Can't download Gmail attachments

LỖI KHÔNG THỂ TẢI FILES ĐÍNH KÈM TỪ GMAIL

Sáng nay tình cờ gặp cái lỗi không thể tải files đính kèm từ Gmail được, kể cả khi dùng các trình duyệt khác nhau như Firefox, Chrome, IE8..v.v..

Trên tất cả trình duyệt đều xuất hiện cái lỗi đại loại như:

Cannot download this file. An error occured while security connnection to mail-attachment.googleusercontent.com

The connection has timed out
The server at mail-attachment.googleusercontent.com is taking too long to respond.

hoặc là nó sẽ tự động tải lại trang web Gmail.

Sau một hồi mò mẫm thì cũng tìm ra nguyên nhân là do tụi ISP chặn link :
"mail-attachment.googleusercontent.com"

( Công ty Tôi đang dùng mạng của CMC, VNPT, FPT.)

Cách giải quyết cũng rất đơn giản. Các bạn chỉ cần đổi DNS là có thể tải files từ Gmail về bình thường.
Lưu ý là DNS google ( 8.8.8.8, 8.8.4.4 ) và OpenDNS ( 207.67.222.222, 208.67.220.220 ) cũng bị chặn nhé.

You are the Network Administrator at Ranet Branch Office, and have to newly configure the Ranet-Br router to let your own host connect to the internet and connect to the hosts in Headquarter (192.168.0.0/24) via Site-to-Site IPsec VPN as below:
(configure via console terminal for Ranet-BR router)

1. Enable LAN interface on Ranet-BR and set IP address to be the first assignable IP of 192.168.1.0/28 network.

2. Enable WAN interface on Ranet-BR and set IP address to be the last assignable IP of 202.170.100.28/30 network.

3. Set IP address on Host-BR to be the last assignable IP of 192.169.1.0/28 network, and set IP of Gateway and DNS server (202.170.100.54) also.

4. Config the route and NAT on Ranet-BR to let the Hosts in LAN connect to the internet (do not forget to exclude the VPN traffic).
(for NAT, use access-list no.100 and pool name “Ranet” that contain the global IP received from ISP as 202.170.100.9 – 202.170.100.14)

5. Config the Site-to-Site IPsec VPN by using the properties as below:

- For IKE phase I:- Policy Priority 101; Encryption Alg. AES-128 bit; Hash Alg. Secure HAsh standard; Authen method. Pre-Shared Key; Diffie-Hellman group #5 and lifetime at 86,400 sec. Use “ranetvpnpass” as key. Please note that IP address of WAN interface of Ranet-HQ is 202.170.100.130.
- For IKE phase II: Use Transform-set name “Ranet” and ESP transform using AES with HMAC-SHA as authentication Alg.
- Use crypto map name “Site-to-Site” with sequence no.101 and access-list no.101 to be the VPN traffic.

If everything is correct, Host-BR should be able to open website www.ranet.co.th, and test ping with Server-HQ 192.168.0.7 in Headquarter network.

How to Enable Support for Nested 64bit & Hyper-V VMs in vSphere 5

With the release of vSphere 5, one of the most sought out feature from VMware is the ability to run nested 64bit and Hyper-V guest virtual machines in a virtual ESXi instance. Previous to this, only 32bit virtual machines were supported as the VT-x/AMD-V Hardware Virtualization CPU instructions could not be virtualized and presented to the virtual ESX(i) guest. This feature is quite useful for home and lab setups in testing new features or studying for VMware certifications and running multiple vESX(i) instances.

You will still be required to have a 64bit capable system and CPU and you will need to be running ESXi 5.0, this will not work for ESX(i) 4.x or older.

The above diagram depicts the various levels of inception where pESXi is your physical ESXi 5.0 hosts. We then create a vESXi 5.0 host which will contain the necessary Hardware Virtualization CPU instructions to support a 64bit nested guest OS which I've created as another ESXi host called vvESXi.

Note: You will not be able to run a 4th level nested 64bit VM (I have tried by further passing the HV instructions in the nested guest) and it will just boot up and spin your CPUs for hours.

