suit, makes their first presentation, or
calls that prospect that scares them beyond measure. When one of your
people conquers their fear in any way, it will bring you rewards you
can’t get anywhere else.

In our business you reach success by helping other people reach
success.  That is what gets you up at 6 am to do self-development,
that is what gets you to pick up the phone, that is what keeps you
awake driving home at 2 am from a meeting for a new person on your
tenth level.

So yeah, it doesn’t take more than you got.  But it does take all you
got.  Just know it’s worth it.

So find someone you respect and make them a promise that you will do
what it takes to win.  Ask them to hold you accountable.  Then make
yourself the same promise.  After that, make a public declaration
below in the comments.  Are you up for that?

Then tweet this post, “like” it on Facebook, blog it, or email a link
to everyone on your team.  Bookmark this and come back to it whenever
the seed of doubt creeps in.

Start EVERY day with positive self-development.  Don’t answer your
phone, answer the door, or leave the house until your consciousness is
vibrating at thermonuclear level.  Look in the mirror and tell
yourself you are worthy.

Then go out and be amazing!

They say in the Industry Duplicate or Die.

I agree. When you sponsor someone in your business it is all about being a sponsor, responsible TO rather than responsible for.

Your new partner needs to go through personal development each and everyday even if it is reading a book for 20 minutes a day.

They need to learn about the industry and business model, the products and or service, plug into training and calls and More!

In order to have a thriving and growing organization you must duplicate you!

Groom your partners to duplicate and become leaders.

How many times do we say This is too hard or I know I need to make a change and we never do.

We go through life alot of times in a daze and we limit the possibilities in our mind.

The word is out–it pays to take your vitamins. We should never neglect the importance of a well-balanced diet, high in fruits and vegetables, and we should take every opportunity to eat "live" fresh food as much as possible. However, things aren't always ideal; and we find ourselves in a fast-food society with over-processed low-nutrition foods; so it stands to be said that no matter HOW much you try and eat healthy (or not), EVERYONE needs to be fortifying their diet with a high-quality nutritional supplement that replenishes the body with the important vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and other essential plant-based nutrients that should be in our foods–(this is a topic for another day).

So, if we should take our vitamins, how do we know what to look for when choosing one? No doubt questions like “this brand or that brand….one bottle of this or two bottles of that….how am I supposed to know what’s best for me?” have come up at least once or twice.

Here are the TOP 5 most important things to consider when researching and choosing a high-quality nutritional supplement.

1. Know the Manufacturing Process. So many "off-the-shelf" supplements in the marketplace today have unknown manufacturing processes. Know the company you're going to purchase from and how they produce the product you're going to put in your body. Companies that voluntarily subject themselves to audits, reviews, and strict testing of their manufacturing processes are generally the best ones to go for–they usually have high standards of integrity in their company. It is best to do a little investigating at the company's website or call them directly.

2. Pharmaceutical Grade vs. RDA. Advances in nutritional science have led to the growing awareness of the need for optimal levels of nutrient intake as a means of long-term prevention of degenerative disease and optimal health. The vitamin/nutrient recommendations set by the RDA only address clinical symptoms and their nutritional recommendations are a base level for what we actually need for optimal health. These RDA recommendations may keep us from getting scurvy or rickets these days, but are not the appropriate levels for being proactive in preventing disease such as diabetes, cancer, or heart disease. RDA recommendations should not be considered the optimal levels for complete nutrition. For example, a major killer in America today is heart disease–and if we want to look at tackling the root cause of disease in this and many other conditions, we need to be taking optimal levels of vitamins and minerals for purposes of prevention and keeping our cells healthy.

In addition, the RDA looks at supplements like foods and they are not required to put in their bottles exactly what is on the label. Pharmaceutical-Grade supplements (processed by following similar manufacturing guidelines as companies making over-the-counter prescription medications) purchase pharmaceutical-grade raw materials and then follow pharmaceutical-grade Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) in producing their supplements. With pharmaceutical-grade supplements, you can be confident that the actual nutrients and ingredients listed on the label will be the actual amounts in the bottle.

