Join us on Sunday, September 9th for the fall kickoff with a special introduction to the new curriculum.

The Story, developed by Randy Frazee and Max Lucado will be studied by all.

It will be used as the basis for Sunday morning sermons, preschool through high school Sunday School classes, adult Sunday School classes, and home church groups.

Materials for all ages and groups.  Located on the library cart near the Information Desk, or through the teacher of your class or home church leader.

We are excited to be starting this adventure together!!!

August 5th – join us for our 2nd annual outdoor worship service.  This will be held one hour later than usual so be here at 10am with a lawn chair if possible.  After the service stay for a hog roast and corn feed.

August 11th – Our annual rummage sale will be held from 7am to noon.  Proceeds go to fund our care ministry.

Join us Monday, June 11th through Thursday, June 14th from 5:45 – 8pm.

Learn about trusting God while building amazing and lasting relationships.

There will also be a Family Fun Night on Friday, June 15th from 6:30 – 8pm.

Visitation – Monday, 5/21 from 5pm to 7pm at Hetland Funeral Home in Osakis.

Funeral – Tuesday, 5/22 at 11am at Lake Community Church, with a lunch to follow.

Visitation will be held at Lake Community Church on Wednesday, May 16th at 10:00am with the memorial service starting at 11:00am.  Luncheon at LCC to follow the service.

May 6th – Ministry Fair Sunday – take advantage of the opportunity to check out all of the different ministries LCC has to offer.  Spend some time at the booths that interest you… see where you might find a place to serve or learn and grow!

May 9th – End of year bash for Kidz Zone at Casey’s amusement park.  Registration forms due by May 2nd.

May 11th & 12th - Join us for the annual FCA & LCC Lakes Area Endurance Race. This is for runners or walkers of any skill level – we have a Family Fun Run and a 5k on Friday evening followed by a Baked Potato Meal.  For all of you intense runners there is a Half Marathon Saturday morning.  To register for any of the races go to www.active.com and under the search type in Lakes Area Endurance.  We are still looking for lots of volunteers for the meal so if you can spare a couple hours Friday afternoon or evening please sign up at the Welcome Desk or call Michelle in the office.

May 20th – Last day of Sunday School - a special program will follow the worship service at 10:30 in the sanctuary.

May 23rd –  Epic end of year party with grilling and games at Fillmore Park.

Easter Services – Join us on April 4th for the dramatic presentation of “Watch the Lamb” at 8am or 10am.

April 13th – join us at Cinema 9 for a showing of “October Baby”.  Get your tickets at the Welcome Desk at LCC for a discounted cost of $5.50.

April 15th – join us in the Grace Cafe after the worship hour at 10:30am to hear about the Vision Trip that Melody and Nadalie took to India, hear about the human trafficking in that country and the various programs that are being established to help these people to get out of this pattern and become self-sufficient.

April 20th – Girls Just Wanna Have Fun – Join the women of LCC at 6:30pm for a fun night of “Movin’ & Groovin’ to Music” with line dancing and Zumba lessons, and of course food!  (tasty fondue treats!)

Good Friday – Join us at 5:30pm on Good Friday, April 6th for a special Tenebrae Service

Easter Sunday – join us at either 8:00am or 10:00am for our “Watch the Lamb” drama.  Invite your friends and family for this wonderful performance of the Easter Story.

There will be NO Children’s Church or Sunday School classes on Easter.

No Nursery care during the first service on Easter but the nursery will be staffed during the second service.