This feature by default is disabled in ESXi 5.0, to enable this virtualized HV (Hardware Virtualization) you will need to add the following string vhv.allow = "TRUE" to /etc/vmware/config of your Physical ESXi 5.0 host

Once the configuration change has been made, the feature goes into effect right away. A reboot of the system is not necessary. To verify, you should now be able to power on a 64bit guest OS and see that the HV instructions bits are being passed into the guestOS which will then allow you to run a nested 64bit guestOS. You can also verify by looking in the vmware.log file of the virtual machine and grep for the string "monitorControl.vhv" and if you see the following message, then Virtualized HV is not enabled.

In the past to run a virtual ESX(i) instance, a few advanced .vmx configuration entries were needed as documented here. With ESXi 5.0, if you are using virtual hardware version 8, then you do not need to make any additional changes. If you are using hardware version 4 or 7, then you will need to add a few changes to the VM's configuration file.

Creating vESXi 5.0 Instance using Hardware Version 8:

1. To create a virtual ESXi 5.0 instance, start off by just creating a standard RHEL5/6 64bit VM using the vSphere Client

2. Once the VM has been created, edit the settings of the VM and change over to the "Options" and now have the ability to select a new guestOS type: VMware ESXi 5.x or VMware ESXi 4.x under the "Other" section.

Note: I'm not sure why these two additional guestOS type is not available from the default creation menu, but are available after the initial VM shell is created.

3. You are now ready to install ESXi 5.0 in this new vESXi host and then you can create and power on nested 64bit guestOS within that vESXi instance as denoted from the picture below

Creating vESXi 5.0 Instance using Hardware Version 4/7:
1. To create a virtual ESXi 5.0 instance, start off by just creating a standard RHEL5/6 64bit VM using the vSphere Client

2. Now you will need to add the following advanced .vmx parameter: monitor.virtual_exec = "hardware" which can be done through the vSphere Client and/or editing the .vmx parameter manually.

3. Next you will need to add some cpuid bits, depending if you are running an Intel or AMD CPU, the respective entries are required:

Intel Hosts:

4. You are now ready to install ESXi 5.0 in this new vESXi host and then you can create and power on nested 64bit guestOS within that vESXi instance

By using a VM that is hardware version 8, you can easily automate the creation of vESXi 5.0 instance by changing the guestOS string in the .vmx parameter to "vmkernel" and the above configurations other than "vhv" string needed for either an Intel or AMD system are automatically configured.

Creating a vHyper-V Instance on physical ESXi 5.0:

1. To create a virtual Hyper-V instance, start off by creating a Windows 2008 Server R2 64bit VM using the vSphere Client

2. If you are using Hardware Version 7, you will need to follow the instructions in "Creating vESXi 5.0 Instance using Hardware Version 4/7" to add the additional parameters to the VM. If you are using Hardware Version 8, you just need to change the guestOS type to VMware ESXi 5.0

3. You need to add one additional .vmx parameter which tells the underlying guestOS (Hyper-V) that it is not running as a virtual guest which in fact it really is. The parameter is hypervisor.cpuid.v0 = FALSE

4. You are now ready to install Hyper-V in a virtual machine and you can also spin up nested 64bit guestOSes in this virtual Hyper-V instance.

As you can see, now you can even run Hyper-Crap, err I mean Hyper-V as a virtualized guest under ESXi 5.0. I did not get a chance to try out Xen, but I'm sure with the ability to virtualize the Hardware Virtualization instructions, you should be able to run other types of hypervisors for testing purposes.

This is a really awesome feature but note that this is not officially supported by VMware, use at your own risk.

You are the network administrator at Ranet,and would like to enable Port-Security on the access ports of Ranet-SW to prevent the use of another switch connected that let multiple hosts connect through the same port at the same time, and to prevent the unauthorized host connect via some port.

So all you have to do are: (Config via Console)

1. Enable Port-Security on all access ports (except Gig1/1, Gig1/2), and set parameter to allow only 1 MAC Address per port and the action when violation happened is shutdown port.

2. On port Fa0/1, now there is the authorized host connected (Host1), set the allow MAC Address on this port by “SecureSticky” method.

3. On port Fa0/3, now there is the unauthorized host connected (Rogue3),set the allow MAC Address to be 0030.F295.15C6.

If everything is correct, you will see ports Fa0/2 and Fa0/3 change status to down (err-disabled) when there is the attempt to connect from unauthorized hosts, and Host1 will not be able to connect with the unauthorized hosts (192.168.0.58 – 192.168.0.60) .