The government does not set a standard or require the manufacturers of nutritional supplements to follow these high-quality procedures; still, some nutritional companies put this extra effort into the manufacturing of their products to provide their customers with the assurance that they are getting what is on the label.

3. Bioavailability and Potency. Basically, how available it is for your body and is it actually potent enough to make a significant difference to the quality of your health (remember the RDA info above?). This aspect of quality is set by the U.S Pharmacopoeia (USP) standards. These government guidelines are in place to assure that consumer medications and supplement tablets are bioavailable to the body–meaning they dissolve properly and will be readily absorbed in the body. You would be surprised by the enormous amounts of vitamins/supplements that do not dissolve properly! If it's not dissolving, your body most definitely can't use and disperse the nutrients! Companies that use pharmaceutical-grade GMPs would be useless if they didn't also abide by the USP standards for the dissolution of their tablets. It doesn't matter what's in a tablet if it doesn't even dissolve.

4. Completeness and Balance. This is about making sure the nutrients work together in synergy, creating good absorption and interactions with each other. This aspect is probably the most difficult to understand because there are so many combinations of nutrients that are put together. A full supply of essential vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants is crucial for disease prevention and keeping the cells of the body healthy and alive. So, basically, you most definitely want to make sure the company you choose understands and implements complete balance in their products. Some companies are claiming you can get all of the nutrients you need in one or two pills a day. It is impossible to cram all of the nutrients the body needs into one or two "super pills.”

5. Continued Research, Product Support, and Cost. After going through the first four steps, if you want to take it up a notch to really see who's behind the product you're putting in your body, ask yourself these questions in your investigative search: -Does the company invest significant time into extensive scientific operations, research and services, and stay at the forefront of nutritional science? (After all, research and science are always discovering new things.) -Is customer service and product support available from one company, or do you have to go through multiple companies for support?

And finally, although cost is a contributing factor for most of us, don't be enticed by the cheapest product on the market. On the same note, many times the most expensive ones are not the best either. Take a good look at the company first and set it against the first 4 standards; and then see if the quality they offer is competitive to the market price.

Remember, this is your health you're investing in. You can spend very cheaply on a product (and get just that–a very cheap low-quality product that does nothing for you); or you can invest a little more now in care and prevention and save a ton of money later when you've been able to dodge some bullets and keep your body healthy enough to prevent disease. For most of us, we either pay a little now or a lot more later! Your health is worth the best you can get!

How To Place Value On A Business

• To understand how to place value on a business opportunity you must first understand the four (4) principles of business – or what to look for in a business.

1. Huge Expanding Market.  It doesn’t matter how good you are in an industry that is eroding.
2. Unique Consumable Product.  If you don’t have a unique product you will compete on price and convenience.  Who has the best price and who is closet to the customer?  If you have uniqueness people will come to you.  If you want repeat sales the product should be consumable.  A non-consumable product means your unemployed till the next sale.
3. Timing – This means timing trends.  Throughout all cycles of the economy there are people who are making money and losing money. The makers are those in front of the trends.  The losers disregard trends.  How you get in front of large trends?  You must study what creates them.  Without any hesitation in today’s society it’s the Baby Boomer generation that creates the largest trends.  The Baby Boomers are those groups of babies born between 1946 and 1964.  In the USA 70,000,000 were born during this time period and a billion were born worldwide.  Why is this group so talked about?  It is because they represent only 1/3 of the US population but control 65% of all the money.  So what will be the next big trends?  (1) Health  (2) Looking Younger (3) Education (4) Retirement (5) Security (6) Money.  If you want to be brilliantly compensated you must focus on industries and companies that have positioned themselves in front of these trends.
4. Ability to Create Leverage – We are not taught leverage in our society.  We are taught to get a good education, build a résumé and exchange our expertise for someone else’s dollars. The problem with that is if we are not exchanging our expertise we’re not making any dollars.  So vacation time is costly!  A walk around a golf course is costly!  Family time, although extremely important, is costly!
