I couldn’t disagree more. Those that have acquired wealth - be it via working or via inheritance - should not feel “guilty” that others don’t have the same standard of living or wealth. It’s not Mariah Carey’s obligation to support others. And, of course, it’s not your obligation or duty to support her or others less fortunate than you. You can if you wish, but it’s not your obligation nor should you feel guilty if you choose not to do so. While there is certainly some “luck” in the world, most of us make our own luck. If someone has acquired wealth via work, chances are great that they did quite a few things to put themselves in that position — often there was much work, risk, and pain associated with the gain. Focus on your own self and your own future and stop being other-focused; you’ll do much better in life.

@deluxeduck Good point, I did not notice this at first. Also if these were real and purchased around December, they would not have that much patina by March.

I SOOOOOO TOTALLY AGREE!!!!!!! I wish more people would see the “WASTEFULLNESS”, proabably not even a word!, but this just strikes me as disgusting! I’d say she could get a house with her immature husband Nick Cannon for $25 million & donate $100 million to charities!! My husband is in the USAF & I don’t work right now as I just had major back surgery in Sept & have another surgery coming up, WOW what a difference it would make just to have $100,000 to help us out as he is in the RESERVES fighting for our country, while “THE RICH” in AMERICA could care less about us working class people. I think Berney Madoff shouldn’t have gotten 150yr jail sentence, I think he should live on the streets like alot of his victims are & Mariah & Nick could join him as this just shows how GREEDY they are as well!

If these are running in the New York Times in black and white then they will certainly be eye-catching.

I think the style is excellent and very well-suited to the medium, the product, and the target customer.