Để prepare domain , từ dòng lệnh gõ :

LAB 4-4: IP Routing – EIGRP
You are the network administrator at Ranet, and have to config the routers both Ranet-HQ and Ranet-BR to make the connection throughout Ranet network and with the Internet.

So all you have to do are:
(Config via console of each router.)

1. Enable and set IP address on LAN interface of each router to be the last assignable IP of each subnet.
2. Enable serial interface on each router and set IP address on each interface as:
- s0/0/0 on Ranet-BR: last IP of 5.88.192.56/29
- s0/0/0 on Ranet-HQ: first IP of 5.88.192.56/29
- s0/1/0 on Ranet-HQ: last IP of 5.88.192.224/30
all serial interface use HDLC as encapsulation protocol and do not forget to set clock rate at 64 kbps on Ranet-BR side.
3. Set EIGRP as routing protocol on each router to let Host1 connect to Host2 in the condition that:
- Use AS no.10110
- Not permit EIGRP on interface that is not within Ranet Network.
4. Set default route on each router to let both Host1and Host2 be able to connect to the Online Server
(177.87.0.39) in the internet.

Có một chàng trai trẻ vừa tốt nghiệp Đại học loại xuất sắc nộp đơn dự tuyển vào một vị trí quản lý tại một công ty lớn.

Anh ta vượt qua các vòng đầu tiên. Đến vòng cuối cùng, đích thân ông Giám đốc phỏng vấn để đưa ra quyết định cuối cùng.

Ông Giám đốc phát hiện ra một điều từ CV của chàng trai trẻ rằng trong suốt các năm học, anh ta luôn đạt thành tích học tập một cách xuất sắc. Từ trường Trung học cho đến khi vào Đại học và thi tốt nghiệp, không năm nào mà chàng trai này không đạt được danh hiệu xuất sắc.

Ông Giám đốc hỏi, “Anh có bao giờ nhận được học bổng từ trường không”. “Không bao giờ”, chàng trai trả lời.

Ông Giám đốc bèn hỏi tiếp,”Vậy là cha anh đã trả toàn bộ học phí cho anh phải không?”. Chàng trai trẻ trả lời:” Cha tôi đã mất từ hồi tôi được một tuổi, toàn bộ số tiền học phí là do mẹ tôi gánh vác”.

“Vậy mẹ anh làm việc ở công ty nào?” Ông Giám đốc hỏi. Chàng trai trẻ bèn trả lời, “Mẹ tôi làm công việc giặt quần áo”.

Ông Giám đốc nghe vậy bèn đề nghị chàng trai trẻ đưa hai bàn tay ra cho ông xem. Hai bàn tay chàng trai khá đẹp và mềm mại.

Ông Giám đốc hỏi:” Vậy trước đây có bao giờ anh giúp đỡ mẹ anh trong việc giặt quần áo chưa?”. “Chưa bao giờ”, chàng trai trẻ trả lời, “Mẹ tôi lúc nào cũng chỉ muốn tôi học và đọc thật nhiều sách. Hơn nữa, mẹ tôi có thể giặt quần áo nhanh hơn tôi.”

Ông Giám đốc nghe thấy vậy bèn nói: “ Tôi có một yêu cầu. Hôm nay lúc anh về nhà, hãy đi và rửa hai bàn tay của mẹ anh. Rồi hãy đến gặp tôi vào sáng ngày hôm sau”.

Chàng trai trẻ cảm giác rằng cơ hội trúng tuyển của mình vào công ty này rất cao. Anh ta liền vui vẻ về nhà gặp mẹ và nói với bà hãy để anh ra rửa hai bàn tay của bà ngày hôm nay. Bà mẹ nghe vậy cảm thấy rất lạ, trong lòng bà dấy lên những cảm xúc vui buồn lẫn lộn, bà bèn đưa hai bàn tay mình ra cho chàng trai.

