&lt;p style="text-align: center;"&gt;4. Spread Olive Oil on a hot pan.  Then, cook sliced Garlics and chopped Peppers until Garlics and golden brown and oil turns red.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="text-align: center;"&gt;5. Add a small amount of Salt, Pepper, and Parmesan Cheese on the pan to marinate the oil.  Then, cook Peas and Shrimps.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="text-align: center;"&gt; 6. Before Shrimps are completely cooked, turn the heat off and add boiled linguines into the pan.  Then, mix well.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="text-align: center;"&gt;7.  Add Extra Virgin Oil and mix.  Add a small amount of Salt if needed.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align: center;"&gt;Ingredients: Asparagus (9 oz or 250g),  1 Welsh Onion,  1 Potato,  Chicken Stock (6 Cup),  Cream, Sour Cream, or Milk,  Salt, and Pepper&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;/br&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/br&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align: center;"&gt;1. Cut rinsed Asparagus into pieces ( 1.5 inch or 3~4 cm).  Also, Cut Welsh Onion and Potato.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="text-align: center;"&gt;2.  Put them into a pot and add 1 Cup of Water and boil for about 10 minutes or till vegetables become tender.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align: center;"&gt;3. Turn the heat off and add a small amount of Cream, Sour Cream, or Milk.  Then, Mix.&lt;/p&gt;
