In late January of 2008, the LENS board selected Marcia Riggers as the interim director of LENS. Her role during this period two fold

1. To continue the facilitation of continuing theological education for the church in the Pacific Northwest, and

2. Explore, through coversation with church leaders, the future focus and direction of LENS.