Chàng trai trẻ chầm chậm rửa sạch bàn tay của mẹ mình. Từng giọt nước mắt của chàng trai rơi xuống khi anh ta thực hiện công việc của mình.Lần đầu tiên chàng trai nhận ra rằng đôi bàn tay của mẹ mình thật là nhăn nheo, hơn nữa hai bàn tay còn chằng chịt những vết sẹo và chai sạn. Những vết sẹo này hẳn là rất đau đớn vì chàng trai cảm nhận được bà mẹ khẽ rùng mình mỗi khi chàng trai rửa chúng trong nước.

Đây cũng là lần đầu tiên chàng trai trẻ nhận ra rằng chính đôi bàn tay này hàng ngày làm công việc giặt quần áo để có thể trang trải đủ tiền học phí của anh ta ở trường học. Những vết sẹo trên đôi bàn tay của bà mẹ cũng là cái giá cho kết quả đậu tốt nghiệp, cho những bảng điểm xuất sắc và cho cả tương lai của anh ta.

Sau khi rửa sạch đôi bàn tay của bà mẹ, chàng trai trẻ lặng lẽ giặt nốt luôn chỗ quần áo còn lại trong ngày.

Tối hôm đó, bà mẹ và chàng trai đã nói chuyện với nhau rất lâu.

Sáng ngày hôm sau, chàng trai trẻ quay lại công ty phỏng vấn.

Ông Giám đốc nhận thấy nước mắt còn đọng trên khóe mắt của chàng trai trẻ bèn hỏi:” Anh có thể cho tôi biết anh đã làm gì và học được những gì ở nhà của anh ngày hôm qua không?”

Chàng trai trả lời:” Tôi đã rửa đôi bàn tay của mẹ tôi, và tôi cũng đã giặt nốt chỗ quần áo còn lại.”

Vậy anh hãy cho tôi biết cảm giác của anh như thế nào?” Ông Giám đốc hỏi.

Chàng trai trẻ bèn trả lời trong nước mắt:

Thứ nhất: Tôi hiểu được nhờ có mẹ mà tôi có được ngày hôm nay.

Thứ hai: Tôi hiểu được kiếm tiền vất vả đến như thế nào.

Thứ ba: Tôi đã nhận thức được sự quan trọng và giá trị của tình cảm gia đình.

Ông Giám đốc nói:” Đó chính xác là những gì tôi cần tìm ở một nhà quản lý. Tôi muốn tìm những ứng viên có thể nhận thức được sự giúp đỡ của những người khác, người có thể hiểu được sự khó nhọc của người khác khi hoàn thành một công việc nào đó, và là người không đặt tiền bạc là mục đích sống duy nhất của mình. Xin chúc mừng. Anh đã được tuyển.”

Sau đó, chàng trai trẻ làm việc rất chăm chỉ và nhận được sự nể trọng của các nhân viên của mình. Mỗi thành viên trong nhóm làm việc rất cần cù và đoàn kết. Tình hình kinh doanh của công ty phát triển đạt mức doanh thu cao một cách đáng kinh ngạc.

Why I FIRED my Secretary

Last week was my birthday and I didn’t feel, very well waking up that morning.

I went downstairs for breakfast hoping my wife would be pleasant and say, Happy
birthday’, and possibly have a present for me.

As it turned out, she barely said good morning, let atone ‘Happy birthday”.
I thought... well, that’s marriage for you, but the kids will remember. Ky kids
ate breakfast and didn’t say a word,
So when I left for the office, I was feeling pretty low and somewhat despondent.

As I walked into my office, my secretary, Jane said, “Good morning boss, happy
birthday’” It fett a little better that at least someone had remembered.

I worked until one o’clock and then Jane knocked on my door and said. “You know,
its such a beautiful day outside, and it’s your birthday, lets go out to lunch,
just you and me”.

I said. “Thanks jane, that’s the greatest thing I’ve heard all day. Let’s go’”

We went to lunch. But we didn’t go where we normally would go. We dined instead at
a little place with a private table. We had two martinis each and I enjoyed the
neat tremendously.

On the way back to the office, Jane said, “You know, it’s such a beautiful day...

We don’t need to go back to the office, do we?

I responded, “I guess not. What do you have in mind?”

She said, “Let’s go to my apartment”.

After arriving at her apartment Jane turned to me and said, “Boss, if you don’t
mind, I’m going to step into the bedroom for a moment. I’ll be right back”.

