After a very busy summer at Madame Gautier HQ we shall be taking our annual rest from the farmers markets this weekend!

Should you need anything before we are still at all weekday markets including Hammersmith Thursday 10-3pm & Swiss Cottage Friday 10-3pm

Back to routine next week.

New Market – Friday – Swiss Cottage!

As some of you know we are a regular stall holder at LFM’s Swiss Cottage market every Wednesday outside The Hampstead Theatre.

We have now joined up with Camden Council and you can come along for an early Weekend shop Every Friday 10am – 3pm. The stall will have a fantastic hot lunch selection; including the Confit Beef, Pot Roasted Chickens & Truffade. With the weather now picking up there will be a fresh salad bar with our home-made fishcakes & Specials. There will also be a fresh Traiteur Range to take home and enjoy for the weekend.

We will introduce you to some of the dishes that we cook and produce at our markets as well as some seasonal specialities.

After the fantastic launch last Saturday at the newly revamped Tachbrook Street in Victoria, Our Butchery stall gathered some great interest with our vast range of fresh produce.

We shall be at the market Wednesday – Saturday 10am – 4pm

This Saturday is the official launch to the latest new branch of the Madame Gautier family tree…

La Boucherie Gautier is offering our customers and extra special service now that means you can buy fresh, free range, highest quality meat, poultry & game sourced from fantastic local producers to which Madame Gautier has built relationships over the last few years.

This has enabled us to set up a full time market in Victoria & also a delivery service throughout London. Tatchbrook Street Market, Victoria will be trading daily 11am – 3pm Wednesday to Saturday. With everything prepared daily we offer a seasonal range but also a vast pre-order list that can be delivered to your door within 24 hours.

Saturday 16th October is the official market Launch and to show our support, we will be holding an hours cookery master class with Dad aka Chef offering some insights into the great Madame Gautier Menu!

All other markets are now filling up with the new autumnal ingredients as well as the hearty favourites, Beef Bourguignon & Lapin!
