The thing with this idea is that it's a non-trivial amount of work and I think the idea is becoming less significant all the time, surprisingly, because as more and more people get smart phones, and are thus potential mobile users of websites, mobile browsers get better and more capable of providing what most people want, which is regular ol' non-mobile web on their phone. Also, a lot of entities (e.g., Opera, some carriers) work around this by actively filtering your mobile web requests through their own idea of what a mobile site should be, so they kind of create a mobile version on the fly and do shit like downsample images or cache certain things.

I agree with ribeye. Start grilling it, chopping it with metal spatula while grilling. Throw in onions once meat is almost done and finish them together. Arrange in bun shape and from here you have several options. "Nacho" style cheese is best, but you probably do not have this available at home. I would go one of two ways - either cheddar cheese or something similar, on there just long enough to melt before scraping into the bun, or you can do a cheese like provolone. With provolone, I would add a nice tomato sauce, enough to taste, it really brings the flavors together. I always use banana peppers in mine too. I used to run a cheese steak joint for a few years.. can get more in detail if needed. If you want to make a good chicken hoagie, follow the same steps, add some mayo, tomato, and lettuce with provolone cheese to finish it off. Wouldn't suggest tomato sauce on this one, but cheddar cheese without the preceding ingredients is a nice basic flavor.

I have a 16 year old boy that spends 3 to 4 hours a day (or more!) killing pretend people in a pretend world and I feel as if I'm allowing him to go through some sort of e-boot camp while I'm sitting here typing this. I mean, this is what we're really talking about here. Speaking as one of the 'general public' and a father of three boys, I feel a moral heart string is being tugged every time I walk into my son's room and see him killing imaginary bad guys. I guess this isn't something I expected to feel when I bought him an XBOX to celebrate XMAS. Then I think about the people being killed by this technology and I wonder why almost every average American home has a game console...