“OK”. I nervously replied.

She went into the bedroom and, after a couple of minutes, she came out carrying a
huge birthday cake... followed by my wife, kids, and dozens of my friends and co
workers, al). singing “Happy Birthday”.

And I just sat there...

Tôi buồn bã đến văn phòng, cô thư ký Jane của tôi nói : " Chảo buổi sáng, chúc mừng sinh nhật sếp" tôi cảm thấy an ủi vì ít ra cũng có người nhớ sinh nhật tôi.

Tôi làm việc đến 1 h thì cô thư ký Jane của tôi gõ cửa và nói: " Ngoài kia trời rất là đẹp, hôm nay là ngày sinh nhật của sếp, em muốn mời sếp ra ngoài ăn trưa,chỉ em và anh thôi, hôm nay là sinh nhật anh mà"

Tôi trả lời: " Thank Jane, đây là điều tuyệt vời nhất tôi đc nghe trong cả ngày nay, chúng ta đi nào"

Chúng tôi không đến những nơi ăn thường lệ, thay vào đó, chúng tôi đến 1 địa điểm khá kín đáo, uống rượu martini và thưởng thức bữa ăn.

Trên đường về Jane nói: " hôm nay là một ngày đẹp trời, chúng ta không về văn phòng được không anh?"

Tôi nói : Tôi nghĩ là vậy, cô muốn đi đâu.

Cô ý trả lời: Về nhà em đi!

Về đến nhà Jane rồi, Cô nói tiếp: " sếp ạ, nếu anh không ngại, em muốn vào phòng ngủ 1 lát rồi em sẽ quay lại ngay"

Tôi trả lời: Ok

Vài phút sau, cô ấy ra khỏi phòng ngủ, với 1 cái bánh to, đằng sau là vợ, các con tôi, bạn tôi và cả các đồng nghiệp, đi kèm với đó là bài Happy birthday.

Funny Idea of Management Structure – But I Disagree

Lammy, my number 1 blog commenter these days, shared with me this funny comic about the way management structures actually work. But Lammy, please realize this is probably written or drawn by the guy “at the bottom”.

I think most staff think its so easy to be a big boss, don’t have pressure from a boss to get work done, can have the worker do all the work. There is the saying – be careful what you wish for. And there is the idea, maybe there isn’t as much daily tasks and work, but there is RESPONSIBILITY and long term pressures.
The big boss has to make sure the money comes into the company bank account in order to pay the payroll, office, and other costs that keeps this worker able to pay their personal life costs, right. But managers and “big boss” have other kinds of SHIT falling on them……

I can remember when I was working at Deutsche Bank – there were some high level execs that we would never even see on the floor, they would walk in, pop to their corner office – shut the door – conference call, a couple meetings, and head out again for a sales meeting or something. This was annoying. I think it is important to show face time……and to have everyone realize the pressure and stress. But then again, big business is different then small business.

I think the startup guy, the small business owner, the entrepreneur has the most extreme stress – This “birdshit” that may come upon a upper level manager is things like:

Sales numbers – normally its the big boss, or executives to get the sales in. Or maybe not directly get the sales in – BUT MAKE SURE THE SALES ARE COMING IN……
Investors pressure – if you take OPM (other people’s money) as a manager, you are gonna get them asking a lot of questions, very often. Not just getting in sales, but managing those budgets, operations, people, PR, the list doesn’t end. You are their face, the one responsible.
Political pressure – Government, keeping good filing – especially in China, have to keep all these reports in order, monthly filings, contracts, documents, the list doesn’t end.
Accounting pressure – Similar to government, but keeping receipts, records – proof of orders, supplier information. And in the past, so many big corporations “cooked the books”, squeezed things in, stretched it as far as they could….its getting to be more and more red tape for the rest of us….everything is scrutinized.

Again, while these top execs may not be doing the routine work, and may not be seen all the time – it is their reputation and name and credibility on the line. sometimes I wish i could take the pressure off….every day its pressure.

Sure, so many critics can say its easy to be the boss…..and they can do better – HAHA – I challenge it, and support it.

LAB 4-1: IP Routing – Static and Default Route

You are the network administrator at Ranet, and have to config the routers both Ranet-HQ and Ranet-BR to make the connection throughout Ranet network and with the Internet. So all you have to do are:

(Config via console of each router.)

1. Enable and set IP address on LAN interface of each router to be the last assignable IP of each subnet.

2. Enable serial interface on each router and set IP address on each interface as:

- s0/0/0 on Ranet-BR: last IP of 52.7.9.220/30
- s0/0/0 on Ranet-HQ: first IP of 52.7.9.220/30
- s0/1/0 on Ranet-HQ: last IP of 77.7.7.252/30
all serial interface use HDLC as encapsulation protocol and do not forget to set clock rate at 64 kbps on Ranet-BR side.

3. Set static route of each LAN on each router to let Host1 connect to Host2. (Use destination interface
instead of IP next hop.)

4. Set default route on each router to let both Host1 and Host2 be able to connect to the Online Server
(72.76.5.3) in the internet.

- Use IETF Frame-Relay as encapsulation protocol
- Use LMI ANSI type then try to ping with others node in this subnet, and use command to gather information about DLCI per each destination that came from Inverse-ARP then shutdown this interface and set frame-relay map in static, after that, re-enable the interface and check the
connections between node again.

Một giáo sư nổi tiếng của trường Quốc Gia Hành Chánh được mời trình bày cho 15 nhà lãnh đạo các công ty lớn về đề tài : Làm thế nào để lập kế hoạch thời gian tốt nhất ?

Ông có một giờ để truyền đạt nội dung đề tài.

Trước nhóm người ưu tú này, ông bình thản nhìn từng người rồi nói : "Chúng ta sẽ thực hiện một cuộc thí nghiệm nhé".

Từ gầm bàn, vị giáo sư lấy lên một bình thủy tinh lớn khoảng 4 lít và khẽ đặt xuống trước mặt mọi người. Sau đó, ông lấy ra hơn một chục viên đá lớn cỡ quả banh tennis và đặt cẩn thận từng viên vào bình.

Khi bình đầy đến miệng không thể bỏ thêm viên đá nào được nữa, ông ngẩng đầu lên nhìn nhóm học viên và hỏi : "Bình đã đầy chưa nào ?"

Cả lớp trả lời : "Rồi ạ".

Ông đợi thêm vài giây rồi hỏi tiếp : "Thật chứ ?"

Rồi ông lại cúi xuống và lôi ra từ dưới bàn một túi đầy sỏi. Ông tỉ mỉ đổ sỏi lên đá rồi lắc nhẹ bình. Những hòn sỏi len qua đá và xuống… tận đáy bình. Vị giáo sư lại đưa mắt lên nhìn cử tọa và hỏi : "Bình đã đầy rồi chứ ?"

Lần này những học viên đã hiểu ý ông. Một người trong bọn họ thưa : "Có lẽ là chưa ạ !"

Ông trả lời : “Hay lắm !”

Ông lại cúi xuống và lần này ông lấy ra một túi cát. Ông cẩn thận đổ cát vào bình. Cát lại bít kín những lỗ hổng giữa đá và sỏi. Một lần nữa ông lại hỏi : “Bình đã đầy chưa ?”

Lần này, không ngập ngừng, học viên đồng loạt đáp : “Thưa, chưa ạ !”

Vị giáo sư lại nói : “Hay lắm !”

Đúng như các học viên dự đoán, ông cầm bình nước trên bàn và đổ đầy đến miệng bình thủy tinh lớn. Ông ngẩng đầu lên nhìn nhóm học viên và hỏi : “Thế anh chị nghĩ là chân lý nào được chứng minh qua thí nghiệm này ?”

Nghĩ đến chuyên đề buổi học, người học viên bạo dạn nhất nhóm trả lời cách xác đáng :

“Điều đó chứng minh rằng ngay cả khi ta tưởng lịch sinh hoạt của mình đã kín, nếu ta thật sự muốn, ta vẫn sắp xếp được thêm nhiều cuộc gặp gỡ, thêm nhiều việc cần làm ạ.”

“Không, vị giáo sư trả lời, không phải vậy đâu. Chân lý quan trọng thí nghiệm này chứng minh cho ta là : nếu ta không bỏ trước vào bình những viên đá lớn, thì sau đó ta không thể để hết mọi thứ vào bình được”.

Theo sau là một khoảng thời gian lắng đọng, mọi người đều nghiệm thấy điều này thật có lý.

Vị giáo sư liền nói : “Những hòn đá lớn trong cuộc đời anh chị là gì ?

Sức khỏe ? Gia đình ? Bạn bè ? Thực hiện những ước mơ ? Làm những gì mình yêu thích ? Học hỏi ? Nghỉ ngơi ? Bảo vệ một lý tưởng ? Hoặc bất cứ thứ gì khác ?"

"Điều nên nhớ là hãy sắp xếp những viên đá lớn trong đời ta trước. Thay vì để cho những điều nhỏ nhặt (sỏi, cát), lấp đầy đời ta bằng những điều vớ vẩn, ta sẽ không có đủ thời gian cho những điều quan trọng.

Vậy luôn hãy nhớ câu hỏi này :“Đâu là những viên đá lớn trong đời tôi ? Và hãy dành thời giờ ưu tiên cho chúng".

Nói xong, vị giáo sư chào cử tọa và từ từ bước ra khỏi phòng.

LAB 3-2: Point-to-Point Protocol (PPP) – CHAP

You are the Network Administrator at Ranet, and have to config both router Ranet-BR1 and
Ranet-BR2 to allow the connection between Host1 and Host2 via PPP link as below:
(Use Console for config each router)

1. Enable and set IP address on Lan interface for each router to be the last assignable
IP address in its own subnet.

2. Enable and set IP address on interface s0/0/0 on Ranet-BR1 to be the first
assignable IP in network 172.20.1.232/29

3. Enable and set IP address on interface s0/0/0 on Ranet-BR2 to be the last
assignable IP in the same network. Don’t forget to set clock rate at 64 kbps due
to this is the DCE.

4. Set encapsulation on this link to be PPP and use username as the device’s hostname (no
need for password) by using CHAP as authentication protocol

If everything is done, Host1 has to be able to
connect with Host2.

7 Rules For Excellent English Speaking

RULE 1: Study Phrases, Not Individual Words

Never study a single, individual word. Never.

When you find a new word, always write down The Phrase it is in. Always. When you review, always review all of the phrase,.. not the word.

Collect phrases.
Your speaking and grammar will improve 4-5 times faster. Always write the complete phrase.
Never again study a single word. Never write a single word in your notebook.

Rule 2: A Story From Angelina

“My name is Angelina and I’m a student from Paraguay. When I started learning with A.J., I couldn’t speak any English. I had studied English grammar many years, but I couldn’t speak.

How do you learn deeply? Easy– just repeat all lessons or listening many times. For example, if you have an audio book, listen to the first chapter 30 times before you go to the second chapter. You could listen to the first chapter 3 times each day, for 10 days.

RULE 5: Use Point Of View Mini-Stories

Rule 5: A Story
Miyuki did very well on grammar tests. She knew all of the grammar rules. She knew English verbs. But Miyuki had a problem. She couldn’t USE the grammar in a real conversation. She could explain the past tense, but when speaking, she would say “Yesterday I GO to school”. Miyuki was confused. How could her grammar tests be so good, but her speaking so bad? Miyuki said:
“Before Effortless English, I knew all the grammar rules, but I couldn’t speak correctly. I couldn’t feel English grammar. After using Point of View stories, I feel it and use it correctly.Now my grammar is great when I speak. I never think about it, I just automatically use correct grammar. Thank you A.J.!”

First she listened to a short story in the present tense. She listened to it everyday.

Next, I gave her the exact same story. This time, it started with “Since 2004…” Miyuki learned to FEEL the perfect tenses by listening to this story.

Finally, I gave her the exact same story… beginning with “Next year”. She learned to FEEL the future tense simply by listening to this story.

You must learn grammar by listening to real English. The best way is to listen to the same story… told in different times (points of view): Past, Perfect, Present, Future.
How do you do this? Easy!

Find a story or article in the present tense. Then ask your native speaker tutor to write it again in the Past, with Perfect tenses, and in the Future. Finally, ask him to read and record these stories for you.
Then you can listen to story with many different kinds of grammar. You don’t need to know the grammar rules. Just listen to the Point of View stories and you will improve grammar automatically!

How To Understand Native Speakers
